And some people need more help than others. So try to be patient. And they do not work miracles, so keep your expectations reasonable. I've been to the store on Crescent Dr a few times in the last few months to help with orders and tech support. Each time I was seen within a few minutes. On two occasions I had the pleasure of working with Julie. She's great. Friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. The store is lucky to have her.

I brought my 70 year old mom in to…read moretrade in her phone on our family plan, and while the representative was very sweet and friendly, she also sent us off with no instructions or offers of assistance to help transfer her info from one phone to the next. Then, we went back in to drop off the trade in and was helped by someone that turned us away and told us to go directly to UPS, even though the email said to drop the phone off at the store. Then UPS turned us away because we didn't have the right information. Finally someone explained that their system was down and walked us over to UPS with the right code. This isn't my first time with issues in service quality and accuracy with Verizon. The Martinez location that closed down was also disruptive and caused extra work for us after the sale was made.

    Tried calling store with a question about computer printer repair…read more 15 minutes later the new AI answering program would not/ could not let me connect I went to store in person ( faster) I asked a Customer service agent about printer repairs at their big repair desk He pointed and said get in line there I did After waiting in line 10 minutes later the geek squad repair guy asked me what I wanted I told him He said "We don't repair printers " I told him the Customer Service guy told me to get in line after I said I wanted my printer repaired He looked at me, shrugged his shoulders, and walked away I ask the customer service guy for the manager to make a complaint 15 minutes later, a woman walks up, does not identify herself as the manager, and he asks me what I want I told her about the Customer Service guy and the repair guy She says you should've called first I told her I tried and she said everyone in the store knows you can't call into the store for help. It's a corporate decision. We have nothing to do with it. She said the division managers have all complained to the store manager about the AI voice, but nothing is being done ever because of a corporate decision I told her YELP recommended this store for Repairs and she said sorry I asked her if she could tell me where I could get my printer repaired and she said no I can't. Would you like to buy a new one? After this long conversation, I asked her who's the manager here and she said I am she had not identified herself as a manager before that Verdict ; Absolute failure, trying to reach at the store by phone and the people who work there know it Service at the store? Clock in-do as little as possible Clock out Conclusion? No one at corporate or at the store gives a damn about customers And I'm still looking to get my prayer repaired

She offered to turn the music down (it was loud) since I had to call customer service for an extension on my trade-in and the automated voice kept stopping due to the music but I told her it was okay because I didn't think I'd be on the phone for long. Well I was wrong and I was on the phone with over 7 different people and getting transferred to different numbers and the original girl I was working with helped a different customer so I asked the male in front of me for help (manager) he gave me a different number after I got transferred to a useless number and I asked him if he could turn the music down and he proceeds to tell me that he can't and that it's basically just programmed like that or some lie he made up and I told him that the girl JUST offered to turn it down for me and he goes I can try (he knows he can) to sum up the rest I got help from another male and female employee who were SO sweet, patient, and helpful. She helps me get through finally after almost an hour of trying and the man on the phone approves the trade in but says I need to ship it but the first female helping me told me I was able to do it in person but the the manager proceeds to mansplain what the guy on the phone said and tells me I can't trade it in, in person, that I need to ship it and the the first girl who helped me basically misspoke. I am irritated at this point so i just proceed with the call but then the agent on the phone tells me it was ready to be traded in, in person, so the male who was helping me earlier with the girl finished all of the trade-in for me. The 3 associates helping me were so great so this review is for them!! I'd give them 5 starts and the manager 0. it's a shame he was awful and full of bs!!!

    So I love this location,because the customer service is always on point…read more So last week, right after work, I stop in to get my privacy screen changed, when I notice it's oddly quiet and the atmosphere was a little tense. Five minutes after I walk in, a lady who's obviously been there quite awhile, is complaining about, "a chip" on the corner of her phone. You really couldn't assume I was eavesdropping, because she made it a point for everyone in the store to hear her. She complained numerous times, that she had to drop 30 miles to go there, in my mind; I'm like lady I drove 123 miles around trip to get here. So she keeps tearing into the young man helping her, but by those time her kid, started having a bloody nose, but the other associates have already started helping him by giving him paper towels to stop the blooding. She finally calms down and starts speaking to him with more grace and respect. We all know, a chip on your phone is user error and that isn't T-Mobile's fault your entitled ass dropped or bumped the phone on something. When my turn finally arrives, the guy who fixed my phone previously whispers, "You missed quite the show earlier", I respond, "Yeah I can see that the show finally calmed down". I mean we all have problems in life, but this is T-Mobile, not your therapist or therapy session. The folks here can't fix your personal issues, they can't change the fact, that you're clumsy or entitled. They can however, provide you with great customer service, which is what she and I both received that night. So keep it up y'all, and ignore the negativity and the bad reviews, because honestly it's all about our attitudes. It was bad moment, someone took and projected as their whole day being ruined.
