Great store that worked hard to find something that was best for the customer and was never pushy. Kent and Lindsey were both excellent and always put us first. Highly recommend! read more

As long as I've lived in the bay area, I have known Shane from the infamous radio commercial that is now drilled into my brain until the day I die. But that tells you something that a company that's been around longer than my own life and yet it's still round and thriving shows the style of business and customers. For the first time ever stepping foot into a Shane co being felt that I was heard and seen comfortable with my surroundings price point and communication with the sales people. It was a no-brainer that I knew that I was going to purchase the engagement ring/the wedding band/and my ring from Shane Co. It's probably the first place I started to look then branched out and ended up coming back. Definitely impressed with the service and the attention to the detail and the well educated thought out the process. Shout out to Caleb! read more

Shane Co. - His and hers - Jewelry Near Me - Walnut Creek, California

We visited Shane Co. to purchase a special gift, a ring, and it took us almost three hours -- no exaggeration -- to make up our minds! Lindsey and Kent, the two associates who helped us, were incredibly patient, answered all our questions, and brought out samples whenever possible. They explained the nitty-gritty of why different stones and metals looked or reflected light in certain ways. Finally, we settled on the ring we wanted. It was a long, exhausting process for me, but I was very impressed with the service we received from two of the associates, who were exceptionally patient and helpful throughout. We walked out like two happy campers! read more

Great service always delivered here at Shane Co. You are always greeted entering the store and you are serviced promptly without a lengthy wait time. The staff is attentive to your needs and eager to assist and help. A large selection of jewelry is offered here but I usually shop online on Shane Co. read more

Service was so detailed. I came in to have my jewelries washed and a necklace to be sent to be fixed. Also browsed around: selection was very good. Value matched quality. Will come here again and again. Been here for years and years. Parking was easy. read more

Leila was a great sales person. I believe another gentleman named Adrian (maybe?) helped me at first, he was also very friendly. I want to thank them both for making my transaction quick and easy. It was very busy on a Monday in the early afternoon which I wasn't expecting, so Leila was helping multiple guests. She communicated that very clearly to me which I appreciated. Even while helping multiple people at once, I didn't find myself waiting around, she checked back frequently and was genuinely nice. Shoutout to Leila for being great at her job! There's also a great variety of options at this location. You can check if items are in stock on the website prior to coming into the store which is nice. Parking lot is pretty small though but I still found parking pretty easily. Overall I was happy with my visit to this location. Multiple staff checked in with me and made sure I was being helped. I will return for future purchases. read more

We had a great experience today with Rwejuna when we were looking for a tennis bracelet for our daughter. He was such a joy to work with and we ended up finding the perfect bracelet! I love that we didn't feel pressured at all unlike some jewelry stores. Thank you so much for making it an enjoyable purchase! read more

Reggie was helping us with a pick up order and walked away to help new customers and never came back to us. Two other people asked if we were being helped; we explained we were here for a pick up. Finally, who I think was the manager went to the back, then someone came to help us. We got the purchase order. After my fiance tried on the band, they said thank you you're all set, but we weren't given a box or anything until I asked for one. I felt judged, dismissed, and treated poorly. This was supposed to be a special moment and it was ruined. read more

Another 5 star experience at Shane Co.! Ty assisted me today. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and provided fast efficient service! Additionally, Ty went above and beyond by linking two accounts together, which will help me going forward in my relationship with Shane Co. I also had time to set my eye on beautiful pieces that I may need to purchase down the road! They have gold, diamonds, and beautiful gemstones! I highly recommend this business and location for all your jewelry needs! read more

Their customer service is as poor as their jewelry quality. Definitely do not recommend. If you're an LGBTQ couple this is not your spot. My gf and I went here to browse and looked around for 20 min waiting for someone to help us while 5-6 of their service personnel were aimlessly walking around or standing behind the counter without a customer. Jokes on them because they missed out on double business. Shame on you. Will not be coming back. read more

I had such an incredible experience at Shane Co. today and had to leave a review. I came in with a ring that I actually purchased from a different jeweler because something still wasn't right with it after multiple "repairs." The original store had already tried to fix it three times, and the ring was still missing a diamond and the setting didn't look right. Tiana took the time to carefully look at the ring and immediately showed me exactly what was wrong with it. She explained everything so clearly and even told me specifically what I should ask the original jeweler to do to properly fix it. I truly appreciated how honest and helpful she was, especially considering I didn't even buy the ring from Shane Co. She and Char were both incredibly kind and welcoming. While I was there, Tiana also showed me some of the wedding bands they carry, and honestly it made me wish I had just shopped there from the beginning. When I originally came to Shane Co. while looking for wedding bands, I remember having such a magical experience, and now I really regret not purchasing from them. Lesson learned... I will never buy jewelry anywhere else. If you want knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful people, go see Tiana and Char at Shane Co. They are amazing. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Shane Co. I bought my wife's original ring and diamond from them 15 years ago, upgraded it at year 7, and surprised her with another beautiful upgrade last October for our 15th anniversary. Unfortunately, last week she called me crying her heart out--the entire diamond and crown had somehow fallen off her ring. We were absolutely devastated. I immediately called the store, bracing myself for a stressful process, but the manager on staff, Cynthia, completely turned the situation around. She was incredibly kind, immediately assured me that the lost diamond was fully covered under their warranty, and invited me to come into the store the very next day. When I arrived, another manager, Simon, took great care of me. He patiently and expertly assisted me in choosing a gorgeous new stone and setting for my wife to replace the lost one. To say their customer service is fantastic would be a massive understatement. I honestly never expected a lost stone to be covered under warranty, but Shane Co. truly stands behind their jewelry and goes above and beyond for their long-time customers. A huge thank you to Cynthia and Simon for turning a heartbreaking moment into such a seamless and positive experience. We are definitely customers for life! read more

Fantastic rings and INCREDIBLE customer service. We have had diamonds fall off of our ring and they always replaced them free of charge. This is amazing to me. Of course it's not our fault. The diamonds fall off but the fact that they replaced them for free is really an incredible feature. I highly recommend this place and would not buy my jewelry any place else read more

I recently went to Shane Co. in Walnut Creek to get new rings. Char Persaud was the jewelry consultant assigned to me and he was AMAZING! I went in with the rings I wanted to look at but when I put them on my finger, the diamonds were too big next to the ring I was trying to match it with. Char had another ring in mind and that ring ended up being perfect next to the ring I was trying to match. Char really took his time helping me and didn't try to rush me. He cleaned all of the jewelry that I was wearing (2 of the rings weren't from Shane Co.), and he even found that my wedding ring had a missing prong and 2 of the stones in my other ring were loose! When I was telling him how I wanted a fancy yellow diamond, I pointed to one that they had but it was pear shaped and I needed a radiant or emerald cut. Well, in his spare time, he searched for the fancy yellow diamond that I wanted and less than 8 hours after I left the store, he sent me a link to one he found that was at another Shane Co. He's having it shipped to the Walnut Creek store and it should be there in 2 days. Now that's what I call going above and beyond! Char, it was such a pleasure meeting you and thank you SO much for finding the fancy yellow diamond that I've been looking for. YOU ARE AWESOME!!! read more

I went to this Shane Co looking for an engagement ring and I was amazed by the level of service and care they put into the experience. Not only does Shane Co offer beautiful products with extensive ring care after you buy, but the staff at this location made the whole process easy and fun. I have to give a shoutout to Kent who went above and beyond to make this ring everything I wanted and more. When I came into the store, Kent immediately put me at ease and presented everything so clearly that any feeling of being overwhelmed by the many wonderful options dissipated. He took so much time with me to hone in on what I wanted and genuinely cared about my vision for the ring. I left the store feeling really confident that we had the ring and the stone I wanted and from there, he communicated every detail of the process and the ring was being produced and made every step up to receiving the ring so easy. I can't thank Kent enough for his efforts and both myself and my fiance were blow away by the results. read more

I visited today, Saturday, May 31, 2025, and Allyson helped us. I came just for my regular cleaning and inspection, but I brought my mother with me. She recently inherited her mother's wedding ring after my grandmother's death, and Allyson was so sympathetic and sensitive and made the experience for my mom so thoughtful. My mom wanted to have the ring resized, and they also cleaned and inspected it. One of the diamonds had been replaced before by Shane Co, but they are not the original jeweler. My mom was ecstatic with her service today, and I have to agree. Allyson was absolutely great with us today. THANK YOU! read more

Ally did great greeting us coming on the front door and answered our questions. She also followed up quickly with an email to me on how I might be able to get into a contest. Simon did an awesome job of taking our jewelry for cleaning part of their wonderfully incredible warranty that they have with their store. And they stand behind it, believe me. While we were there, we had an opportunity to chat with a manager. Where does Tom shane find all these nice people? Miss Melissa answered a question I had about having chairs by the counter for handicapped like myself being a handicapped veteran. And she had a very good answer for me. I have never had a bad experience coming into this store. And I fully trust everybody that works in there and know what they tell me is the truth and that I will get quality merchandise at a fair price. read more

If you're looking for jewelry for yourself or a loved one, Lindsey at Shane Co is your girl! She was just as excited about finding the right stone as I was. The consultants there don't make commission on their sales (which makes for a low pressure environment). I never felt like any one was pushing sales on me, but at the same time I hadn't had consultants where the rep was as patient, kind, and as knowledgeable about their stones as Lindsey. Lindsey was great at listening to my concerns and desires regarding the pieces I wanted. I can be indecisive and did have to make several appointments to be sure on the pieces I wanted. Lindsey was always willing to help, and never acted annoyed when I would ask to view pieces I had previously viewed again ( which I understand could be annoying). If you go to Shane Co in Walnut Creek ask for the gal with the rocking red hair as you will not be disappointed! read more

I want to give a huge shoutout to both Caleb and Char. I went in looking for an engagement ring and had the pleasure of being helped by Caleb. We spent a good 3 hours going through different rings and styles, along with looking at many many different stones. Caleb explained the different rankings of the stones very thoroughly and was patient throughout the whole process. I later returned to get some sizing modifications after the proposal and Char made the whole process incredibly simple. He had us try and compare sizes to see what's comfortable yet still has some resistance. We needed the ring ready ASAP due to an upcoming trip. Char went to the back room to spoke with the team that performs the modifications, and later came back letting us know to come back the next day to pick it up! Also, he even brought out the microscope and put the stone under it so we can see the laser engravings, we were having a hard time seeing it with the handheld piece. All in all, it was a great experience and simplified by the Shane Co team. read more

Leaving a review and shout out to Caleb for the great service he gave when I brought in my wife's diamond ring for repair. Caleb is my true friend in the diamond business. Great experience this time around!! June 2023 and we came back to find our wedding rings! Char was the associate helping me and it was a 10/10 experience. His energy, knowledge and experience made it fun. He inventoried every single wedding band I found online and let me try them all on. I was happy when my vision came to life, once again; with a ring from the stores selection. My fiancè also found his ring here and we love Shane Co for so many reasons. Thank you again! ** note for store: when I arrived they had no record of my appointment that I made in April for June, my ring was too be cleaned polished and dipped same day and they had no record, I have an email but it was too late to honor that- so I had to leave my ring there to be shipped back. Great service and quality highly recommend for any jewelers need. Personnel is all friendly and very helpful.

My Experience @ Shane Co. I entered the store with the mind of upgrading, but I did not know exactly what I was looking for. Instantly, I was approached by Evan who made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. I ended up speaking with two representatives, Evan and Char. They patiently walked me through the options, explained everything clearly (Natural vs. Lab Grown Diamond), and helped me find the perfect upgrade within my budget. With Char and Evan expertise, I was reassured that I had chosen the right diamond and setting. They were never once pushy of my options. You can tell the diamond was crafted with care by Shane Co. I was fully satisfied with my experience from start to end. The customer service I received from Char and Evan was above and beyond. They genuinely care about making my experience special, and it shows in every detail. I left feeling 100% confident in my purchase and excited to come back for wedding bands. Treated like a second class citizen once I told them what I needed. Sure it's not their ring, but I came to them for business, I was paying for it. I have a real 10 karat gold ring, with three stone in it. It's my wedding ring. An alexandrite, and two moon stones. No problems for three years, but my hand got stuck in something while at work, and one of my moonstones fell out. I had the stone, I just needed the prong fixed and the stone put back in. The rep talked down to me, saying since Shane Co doesn't deal with "whatever these stones are, mood stones?" I said "MOON stone. It's a pretty common gemstone." He said they can't confirm what stone it is somehow because they don't use them? But they'll take my money to fix it anyway so I tried to brush it off. What kind of jeweler can't tell what a moon stone is? But when I got my ring back, it wasn't even clean. It still had some sort of putty in it, and was greasy. They couldn't even be bothered to throw it in their cleaning machine afterwards. I paid for their service- over $100 for it. So why was I, and my ring, treated so poorly? This is not the first time I was treated this way but I thought it might have been a one time thing- but now I know better. I don't appreciate being looked down on. Never going here again. read more

My fiancé and I went in looking for wedding bands with only a vague conception of what we wanted. Caleb was wonderful at narrowing down our preferences and also throwing in some well-selected variations and wildcards. We both ended up choosing rings he suggested (but weren't initially what we thought we wanted) and are both very happy with them. He also just made the process fun-- lots of jokes, no pressure, and he remembered us when we came back the following week. Was a great experience. read more

I'm not one to write reviews, but I had to take the time to shout out the BEST Shaneco jewelry consultant,Cece. My grandma passed away four years ago, and I have been wearing her ring since. Unfortunately, back in December at my job holiday gathering, the Diamond fell out. I was devastated once I realized it was no longer in the setting. It wasn't a Shaneco ring, but I had heard many great things about Shaneco jewelry. So, after work on 3/1/24, I decided to see what Shaneco Walnut Creek could do. When I walked in, CeCe kindly welcomed me and listened to every last one of my concerns. After a little time going over different diamond qualities, etc, I found the perfect one!! Once I picked the ring up a week later, the way the Diamond looked along with how clean my ring was exceeded my expectations. Cece was working that day as well and took the time to check on me. I was so pleased with her customer service, knowledge, and kind advice that I've been in 4 other times since and have specifically asked for her. She is amazing! Unfortunately, when I picked up my necklace today, I didn't get to thank her again for everything she has helped me with. (she was with other customers at the time) I will for sure be back ! Thank you, Cece read more
