I have been coming here for a while. I only see Angela. She is consistent, strong, and amazing every time. I see her for a strong technically deep tissue massage and don't really go anywhere else. The prices are unbeatable really at 70$ for 60 minutes. Suggestion: Give her 100$ u don't find many places at this price with a quality massage. Massage is hard, physical work and should be compensated accordingly esp if prices r this reasonable. ( just stating the reality of it ) if you have ever worked a service industry, and you can afford to pay 150$ for a massage u can afford a nice tip. And on the other hand if it truly truly is a terrible massage then that's up to u... The sheets always smell incredible clean which I also love. Had a great massage on Friday, she definitely relieved the tension in my shoulders and it was super clean and relaxing with the music in the background. Now this isn't a luxury day spa massage. During the holiday season I wanted to treat myself and got a massage with Angela. The entire hour I was there she kept answering the phone using a headset, or talking to the other masseuses next door, and outside. She also kept stepping out and leaving the door open. At one point she left me and was correcting a customer about a price difference. It was impossible to relax which is what I came there for. They made a call and didn't budge despite telling me a lower price. Strike 1. I waited 10 minutes on the bed which was cool. When they started massaging, there were several interruptions and midway, the original masseuse left and switched without saying anything. Kinda weird and first time that ever happened. Strike 2. I always love coming back to this place even though I don't live in the East Bay anymore. They usually ask what pressure I prefer. Whenever the massage is intense, they're very open to feedback and will lighten up the pressure. A new massage place with no funny business. They only had two people working at the moment. Place was recently remodeled with all new equipment and furniture but didn't notice any shower facilities. Massage prices are inline with current market rate. The masseuse didn't go all out pressure crazy, but applied just enough to release the shoulder and lower back knots. Really disappointed on my visit here last couple days . First I arrived exact time I was told to be there , then the owner told me if I can wait in the room for 10 mins . The massage therapist did not come in the room until it was 20mins later . I paid for a 90mins massage, she did gave me a good massage. But our sessions was cut at 60mins which is an hour . Mind you she came in late and cut it short . I tipped her and she wasn't pleased with the tip amount . The tip is optional first off at all, I'm already disappointed how she came in late and cut our session short because she said she's tired . Time and money is not free. I called today to make an appointment for an hour massage. They were able to slot me in within the next 30 mins. When I got there, I realized I had more time, so I asked if they had time fore a 2 hour massage. They were fine with it and that was the best decision I've made all week. LOL I like my massages strong and painful. Once Angela got started, she asked if I would like for her to walk on my back. YES PLEASE!! I've done it for my parents, grandparents, and now my kids do it for me. But TODAY, was unlike any other massage I've had before. First word that comes to mind? MAGICAL. You HAVE TO go on A Thursday to get the masseuse that gave me my full body massage. I never leave reviews anywhere, but I just left this place maybe 5 minutes ago and had to write one. I have driven to 23 different states and have gotten massages in all 23 states from the west-coast, to the Midwest, to the east coast. Driving these distances will really do some damage to your back, so I frequented different parlors a lot. This is hands down the BEST massage I've ever had in my damn life!!! First of all, you know someone is good when they start using their knees. (She asked my permission, too, by the way. Very professional) she comfortably put me in all these different positions that felt really good and seemed really similar to yoga. She is very attentive though, so she will not put you in a position that your body can't handle. It wasn't intense at all (trust me, I have a low pain tolerance). It was perfect. Usually massages hurt me most of the time, but this was so balanced and didn't hurt at all. I can't even describe how much better my body feels after seeing her. The only thing I regret is that I didn't get her name. I just know that she said that she is there every Thursday. The manager needs to put her on every day. No need to rotate when you have someone this skilled. I refuse to even experiment with anyone else there after seeing her. I have never had someone get my pressure points the way she did. I never even had to ask her to apply more pressure, or less. She applied the perfect amount of pressure the entire time as if she somehow already knew my body uniquely. She is very, very attentive overall. There is no language barrier either. She is very sweet and never even asked for a tip! She seemed surprised when I tipped her actually. Most massage parlors try to force a tip which is pretty uncomfortable lol so this was nice. I was already thinking about this lady's tip just 5 minutes into the massage. It was that damn good! If I could afford it, I would easily pay $100 an hour + tip. My hour massage was $65 and worth every penny. I will definitely be going back to her next Thursday when she's back in the parlor. Hopefully I can get a chance to let the manager know that she should certainly consider having her come in more often (they rotate a lot apparently). If this is your first time, I'm telling you, go on a Thursday. You will not be disappointed! I want to add another thing I really liked. I got every second of the time that I booked. When we were finishing up, I actually thought it was done, but she reminded me that we still had two minutes and gave a really good grand finale. Other masseuses that I've seen would have shaved those last few minutes off especially if I had already assumed it was finished. read more

I have been to this business twice to see Anna who I was lucky enough to meet my first time there. She is one of the better masseuse's I've met here in the Bay Area. She provides an exceptional massage from start to finish while also paying attention to whatever may be ailing you and the adequate amount of pressure to that area of muscle. She is also aware of the knots that need work while giving the massage which is why I have come back. She recognized some knots in my upper back and neck area from working my desk job along with any stress I carry there too. She immediately started focusing on those and when I left it's the best I've felt in months. The prices are very reasonable, the place is very clean as well as very relaxing with their ambience once you walk in the door. And again, you can't forget about Anna!! Be prepared for a wait! I actually really like this place. The masseuses give great quality massages, the place is clean, and the prices are extremely reasonable. However, I've come here maybe four times in the last three months. Every single time, I call ahead to make an appointment. Three out of those four times, they seem to have forgotten that I had an appointment, and have either made me come back 30 mins later, 1 hour later, or the next day. 2 out of these occasions they did give me a discount for the inconvenience, but when it happens this often, it's a pattern, not an random occurrence. I think this place deserves a lot of credit for the quality of the service they provide, but should seriously look into some sort of scheduling service or software. If they fix that issue, this place is an easy 5 stars but I think I will go elsewhere in the meantime read more
