    I love swinging by and seeing what new items they have at this location. It is clean and the girls who work here are friendly and quick to help you get a fitting room started. I literally grabbed one shirt and held it for 5 seconds and an employee came up to me and asked for my name and started a room for me. I still am not a fan of their communal mirror but since it wasn't busy, I was more confident in using it. My favorite employee is Maddy. She is so friendly and always makes sure if there is something I want, she can always help me order it if they ran out of my size or length. I highly recommend coming to this location. The selection is vast with lots of sizes available. The value is mediocre as some of their items is highly priced. Their clothes are high quality compared to lots of the stores around them which justifies the price when shopping here. Good staples to have in your closet.

After standing in a long line to the cashier, I asked the lady cashier for a stock check because the shirt I got had loose threads and no other size on the rack. She found one and they need to get it from the stockroom, which would take additional 5-10min. She gave me instructions to pick up the item at the front of the store, on the Collections rack. I thought I could purchase the shirt and wait for it at the front...but no she sent me away. (I didn't understand why I had to leave the cashier after waiting in a long line, pick up the item I was trying to purchase at the front door area, then go back to the cashier again to purchase the item. What a weird process! Never experienced this with other stores.) I had to reiterate, that I just lined up for 10min and I don't want to have to line up AGAIN. She said, "no, you don't line up again. Just go to the side(front of cashier), and WE'LL take you IN FRONT of the line." Ok, I thought that was fair. I left and waited another 5min-10min for the replacement shirt. Walked back to the side of the cashier, front of the line. There was a different cashier, 1 person in line for purchase, and 1 person to the right at Return/Exchange line. The Cashier didn't acknowledge me when he saw me(like "do you have any question, or I'll be right with you.."). When he finished with a customer, I approached the cashier, explained that I picked up the item from stock and I was told to come back to the front of the line. Then he told me with an attitude that,"you just got here and I need to help the person in line." I further explained that I was at the cashier earlier, but was told to leave to pick up the stock and return to the front of the line. He said, with an eye roll, "well, I didn't tell you that." So I stood in line again, and waited for the 3rd time! When he finished with the customer, he wouldn't assist me, and called the other person in line for returns, avoiding me. So I stepped closer again to the cashier, asking for assistance. He moved away from me to use the other cash register, took the other customer, and told me why he wouldn't assist me, "I don't like your attitude." I was surprised..and I answered back, "you don't need to like my attitude, but you guys should know how to follow your "OWN PROCESS AND PROCEDURES." (It's ashamed that you employ a person who can't deliver professional service, who needs more training to follow Zara's OWN process!!!) Maybe if I was instructed to go back in line after waiting for the replacement stock, I would've decided then if: 1-it was worth the wait to go back in line again 2-additional wait time for a replacement stock 3-or purchase the shirt I originally lined up for, but live with the poor quality of loose threads on the seams and collar. I would've went back in line, in peace, and not be harassed by your own employee. No wonder, you guys have 1.5stars on YELP! It's embarrassing. If more customers shopped online, you're jeopardizing the dying practice of professional customer service, and corporate could close down the store, and jobs would be on the line. I'm in customer service so I know how it is to properly treat a paying customer.

I was helped by a girl named Lizzy, I believe her name was, as I was told at the register when I asked. She asked if I needed help and she offered to pick out some straight leg jeans in my size. I ended up leaving with a pair of jeans that fit me perfectly thanks to her suggestions and feedback! It was about $138 at the register, which is a little steep for one pair, but I'll happily pay the price for a pair of jeans that fit me perfectly in the waist, fit my 5'1" frame, and feel soft and comfortable and not scratchy at all. I got the 90's Straight in a 25P. (Thank god they have petite lengths!!!) Super happy with my purchase thanks to Lizzy and will be back for another pair eventually :)

The service is truly amazing. The owner of the store is so sweet. As you walk in she greets you then offers you coffee or tea and actually have conversation with you. You can't really get this kind of service everywhere. You can tell that she loves what she does and very familiar with the products she sells. I bought a couple of blazers. The moment I saw it I knew I wanted it. The material felt good on my skin. She said it is from Turkey. I also bought a beautiful necklace. The price is not cheap but not super expensive either. I think the items are well priced as the items look like good quality material. As you see in the photo I walked out wearing the blazer :).

The owner is super sweet and I love looking at the new items she brings in every time I drop by. I also appreciate that if she has a wrapped version of the item I'm purchasing she offers that one, as I have allergies and it helps with wearability for me. All in all, I love supporting a local small business and I'll definitely keep coming back!
