She scheduled me for Thursday afternoon just in case the outfit needed tailoring, and I was able to find a beautiful lehenga that fit me and was in my budget in ~30min. She has an extensive collection of outfits of different styles, colours, and extremely inclusive sizing. She didn't try to upsell me at all when I told her I'd prefer the least expensive tier of lehengas she had and showed me only outfits within my budget. She let me try on multiple outfits, showed me exactly how to pin the scarf and sent me home with the necessary pins. If anyone needs a lehenga either with time to spare or last minute, I highly recomend Aradhana!

This location has a lot of merchandise, organized and friendly staffs . They have 2-3 cashiers but the line moved slow because of many customers and the popularity . Now it is closer to Mother's Day and they have some pretty cotton tote bags for $15 and some perfume for $35 . A section with many Kate spade purses are on sale for 75 % off . I like to come early on the weekday morning so that I don't have to wait for a fitting room . All the merchandises are restore nicely in the morning. Enjoy my shopping at this Norstrom rack. Last time I bought something, went to self checkout, and found out the security alarm was still on when I got home, even after I thought someone removed everything. This wasn't the first time it happened at this location. To avoid coming here again, that time I went to a different location to have the alarm taken off and had no issue. I really don't see the point of self checkout at this location as others said. It provides no benefit here and is not that much faster, as you still have to go to another counter to get alarms, security tags and whatever the hell else removed. Plus they want proof of receipt/checking your items here. Today, I figured I'll give it another chance, but when I tried to pay with the cashier to try and avoid any mishaps, the lady says they don't have any bags. I was thinking like what the hell? The employees lacked basic manners--no "excuse me," no acknowledgment, nothing. In the women's shoe section, one employee was aggressively sorting shoes, making the environment feel uncomfortable. What really bothered me was another employee who, instead of politely asking to pass, forcefully pushed my cart against me while I was standing in the aisle still all the way towards the end of the aisle. There was this couple who witnessed what happened. It felt intentional and very disrespectful. She was very aggressive and rude towards me for no reason. I made an appointment over the phone and had a pleasant conversation with the owner and designer, Pranati. After our call, I felt good about working with her to fulfill my vision. During my appointment, I was presented with various samples and options of her designs. She suggested a custom-made piece, shared some designs and fabrics, and we went from there. During the process, she made sure to stay within my set budget. I decided to go with a beautiful lightweight lehenga, crop top, and jacket. Pranati carefully took my measurements and adhered to my preferences of fit. Given that this was for a wedding reception in the middle of August and my appointment with Pranati was within the first week of July, I was thoroughly impressed with the turnaround time. Everything was ready one week before the wedding. No alterations were needed. I received many compliments and felt so beautiful while dancing the night away in my custom-made Anvi Couture lehenga outfit. I am looking forward to working with Pranati again soon.
