This place was a lifesaver! Convenient hours. Knowledgeable, ever-welcoming male & female staff. And let's not forget the affordable prices to go along with a MASSIVE amount of products from flower, to vape, to wax, to wraps and sooooo much more! read more

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!! Courtney D. was amazing and SUPER helpful. She made suggestions and asked really good questions. Also, the prices here are incredible. Their selection of products are out of this world. They definitely have enough bud tenders. It's open and the temp is nice and cool but not too cold. read more

Great products friendly professional service. If you don't like this place you are high. Oh wait... well you know what I mean.

Worst dispo in the county, possibly the worst in the state. Prices are good,.but don't be fooled, the Budtenders are awful, and the flower is quite old. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND read more

Updating again because HOW DO YOU NOT UPDATE YOUR DELIVERY MENU WITH FULL PRODUCT?! They advertise "specials" on holidays but then you go on the menu and they never have anything. Right now is 4th of July weekend and they literally only have 2 black Mylar bags on menu...... RIDICULOUS DO YOURSELF A FAVORITE AND GO TO EMBARC OR ONEPLANT IN ANTIOCH. They update their menus constantly and customer service is 1000 times better. STOP WASTING YOUR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT read more

Huge selection! Friendly staff! Courtney was so kind and patient. She answered all of my questions and I found exactly what I was looking for! I will definitely be back! read more

I've been a fan of this dispensary for a while--the selection is excellent, the environment is welcoming, and the budtenders are always friendly and knowledgeable. I really wanted to continue supporting this store, but a recent experience has made that difficult. During the 4/20 promotion, I was overcharged by more than $60. I understand that errors--whether system-related or human--can happen, especially during busy times. But what's most important is how those errors are handled. Unfortunately, this is where the experience completely fell apart. After unsuccessful attempts to reach someone at the store by phone, I contacted their online customer care department three separate times. I haven't received a single response or acknowledgment to date. On top of that, it's worth noting that I've encountered issues with their point-of-sale system on nearly every visit, which makes situations like this all the more frustrating. As much as I love the products and the vibe here, I can't continue to support a business that doesn't take accountability or make things right when they're at fault. I'll still be purchasing their products--but from other local dispensaries. read more

STIIIZY - Pacheco - 04/20/2025 Promotions - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Pacheco, California

The customer service I received was AWFUL. Rachel has no customer service AT ALL. Her responses are very rude and disrespectful. Didn't even want to spend my money here. "How much is this?" Do I know off the top of my head? No. "How much is the difference between the all in one VS regular pod" The prices are right there. Cmon, now! There's many bud tenders at this place that are VERY nice and she is not one of them. read more

They get no stars !!!organization ran by kuli kagaddoos and most of the women not all look like they just rolled out a bed wake n bake not a good look on the job!! Even if it is a dispensary !! BE cautious when purchasing cartridges here. I received a defective product and followed the store's 7-day return policy exactly, including bringing back the packaging and receipt. The store refused to exchange it after briefly testing it and instead suggested I buy a new battery. I did, and the cartridge still does not work. When I tried to escalate the issue, I was denied help and labeled "problematic," which is not accurate. A previous issue I had with this business involved a cartridge malfunction that raised safety concerns, it blew up ! Shattered while medicating !! so this pattern is concerning. Despite following their instructions and making additional purchases, I was left with a defective, unusable product and no resolution. This experience reflects very poor customer service and a lack of accountability. I have submitted a formal complaint with the California Department of cannabis control ....and corporate office!! read more

The prices might be good but the bud tenders are rude AF. I didn't make decisions about what I wanted fast enough for this woman, who clearly just wanted me in and out of there. I'll go to One Plant in Antioch where the bud tenders are kind and don't rush you instead. This was my second attempt at this place and it also was my last. read more

This is a corporate, make money at all cost, operation. Bought a vape pen from them, it was clearly defective, so I brought it back within 48 hours with the receipt. They refused to exchange it for a working unit because I didn't keep the original packaging. I've bought many pens and have never kept the original, hard to open, almost impossible to get into, packaging. It's trash at that point. Velvet right down the street gets my business - I'll never step foot in this place again, anywhere. read more

We received fabulous customer service from Connor today. His knowledge of concentrates impressed us. He gave us the full range of prices, $10-60, and told us his favorites. We have always enjoyed the people at Stiizy, and now we know who to go to when we want top advice on what dabs well. Also, I like the out-the-door pricing. It is hard to make comparisons when there is no set pricing method in the industry. I always appreciate places that include the 30%+/- taxes upfront. read more

STIIIZY - Pacheco - Deal - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Pacheco, California

Tristin and his male employee with black hair yelled at us to "Get the F out" as we were silently, peacefully waiting to complete our purchase (all because it was 15 minutes before close). The female employee questioned the male employee, "Why would you say that out loud to them for no reason?" She looked disgusted. We were loyal customers for years, but this time they have been giving out pods with missing mouthpieces, and very dark brown pods that taste like burnt metal fumes and battery acid. Refused to exchange. Pods at this location are fake and will give you cancer from the filthy old oil. read more

Awesome customer service today from Lindsey! Always helpful whenever I get her and very knowledgeable. thanks so much!!

I love this location. The staff know they stuff and the prices are on point. However my last visit was extremely weird. As I was standing at the cash register making my purchase I noticed that the tip jar was right in front of me and was somewhat in the way. I moved it over as to prevent any suspicion that I was stealing it as it had cash sticking out and I was uncomfortable being so close to it. After my purchase was completed I noticed that the little man was mugging me and had slammed it back where it was and walked off. The little African American man who I've never seen before was rude and almost had me call somebody up here to find out what the problem was. As I was not disrespectful but was disrespected. read more

Kendall was super knowledgeable with products and helped me pick something new. Highly recommend Stizzy

Bought an ounce from STIIIZY a few days ago and it's actually the worst greens I've ever had in my life. It does less than nothing there is no effect to be had. Taste is bad, smell is bad, high is non existent. Paid good money for this and of course no returns so I'm stuck with these placebo greens. I'd only recommend INFUSED pre-rolls from here, specifically the jeeter ones. This was my first time getting anything but pre rolls and I regret it horribly. I won't be coming back here, wasted my money and my time. If you like good ounces and half ounces this is not the place for you read more

I liked the weed from there and I enjoyed going there. It's very spacious. I don't know if it's really necessary to have so much space but they do but the only thing that I really didn't like is that you aren't able to smell the weed before you buy it or smell that product before you buy it and I really don't like just looking at it. I wanna smell it you know so the one thing is that everybody is missing out on the skunk bud like where in the hell is the green bud ganja the skunk weed like that's the only reason why smoke weed and nobody seems to have it Because they've bread it out or got rid of it so they could have all this other stuff. I don't know you think that somebody is selling that junk around here somewhere. read more

Went here to spoil myself and bought 2- 21$ joints...set for the weekend! NOT.....smoked an entire joint to my head and nothing! Took the other unopened back and they would do nothing to make it right....bad business....now I gotta find a new store and get a different battery and cartridges too cause I won't go where they don't stand behind they're business! We stopped here on the way to an event. The tenders who work here are knowledgeable and friendly (I enjoy the Stiizy vape and they helped us select that). Staff: Solid 4 stars. Product Availability: -32 stars. It's convenient to have yet another Stiiizy spot popping up--but only if they actually have products that are fresh and relevant. A lot of the time, this location doesn't have fresh products (nobody wants that crush-and-it-turns-to-dust ass weed) or a large selection. It can get pretty frustrating, and it's hard giving them a call (and getting someone to answer) to let you know whether certain stuff is in stock. When you get there and they hit you with the dreaded "Yeah, so...", you know you're at a loss. I will say that they tend to stock a lot of the new Stiiizy eighths (surprise surprise) and when they're fresh, it's gravy baby. But for whatever reason we've been getting too many bunk rounds to keep experimenting. Still love the staff though! read more

I've been going here for nearly a year and have had nothing but great experiences up till now. The new security guard (i think her name is Lexi?) is unimaginably rude, not just to me but to the other people in front of me in line. This was her third time bothering me, so I asked for a manager. Ramon came out and told me i had to have a physical med card or i couldn't be helped, when I explained that that wasn't true, he argued with me for a moment before calling someone else and going inside, when he came back outside 5 minutes later, he told me that I could follow him right in and he'd check me out, I got confused and started asking him about the misleading information, he told me earlier, and he told me I was trying to make problems. I also have an anxiety disorder that Ramon I was very disrespectful about, saying, "Everyone has anxiety, i have a little anxiety right now." I've never experienced this treatment from any other manager or any other security guard. read more
