The store refused to exchange it after briefly testing it and instead suggested I buy a new battery. I did, and the cartridge still does not work. When I tried to escalate the issue, I was denied help and labeled "problematic," which is not accurate. A previous issue I had with this business involved a cartridge malfunction that raised safety concerns, it blew up ! Shattered while medicating !! so this pattern is concerning. Despite following their instructions and making additional purchases, I was left with a defective, unusable product and no resolution. This experience reflects very poor customer service and a lack of accountability. I've been a fan of this dispensary for a while--the selection is excellent, the environment is welcoming, and the budtenders are always friendly and knowledgeable. I really wanted to continue supporting this store, but a recent experience has made that difficult. During the 4/20 promotion, I was overcharged by more than $60. I understand that errors--whether system-related or human--can happen, especially during busy times. But what's most important is how those errors are handled. Unfortunately, this is where the experience completely fell apart. After unsuccessful attempts to reach someone at the store by phone, I contacted their online customer care department three separate times. I haven't received a single response or acknowledgment to date. On top of that, it's worth noting that I've encountered issues with their point-of-sale system on nearly every visit, which makes situations like this all the more frustrating. As much as I love the products and the vibe here, I can't continue to support a business that doesn't take accountability or make things right when they're at fault. I love this location. The staff know they stuff and the prices are on point. However my last visit was extremely weird. As I was standing at the cash register making my purchase I noticed that the tip jar was right in front of me and was somewhat in the way. I moved it over as to prevent any suspicion that I was stealing it as it had cash sticking out and I was uncomfortable being so close to it. After my purchase was completed I noticed that the little man was mugging me and had slammed it back where it was and walked off. Bought an ounce from STIIIZY a few days ago and it's actually the worst greens I've ever had in my life. It does less than nothing there is no effect to be had. Taste is bad, smell is bad, high is non existent. Paid good money for this and of course no returns so I'm stuck with these placebo greens. I'd only recommend INFUSED pre-rolls from here, specifically the jeeter ones. This was my first time getting anything but pre rolls and I regret it horribly. I've been going here for nearly a year and have had nothing but great experiences up till now. The new security guard (i think her name is Lexi?) is unimaginably rude, not just to me but to the other people in front of me in line. This was her third time bothering me, so I asked for a manager. Ramon came out and told me i had to have a physical med card or i couldn't be helped, when I explained that that wasn't true, he argued with me for a moment before calling someone else and going inside, when he came back outside 5 minutes later, he told me that I could follow him right in and he'd check me out, I got confused and started asking him about the misleading information, he told me earlier, and he told me I was trying to make problems. I also have an anxiety disorder that Ramon I was very disrespectful about, saying, "Everyone has anxiety, i have a little anxiety right now." Staff: Solid 4 stars. Product Availability: -32 stars. It's convenient to have yet another Stiiizy spot popping up--but only if they actually have products that are fresh and relevant. A lot of the time, this location doesn't have fresh products (nobody wants that crush-and-it-turns-to-dust ass weed) or a large selection. It can get pretty frustrating, and it's hard giving them a call (and getting someone to answer) to let you know whether certain stuff is in stock. When you get there and they hit you with the dreaded "Yeah, so...", you know you're at a loss. I will say that they tend to stock a lot of the new Stiiizy eighths (surprise surprise) and when they're fresh, it's gravy baby. But for whatever reason we've been getting too many bunk rounds to keep experimenting. Still love the staff though! read more

had the worst experience this morning during their 4/20 doorbuster promo. they let people cut in line when only a very limited number of the promo were available. when the rest of us in line brought it up to mgmt, they shrugged it off and said they only had ONE security guard working so they were spread incredibly thin and ineffective. instead of refusing the line cutters service, mgmt decided to honor them instead and give a metaphorical middle finger to the rest of us waiting in line. how do they only have ONE security guard working a 420 special promo?? epic security fail on their part and instead of trying to remedy the situation, they leaned in further. it's not hard to check security footage and refuse the line cutters. they have cameras all over. the retail staff and prices are great which is why I didn't give 1 star overall, but their mgmts lapse in security is frightening to their regular and loyal customers. do better or I'll go elsewhere read more
