She scheduled me for Thursday afternoon just in case the outfit needed tailoring, and I was able to find a beautiful lehenga that fit me and was in my budget in ~30min. She has an extensive collection of outfits of different styles, colours, and extremely inclusive sizing. She didn't try to upsell me at all when I told her I'd prefer the least expensive tier of lehengas she had and showed me only outfits within my budget. She let me try on multiple outfits, showed me exactly how to pin the scarf and sent me home with the necessary pins. If anyone needs a lehenga either with time to spare or last minute, I highly recomend Aradhana!

This location has a lot of merchandise, organized and friendly staffs . They have 2-3 cashiers but the line moved slow because of many customers and the popularity . Now it is closer to Mother's Day and they have some pretty cotton tote bags for $15 and some perfume for $35 . A section with many Kate spade purses are on sale for 75 % off . I like to come early on the weekday morning so that I don't have to wait for a fitting room . All the merchandises are restore nicely in the morning. Enjoy my shopping at this Norstrom rack. Last time I bought something, went to self checkout, and found out the security alarm was still on when I got home, even after I thought someone removed everything. This wasn't the first time it happened at this location. To avoid coming here again, that time I went to a different location to have the alarm taken off and had no issue. I really don't see the point of self checkout at this location as others said. It provides no benefit here and is not that much faster, as you still have to go to another counter to get alarms, security tags and whatever the hell else removed. Plus they want proof of receipt/checking your items here. Today, I figured I'll give it another chance, but when I tried to pay with the cashier to try and avoid any mishaps, the lady says they don't have any bags. I was thinking like what the hell? You're a store, how can you not have bags? I told her I didn't want the item any longer and walked out. This was the last and final straw. Too bad, I'll have to stick with other locations. This location doesn't seem to care about helping customers or doing their job properly.

The employees lacked basic manners--no "excuse me," no acknowledgment, nothing. In the women's shoe section, one employee was aggressively sorting shoes, making the environment feel uncomfortable. What really bothered me was another employee who, instead of politely asking to pass, forcefully pushed my cart against me while I was standing in the aisle still all the way towards the end of the aisle. There was this couple who witnessed what happened. It felt intentional and very disrespectful. She was very aggressive and rude towards me for no reason. Overall, the staff came across as rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend coming here based on this experience.

We both love the purses we purchased and have no issues but it was great knowing they stand behind their products. They also have some cute clothing - sweaters, dresses along with some decorative pillows and more. Their bulldog, Lovely was there the second time we went and she was so friendly and sweet. WARNING If you want an easy experience, good customer…read moreservice, and fair treatment, look elsewhere. My first time here 6mo ago was subpar. I was talked down to by the owner and got bad vibes. I stopped by again recently, hoping to give this place a second chance, and made sure to strive for a bit more patience and kindness, but it was a worse visit than the first, again from the middle aged male owner. Other customers exiting behind me were overheard vocalizing similar sentiments. Even when I first walked in the door I was talked down to in a condescending way upon checkin, as if I should know exactly how things work here without any explanation. If the owner would show a bit more patience and not cut people off when they're in the middle of a simple question, maybe smile a little, and be more helpful, it could be a much better outcome. This is especially troubling given the nature of this business, which is to upcycle child care equipment and clothing, something that already has enough stress and would do better to communicate a sense of community and upliftment rather than bitterness and rude attitudes. I hope the owner learns some kindness and softens his heart before it's too late to change - there may still time but I won't be back.
