It's not a huge storefront, but it's clean and well lit. I wanted to try something in person after noting they were having a major sale on shirts on their website. The selection inside had pretty much all the styles that I saw online. I spoke to Victoria, and she was very eager and helpful. She pointed out that for sizing they have a rack of designated shirts you can try before heading around to pic a style after confirming your fit. When it was clear that I was going to buy something, the other sales people started to hover around me trying to help. But I let them know Victoria was already working with me, so they couldn't cut into her sales commission. Unfortunately, I discovered that I needed a size larger, um more accommodating, than I had hoped. I ended up requiring a harder to find size, which they didn't have in the patterns I wanted at the store. Victoria was able to find one online that I could order and have sent to me. She said the window would be 4 - 7 days max. It ended up being 8, so I missed it for the occasion I was hoping to wear it for. So a word of warning--they ship via DHS, which is often terrible. But I eventually got it, and it looked good. Abdul also helped with the online ordering, so I appreciated that. There's plenty of free mall parking. read more

Earlier this week, we had the great experience of going to the UNTUCKit store, on Broadway Lane in Walnut Creek, CA. We were promptly greeted by Abdel, and it could not have been a better experience! His kind expertise assisted us with selecting six new shirts. I have always had difficulty in finding good fitting shirts, but Abdel's total understanding of what would work well was truly spectacular!! His understanding of fit and sizing were fantastic. Very disappointed. Walked in and was very happy how the clothing looked. I Was greeted by a bald man who at first was kind and was helpful in aiding in letting me try on a jacket. After trying on the jacket, I decided it wasn't what I was looking for, when I returned it to the bald man, he treated me with such rude attitude and annoyance for not proceeding in making the purchase? If you read those airline magazines on Southwest or United, chances are you may have seen ads for UNTUCKit, a clothing business with shirts designed to be worn untucked. What's the big deal? Most shirts are too long and look sloppy if not tucked in. The UNTUCKit shirt has its own anatomy, and besides giving you a casual look, its pretty comfortable too. We were shopping in Broadway Plaza in WC and was surprised to see a physical store. On a whim I tried out a few shirts and settled on a nice gray one. Pretty pricy at $99, which is far more than I usually spend for clothing as I never had much of a fashion sense. Service was friendly and they do have more sizes in the back. If you have broad shoulders and normally wear an XL, you may feel more comfortable with a XXL Slim. One cool thing about this store are the refreshments! My first time enjoying a Macallan 12 was in a clothing store, LOL! read more

My wife brought home a dozen of these shirts I didn't even want to try them on. She finally convinced me to try it on. I didn't like any of them. She finally asked me why? Every time I have been in the store every person on the floor has a set amount of questions they ask they always have an attitude. The stuff on sale always have some kind of gimmick You can barely understand them with their masks. Doesn't matter how much advertising or how comfortable a product is if the attitude sucks I'm sure many people will not buy. Probably the reason this company can't make a profit. Very clean, well laid out shop. More sizes of everything in the back. Standard sizing across their line of garments. Therefore, they have a rack of "try-on" shirts so you can determine your size. You are still welcome to try on new shirts, as well. The employee who helped me, Tonya, I think was the manager and she was so helpful, friendly and patient. Will definitely be back to this store. The people here are completely incompetent. I took a gift back to return and I had my gift receipt. The sales guy returns it back to the original card holder which was my friend. I basically lost out on my gift. They said they cant undo the return and there is nothing they can do. I basically lost out on my gift because the sales people here have no idea what they are doing. Fantastic store! We have been waiting for this location to open ever since we first noticed them doing construction. The location finally opened a couple of weeks ago. This UNTUCKit store is located in Broadway Plaza. The UNTUCKit shirts are absolutely perfect for my fiance who hates having to tuck in collared shirts! The shirts come in wrinkle free, performance, linen, and regular options! They cater mostly to men, but there is women's clothing as well. For men, they have "try on" shirts that you can try on to determine your size. Once you've figured out your size, you can then shop based on pattern. Customer service is great - the staff is very attentive and knowledgeable about their brand and stock. My fiance ended up buying three shirts during our first visit to the store and proclaimed that we would be definitely buying more shirts here in the future. And, he is not a shopper.
