Love this clothing store! They have everything you need from work clothes, casual wear to a fun night out! They have shoes, accessories, jewelry, etc. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we're not able to shop in store, BUT...you can shop online! They're also providing "Virtual" shopping where you set up a time during the week with your very own personal shopper. She will walk you throughout the store via FaceTime or video call and show you different merchandise. She'll then work with you on what you would like to get. I also received 20% off and personal delivery! I highly recommend doing this. It was so much fun AND you will be supporting a small business through these tough times. Win win!! read more

BEWARE (!) I bought a shirt a few weeks ago that has been kept in the store wrapping and called to ask about returning. I was told I neither could return or exchange after 7 days. Very inflexible approach considering it's supposed to be a small and personal boutique. NOTE: the receipt only addresses returns and not exchanges. In summary, I thought it was a cute (although overpriced) store but I certainly will not be shopping there again after this experience! read more

My fashion sense has opened up a little, due to fancy places like Pickled. I've come to the realization that I don't have to have the shortest skirt in the room to turn heads. I have gone astray from that Miami look (aka slutty) and ventured into classy, but damn sexy! Pickled is the perfect spot for this transformation. (Don't worry, I still bust out the miniskirts every now and then...) Pickled has always been on that classy, hip, chic and ultra comfortable fabrics level. I love dropping by, every few weeks or so, there are typically new items as well as big sales racks to thumb through. This is definitely not your Forever 21, more like Forever 21's older sister, with a much sexier, higher quality twist! read more

Rolled in here earlier today a hot mess with unkempt hair, tattoos, and a smelly bag of Chinese takeout. Normally in an upscale boutique (looking at you MP & PA) I would be judged on my broke ass appearance and gotten shade. NOT AT PICKLED!!! How refreshing that is! I saw a great selection of clothing and accessories all cohesively displayed. The two ladies working there were SO nice. Very pleasant and no shade. I literally work 4 blocks away and this is my summer dessert after lunch:) Also when I passed by the other day they are now open on Sundays which rocks hard!!!!!!! I love this place, Dana (the owner) has done an excellent job and I absolutely just love to come in and see all of their cute Michael stars tops, language tops, made tank tops, it jeans, citizens etc......... not the biggest fan of Weston wear because of the material otherwise this is a great place to get all of your seasonal basics and rare and unique pieces. Its also all organized....I usually start at the front left and work my way to the back sale rack while dropping all my treasures at the fitting room. Ivan is one of my favorite sales people because I have been shopping here forever he knows exactly what I like and we do a sweep of the store and pick out all of our favorites and try them on. Pickled also has an excellent jewelry selection AND now shoes at reasonable prices UNDER 100.00. The Sale rack is always full with great finds. My favorite is when Dana puts together trunk shows or after hours shopping get togethers. She gives back to her customers and it is totally appreciated:) read more

Pickled is one of my favorite secrets! When the shopping malls get too busy and I cannot find anything new and fabulous to wear, I drive to RWC and get pampered at Pickled. I'm a bargain shopper, but I am willing to spend when something fits just right. Pickled surprised me with a wider selection than I thought--and some really cute things. Still, on my first visit I walked out empty handed, and I don't think it's going to be come a regular stop in my shopping rotation. When will the craze for poofy shoulder's be done with once and for all? Sheesh. In addition--since when is a 7 day return policy good? I mean, it's a little boutique, so I don't fault them for reigning in the return policy, but I certainly wouldn't congratulate them for it. read more

I have to say I'm not thrilled that I moved out of the city. There are very few places that feel original around here, and this is definitely one of them! They have a great selection of merchandise that you probably won't find anywhere else. I bought the most amazing dress for like 80 bucks. It has already become of my favorite pieces. And the staff is very friendly, bordering on too friendly some might say. I will definitely be stopping in again soon. I have to say, at this point, I think Ivan knows my closet better than I do, whatever - grope your T or A and he'll go running. Much like Devon B. mentioned - Pickled definitely filled a much needed shopping void in my the R-Dub. The store is clean, fresh, bright, welcoming, and covers clothing selections for nearly all occasions. This store opened when I was away at college so my Mother originally found it, but ever since I'll talk the train down and go shopping with my Mommy here about every two weeks to a month. I like how they are always getting new things in, but maintain a balance between having great sales on stuff you decided against the first time around - so don't skip in the sales rack here, it's worth it. Sometimes I wish they ordered more smalls, but unfortunately, the store can't cater to just me, strange . . . Not once have I left empty handed, I kid you not, just confirm with Ivan. THE BIGGEST BESTEST POINT ABOUT THIS STORE AND WHY YOU SHOULD SHOP HERE AND TELL OTHERS TO SHOP HERE: EVERYTHING IN SHOP IS MADE IN THE GOOD OL' US OF A. This is a huge advantage point they have with me and why I will stay a devout customer. When products are manufactured here, we can all rest assured that some of the seemingly higher price tags are going to fair wages, health care insurance, and safe working environments for our fellow working Americans. I don't know why anyone would not want to support this cause and I give major kudos, yes I said kudos and I rarely ever say that, to Pickled for championing this cause. Shoppers now have the option to make this crucial, meaningful and democratic decision, so please girls - do it. I love this store and really, everything about it. Although I do agree, the Weston Wear products aren't my favorite but I just go a super cute classic brown dress by them and the fabric is amazingly resilient, I can sit on it for 8 hours and it still flows beautifully. I enjoyed my experience and the air conditioning here, seriously it suddenly turned 90 degrees outside, and the clothes I went to work in was not prepared for it I came in a shopping emergency I tried on everything from $29 to $100 , most things are priced between 60 to 80 buckaroonies but there are definitely some steals The staff did not push sales on me which was great and gave me time to look around I bought a beautiful lacy ruffled top that doubles as a dress for 59 dollars and it saves my fashion comfort zone predictament. I recently made two shopping trips here (after not having been for about 5 years), and grabbed some great stuff: a fedora for under $35, and some great summer pants (for work and play). This is not bargain shopping by any means. I stuck to the sale rack and still spent more than I probably should, but I feel hip and moderately fashion-forward. I'm a Mom of two young kids, and recently decided it was time to slough of the spit-up-on, sweat-wearing, comfort-shoe lifestyle I've maintained. Pickled is in my neighborhood, so it's a quick, easy trip (major points for this). The folks who work there are nice and helpful, and the clothes are cute/sexy/fun/cool without making me look like a Mom who's trying--and failing--to look 25 again. Update on my review, which will stay at 5 stars because the service is so great. I was under the impression that everything that came from the boutique was made in American. It's not. I recently bought a pair of capris that were made in China. It's a bit of a surprise, but I guess some things squeak through accidentally. I should have checked the tag before I purchased them but was in a hurry. Also, the t-shirts they sell here fit extremely well and are high quality - these are a "Made in America" brand. See my original review below: Excellent little boutique! I have found some extremely cute and flattering clothes here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Sure, prices are boutique prices, but you should know that before you walk in the door, because. . .it's a boutique, not Ross Dress For Less. With the boutique prices, you get boutique service, which is quite refreshing and pleasant. I'm not a stellar shopper and hate pawing through the cheap bargain racks at discount stores, thus, I am willing to pay a premium for high-quality clothes that look good on me that don't take all day to find. I really hope this place gets enough business to stick around for awhile. read more

Cute store filled with cute things (I saw at least 3 pairs of shoes I wanted) but I didn't find anything I couldn't live without. It was my first time in the store and I think my expectations were too high. The gal working the shop (don't know if it was the owner) was super nice without hovering and I was impressed by her attentive service to someone in the dressing room, offering suggestions on how to wear certain things and what to wear them with. I'll probably be back to give it a fair shot. I was kinda hungry when I stopped by so I don't think I wasn't in the best frame of mind to shop :) read more

Cute boutique in downtown RWC. They carry Naughty Monkey shoes, which I love. Pickled is a hit or miss with me sometimes, though. I do browse their sale section every time and every now and then I find a gem ! I was ready to spend spend spend but I must admit I was somewhat disappointed...there are more casual trendy clothes that are not quite office appropriate clothes than anything else. I went in here with my committee on a search for appearance outfits and buy did I go to the right place! The sales associates were so helpful and really knew their fashion. One thing I learned from my experience there was accessorize, accesorize, accessorize and did I mention accesorize!!! The associate who helped me was wonderful...I just told her what I needed and she just kept pulling things for me to try. Which was dangerous at the same time because I loved everything! They have a gorgeous nicole miller dress that I was literally salavating over! They have great brands in there from designer to non-designer so there is something there for everyone! I have been doing some serious shopping here the last month and half as I have recently lost 10 lbs. I have been super pleased with all of the staff including Jacky and another woman whose name I can't remember now. I have found some great dresses (Susana Monaco and Eva Varro) for dancing - fun dresses that say "I know how to dance but am not here to get laid!" I was encouraged to get my first pairs of skinny jeans (Paige) and love them! I also attended a trunk show last month which was a blast. I appreciate the variety of clothing and accessories. I really like that many items are USA made products as I want to support the rebirth of the USA garment industry. read more

my mom and i stopped into pickled this morning after the redwood city farmers market and we both walked out with some great stuff! it's very rare that my mom(61) and me(23) can both shop at the same store and find stuff that looks great and is age appropriate. pickled got it done! they have all sorts of great stuff and its presented really well in their store. the girl who helped us was great too! i wish i remembered her name she was so awesome. she had a great eye and pulled some great stuff for me and my mom. she was also the only salesperson there and she did a great job helping everyone in the store and making sure everyone had what they needed. all around a great shopping experience for me and my mom. oh also great dressing rooms too. very spacious, great lighting, and mirrors that you look good in! read more

Pickled is a rare treasure trove of designer boutique faire in Redwood City, and when I'm not on my usual bargain-chain store excursion at TJ Maxx's or Marshall's, I head on over to Pickled for a "cool drink of water"-change-of-pace. The staff is is helpful and friendly and believe or not they do indeed have great buys and sales. I love the clean ambiance of the store. I was excited about supporting a local business, especially since it had gotten so many good reviews. Some of the clothes were cute but not bargains by any means. The store had a fair number of people in it and the clerks were paying great attention to some obvious regulars. All fine, but I could not even get a question answered about clothing I was willing to by. I finally gave up and left. I have to say Ivan and all the owners are great at Pickled! I love being able to walk in and start up a conversation that is genuine. They don't try to over sell you or none of that! I wish I had more money so I could buy more clothes from you. I have bought all my Joe's Jeans here, many LA Language tops, Sweat Pea, Free People stuff, and many more! I love this store! It offers the coolest clothing and accessories - most at very affordable prices. The customer service is also excellent. They are friendly to my kids when they are along with me. They offer honest opinions of what their clothes look like on you. Just a very pleasant shopping experience all around. One recent example of their great customer service...I recently purchased a blouse with silk chiffon on it that ripped after only two wearings. I brought it back to the store; explained the situation (and that the blouse was my absolute favorite) and they immediately called the vendor and are replacing it free of charge. read more

Never knew Redwood City offered such a cute little gem of a boutique! Great prices on denim, knits, blouses, etc...They had adorable sweater coats for $78! Recently I went in on the recommendation of a friend who saw the reviews on Yelp. I need to go back in to give this a fair review, but my first impression wasn't as high as I had hoped! There were a lot of nice dresses, but I don't have too many occasions these days to dress up so I was looking for more unique casual pieces, and nothing really wowed me. They had a pretty good sale rack and although I left empty-handed, I might go back in to check out more sales. I signed up for their mailing list. A lot of the items were out of my budget and some of the styles weren't quite me, but it's worth going in from time to time. read more

I'm the type of person who doesn't know how to shop for clothes. I get lost in department stores and tend to buy outfits that I see on mannequins because I have no idea how to put things together. So, Pickled has been a godsend. The owner and staff are incredibly helpful and make excellent recommendations. Their jean selection can't be topped and the sale rack has some great finds.
