Met with Waterman and dropped off the turntable. Within 4 or 5 days he called me and let me know it was ready. He was very thorough. He brought the unit back to life, replaced parts that needed and added a new Audio-Technica LS300 cartridge, made in japan. The whole process was painless and turn around great. There are not too many people around that have the ability to do this kind of work I am glad I found Waterman. My other components are in great shape but if something goes amiss I will certainly contact him again. He manages his business by his own rules, kind of like Digital vs Analog. ( one day lost). So I made an appointment for the next day. I was then informed that they don't do repairs there as it had to be sent out and it would take 2-3 weeks. Then he informed me that it would cost me a minimum of $85 for shipping and handling ... but it is a warranty repair! Deaf ears ( second day lost) I immediately left shaking my head. I called Amazon, where I bought it. After it was determined by HP that it was not in warranty as it was purchased through an Amazon reseller, Amazon quickly satisfied me by providing me a complete refund even after 11 months!!!! This review is for the printing center!…read more I used the Printing Center to make some business cards, which in reality were cards going to be used for a best friends Celebration of Life token bags. I did the design myself on my phone. They got them done quickly and notified me right away. When I picked them up, I noticed that the printing was offset. There were two employees at the counter, one looked like a manager. I told them what happened, they jumped on it right away and was so friendly about it. It wasn't their fault, more of a computer printer error. Needless to say, they helped me re-upload my images, they insured the quality themselves on their computer, and showed me a sample before printing. They came out beautifully. I left with the new cards and nothing was a hassle. These ladies were the best!! They were so helpful and they maintained a very helpful and positive attitude. They'll be 20 people in the self serve line which only has 4 registers and one is always broke and they refuse to get a new person on one the regular registers. I don't get it. You see this giant line of people going well into the aisle and target employers walking around laughing and doing nothing and no new register will be open. When this store eventually goes out of business, and trust me a store this poorly run always does, no one will shed a tear. The one time I got into a regular line, the guy at the register was going so slow and it looked like he was talking to the person he was checking out but she didn't seem interested. Then upon further inspection, he was rapping to himself and the lady was super uncomfortsble because it was so unprofessional and he was purposely going super slow while he was rapping Then halfway through he stops to look at some pictures on another employees phone while everyone in line is just standing there. Recently, we returned and my wife was able to find what she was looking for. On a Saturday afternoon, the store was busy, but we were still able to get in and out fast. This is one of the busier Target stores I've been to. I think my sister prefers it to the one in Oakland. It reminds me of our Target at home in Atlanta (Atlantic Station) because it has a garage and you have to take escalators/stairs up to get into the store (however, at this location, if you park outside, there is no need to take the escalators/stairs).
