Enjoying the summer fun is not just enjoying the sun at the beach but also going to other fun places. One place which I see more people are going in SF and the surrounding areas is parks. This means amusement parks and local , state , and federal parks. Even neighborhoods like Glen Park for a summer time hike around the canyon. Then you got East bay regional parks for more nature. Then hundreds of thousands of party people flocked to the Golden Gate Park last weekend for OSL ( Outside Side Land). What if I told you there is a park where there have fun things and it's open more than five days of week. It's located on Durant street in Berkeley and it's called Fun Park. On a Summer stroll on Telegraph on a sunny day and unto Durant street I landed at Fun Park. Inside there are lots items such as Pokémon characters and Kawaii goods. You will also see Sonny Angel blind boxes. You will see lots of Hello Kitty and Sanrio characters. They have claw machines .You can find my favorite Avocado & Sweet Mustard Lay chips. Overall a fun spot to spot characters all over inside Fun Park. This was a very fun experience where my friends told me there's a trinket shop and I was not expecting to have so many cute stuff. . After lunch we came to the shop while shopping and it was a great stop. I found a lot of cute stickers and I love using it for my phones because they are 3D and they are a pop-up sticker which is so cute. . I also like coming here to check out their little plush toys which are food related and it's a Asian kind of food related items which is really resemble my culture and I find it so cute too have it on my tote bags. I was able to find a salmon one which is a little piece of salmon has a little cute face and a hologram shiny effect on the side of it which is so adorable. I also got a fennel vegetable which is green and has a little face as well. . They also have a lot of pop art items as well other brands to Sanrio brand plus she as well. Also upstairs there is a really cool room where you can make your own trinket items with sticking 3D little figurines to your Items. . They have plenty of Pop Mart blind boxes available, as well as a huge selection of Sonny Angels and Smiski. You will be paying a premium for most of these just fyi! Was in here all the time before, but I stopped coming in because some of the cashiers especially this guy with shorter hair maybe 5'8" makes the checkout experience highly uncomfortable. Not sure if this is the owner or an employee, but he always acts as if you're burdening him regardless of how polite you are and it just overtime started to ruin the experience. I believe there's a prior review that echoes the above sentiment as well regarding employee behavior towards customers. read more

Walking out of the parking shop to see this was interesting! I had two ideas about what this place was. 1) Something like a place people can play games 2) cute stuff regarding anime. Turns out it's a mix of both and more! You walk into the shop and are instantly met with cuteness. It's bright inside, fun music playing, and an assortment of things to buy. I noticed hair products. I saw wallets. There even was a claw machine. But the things that really took my interest and was the big reason people come into the store (imo) were all the blind boxes being sold. There's section upon section of different blind boxes. Subjects on these boxes ranged from the PowerPuff Girls to Disney to original characters like the ever famed Labubu. There are two stories: the first story has a lot of cute stationary supplies, jewelry, blind boxes, etc. The second story has more clothing and a place where you can decorate your own phone cases, mirrors, etc. I love that everywhere you look there are various blind boxes ranging from League of Legends, Homeshibas, capybaras, pandas etc. They also have various jewelry and make up/skin care products too. Heard about this place through Reels and since I love blind boxes, I had to check it out! When I went around 2pm, it was pretty busy but most of the crowd was at the Sonny Angel table. I've heard about these figures and knew they were popular. I was kinda shocked at the prices (between $15 - $20 a box) but apparently they are hard to find and if you buy them online, it's $10 but shipping can bring it up to $20 so basically you're getting it at a fair price. Other than Sonny Angels, there are lots of other blind boxes there but not as much as POP MART in San Jose. If you're into cutesy things like keychains and plushies, you'll find what you're looking for here. They had a keychain deal when I was there: buy 2 get 1 free. Service only happened at the cashier. In a very busy town with no parking. If you find one grab it quick. There's no sign on the building so look for the pink store. Cute items, accessories, earrings and things you don't know you needed. My family did the design your own accessories. My daughter chose the large mirror $29.99 and I did a hair claw $9.99. The young lady was very helpful and assisted us with all our questions. I have been here two times so far the first time was okay. I went back a few weeks ago looking for the Valentine's sonny angels they were 20 dollars each which is kinda expensive. They had a lot more other stuff but not that much sonny. The employee was nice and told us they had more of them coming next week.
