This location has a lot of merchandise, organized and friendly staffs . They have 2-3 cashiers but the line moved slow because of many customers and the popularity . Now it is closer to Mother's Day and they have some pretty cotton tote bags for $15 and some perfume for $35 . A section with many Kate spade purses are on sale for 75 % off . I like to come early on the weekday morning so that I don't have to wait for a fitting room . All the merchandises are restore nicely in the morning. Enjoy my shopping at this Norstrom rack. It is very convenient for me to pick up my on line item here and do not need to drive to Palo Alto or west San Jose.

She curated the perfect playlist for me. All the clothes I could want were ready in exactly my size. We popped a bottle and got to it. The ring light makes for fun videos and the shop is so adorable inside. I felt like a celebrity on maltose. I highly recommend for the best shopping experience ever. I don't know why I still come here. Last time I bought something, went to self checkout, and found out the security alarm was still on when I got home, even after I thought someone removed everything. This wasn't the first time it happened at this location. To avoid coming here again, that time I went to a different location to have the alarm taken off and had no issue. I really don't see the point of self checkout at this location as others said. It provides no benefit here and is not that much faster, as you still have to go to another counter to get alarms, security tags and whatever the hell else removed. Plus they want proof of receipt/checking your items here. Today, I figured I'll give it another chance, but when I tried to pay with the cashier to try and avoid any mishaps, the lady says they don't have any bags. I was thinking like what the hell? You're a store, how can you not have bags? I told her I didn't want the item any longer and walked out. This was the last and final straw. Too bad, I'll have to stick with other locations. This location doesn't seem to care about helping customers or doing their job properly.

The employees lacked basic manners--no "excuse me," no acknowledgment, nothing. In the women's shoe section, one employee was aggressively sorting shoes, making the environment feel uncomfortable. What really bothered me was another employee who, instead of politely asking to pass, forcefully pushed my cart against me while I was standing in the aisle still all the way towards the end of the aisle. There was this couple who witnessed what happened. It felt intentional and very disrespectful. She was very aggressive and rude towards me for no reason. Overall, the staff came across as rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend coming here based on this experience.

Toddler sizes in 5-6 were slim pickings. The store in itself is messy but you can honestly come to expect that from Marshalls & other departments stores. I bought a dress from them back in 2021 and I still have it, so the quality of the products is really nice. Overall, a nice spot to do some shopping for all age groups. The staff is friendly and they try to move the line quickly when lines are long. The pricing of most of the items is reasonable and you could find good deals if you try to find them.

My mom and I both purchased purses and identical wallets from this store. Unfortunately, when we got home we discovered the zippers on both wallets were defective. We went back the following weekend and the owner was apologetic and more than willing to offer a refund with a receipt or store credit. We both love the purses we purchased and have no issues but it was great knowing they stand behind their products. They also have some cute clothing - sweaters, dresses along with some decorative pillows and more. Their bulldog, Lovely was there the second time we went and she was so friendly and sweet. All in all, we had a positive experience and will be back!
