I ended up leaving with a pair of jeans that fit me perfectly thanks to her suggestions and feedback! It was about $138 at the register, which is a little steep for one pair, but I'll happily pay the price for a pair of jeans that fit me perfectly in the waist, fit my 5'1" frame, and feel soft and comfortable and not scratchy at all. I got the 90's Straight in a 25P. (Thank god they have petite lengths!!!) Super happy with my purchase thanks to Lizzy and will be back for another pair eventually :)

She asked so many questions about what I'm looking for and what's most important to me. She also was genuinely interested in our relationship and who we are. I left toward the last 15 minutes of the appointment so Lyss could talk to my boyfriend about pricing and logistics and he said she was not pushy at all to sell. We were offered waters and chocolates, and each consultant in there was incredibly kind and welcoming. It was truly a great environment. She was initially nice, but when it came down to our questions regarding differences of the 4 C's, we felt she did not explain nor provided much knowledge to us. This was meant to be an experience for not only I, but my boyfriend which she didn't really acknowledge much until it came down to talking prices. My boyfriend was also taking notes, but Michelle insured that she'll be sending an email with notes, information, and everything we discussed. The email we received was just links to the rings.. We did have a limited selection of diamonds to see in person, however, there was not much to compare in person because most of the diamond option were interested in were shown on screen on their regular website. We have now gone elsewhere and had a much better experience. All in all, it was just mainly trying on different rings, but glorified.

I thought I could get away with wearing my everyday sneakers and old tennis racket that had been hanging out in my closet but after 3 classes and pain in my feet and hand, I googled a tennis shop and Mriva Sports popped up. I swung (no pun intended) by one afternoon, needing shoes and a new racket. He had a nice selection of court shoes and after a trying on several brands, I found one that felt snug and supportive for my feet needs. For a racket, he was able to give me an overview of types of rackets, grip size (turned out that I needed a smaller grip size), weight, etc. Since I didn't know what type of racket I wanted - control vs power, he suggested trying out his program of trying out different rackets each week over the course of a month for $25. I have worn the court shoes several times now and it has been so comfortable when running around on the court. No longer do my feet hurt. For the rackets, I came back after a week and decided which racket I liked. It turned out to be a power racket. Deepak strung it and I was able to pick it up the next day. I played with the racket and wow, it made so much of a difference when hitting the ball. No hand pain. Deepak is really knowledgeable and helpful about tennis equipment. I would definitely return for my tennis needs. Thank you! Oh and there are a couple of parking spaces for Mriva Sports in the back.

And apparently one of my items is from 2022 and the other item cannot be exchanged because the fitting is the same as when we first bought it. She also accused that I use the dryer to dry the clothes when we know not to dry Lululemon clothes due to shrinkage. Lululemon's policy has always been that if the item doesn't fit the same way it did when you first bought it you're able to do an in-store exchange or get a gift card for Lululemon products but the worker said that I'm not able to for no reason. I felt pretty disrespected and backhanded because I've never had an issue like this before. Shout out to Kate he did not help out or make me feel comfortable being able to shop there

If I have a question about something the greeter has referred me to one or two other employees that can help me out. When I have needed help they have answered my questions about the product if it's something I'm not as familiar with, usually the men's line, and always offer to do a search for items on line if the store is out of what I am looking for. There are usually a few employees in the dressing room so I've never had to wait to try on anything. The dressing room area is brightly lit. What I love most about Lululemon is the quality of their merchandise, whether it be from a headband, running shorts or tights, or outerwear. Their items are made to endure numerous workouts and washings. I am most familiar with their run events (2x/month), but they had a collab with Barry's recently. The events are fun, free, and support a healthy lifestyle.
