Friendly people that run the store, prices can be a bit high for the quality of their clothes, but very cute clothes.

It created an uncomfortable situation that I believe should never be placed on a new hire.I had a very disappointing experience as a new employee at Lane Bryant in Normal, IL. From the beginning, I did not feel supported or welcomed. One of my biggest concerns was that managers asked new employees for money, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional. As a new employee, I also heard negative comments being made by people in management and others above me. The work environment was filled with back-and-forth disagreements and a lack of professionalism and respect between key holders, assistant managers, and store managers. Instead of working together as a team, there seemed to be ongoing conflict that created an uncomfortable atmosphere for employees. In addition, I arrived on time for my scheduled shifts but was still expected to wait for the store to be opened, even though I had done my part by arriving on time. I was also not given direct contact information for management or consistent follow-up. When I requested a manager's direct contact information or asked for additional support, my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. As a plus-size person myself, I know there are limited places to shop for clothing in my size. That makes this experience even more disappointing. Because of how I was treated as an employee, Lane Bryant has lost my future business. I also cannot recommend this store to others based on my experience. New employees deserve proper training, respectful communication, and support from management. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope these concerns are taken seriously so future employees are treated more professionally and respectfully. a concern mom of two young ladies who worked there.

Located adjacent to Lane Bryant, they carry a lot of sizes and styles for the fuller busted ladies. I came during my lunch hour and was helped by a very friendly employee named Minnie. She measured me and recommended a type of bra I would not normally even consider, let alone buy...the balconette! I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to find bras that supported me and made "the girls" look sexy, especially since I assumed I was doomed to wear granny bras for the rest of my days. The dressing rooms are large and clean! They share them with the Lane Bryant next door. They also have an extensive clearance rack (no pun intended). UPDATE I had to return to Cacique today to exchange the balconette bras I purchased yesterday. I tried them on at home and the hubby pointed out they were a little loose in the cups. I went back during my lunch hour and was able to exchange no problem a for a smaller band size which in turn meant smaller cups. Bra talk...LOL.

I…read morejust wet bra shopping with my partner last night and I realized that we drive all the way out to Fremont to get bras because they are just that much better here. You should hit up the $6.99 clearance rack for bras whenever possible as you will not see them up there again. You could end up with 5 bras for $64 like I did, (I picked most of them out while my partner was in the restroom, so I can take some credit). The bottom line is for any ladies in need of a larger cup size than your average department store can provide, this place is worth the drive. There aren't too many Cacique stores around, but this one is nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they often have sales. I just wish I could take my partner shopping in the Lane Bryant on site, but it's just not the right sizes for her tiny large headed self. CHAD

It's probably the best bet to get a gift that is cute and unique but you want it to lean more towards being western and not too kawaii and anime. Think of gifting a punny keychain or cute Jellycat versus a Chiikawa plushie or anime acrylic if that makes sense. Meaning that it's probably easier and maybe more acceptable to get a slightly more normie a gift here than it is elsewhere. As you can see, I'm learning what it's like to touch grass and re-integrate into human society. There's a good number of plushies, Jellycat and unique ones like a pink fairy armadillo mole one, tote bags and socks, nice range of jewelry, lots of California themed goods if you're looking for souvenirs that aren't mega generic, and they have a lot of other items as well. As with the quality and high regard some of these items have (Jellycats are NOT cheap), it can be a bit pricier, so make sure that you shop around and check prices elsewhere and that you actually truly care about the person you're getting stuff for and it's not a forced obligation one (family member you're ugh with or coworker Secret Santa that you barely know). Maybe a couple cute things I had my eye on, but it wasn't really for me (speaks volumes about me), but I can see how a store like this works in a pinch if you're gift shopping.
