Good luck getting your order! The owner is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to, and a…read moreperson like this should not be running any sort of business. I placed an order around 4pm, which was accepted, and received a text message confirming it. More than an hour and a half later - without any further communication - I got a phone call from the owner asking how I "even found out" about them, and that they weren't coming to deliver because my address was outside their delivery area. At no point during my online order was it indicated that my address was outside their delivery area. So being spoken to as if I had done something deliberately to skirt the system was ridiculous. The owner continued to be aggressive with me, talking over me, only sarcastically apologizing when I asked him if he thought this inconvenience to me as a customer warranted an apology, and actually hung up on me at one point. When I called back and asked if he had hung up on me or been disconnected, he laughed and said he had hung up on me. As a woman, I steer clear of men who are as aggressive and unapologetic as that owner was. We all know the kind. Nothing is ever their fault. It's a bad quality in a person and a fatal one in a business owner. There are friendlier and better-run delivery services in the area. Avoid this one at all costs.

Before that I was going to Antioch location. I must say all of the bud tenders are helpful and kind. They are soo sweet and accommodating. I had an issue the other week with my points. I've been saving my points for a "rainy day". When I went to use some, ALLLLL of my points were gone. I was pretty upset given I had more than 20,000 points. Andrew was SOOOOOOOO amazing. He reassured me and made sure I'd be able to use my points. If he didn't do that, I probably would have NEVER have come back to coco and would've gone else where. I'm giving coco 4/5 because of the selection. At one point, there were so many options. It's clear they only want you buy their brand (which isn't great). I get it. It's a business. But.... The options are so poor now, it's a big bummer. Your staff are the ONLY reason you got four stars. If it wasn't for all of your staff.. I probably would've rated Coco Farms 1/5 because 0/5 isn't an option.

I am extremely disappointed with this company and the way this situation was handled. I had TWO…read moreaccounts set up this way, and after the system update, both accounts were apparently deleted along with over $300 worth of points I had spent my hard-earned money accumulating. I went to place an order and was told I needed to create a new account, which immediately confused me. When I went to the store, the employee blamed the new system, then said it was because I was at a different location, and finally blamed my ID. Meanwhile, nobody could locate my original accounts or help me access the credits I had earned. I emailed customer service hoping they would resolve the issue, only to be told that I supposedly didn't have an account. Their solution? A measly $12 off my next purchase. Are you serious? I lost over $300 worth of accumulated points, and all they offered me was $12! What makes this even worse is that I was told the points never expired, only to later be told that they had to be used within a certain amount of time. The information I received was inconsistent, contradictory, and completely unacceptable. I spent my money with this company under the understanding that my points were being saved and that they would be available to use. To have both accounts disappear, receive conflicting explanations, and then be offered $12 as compensation is insulting to a loyal customer. I want my points restored, not a $12 discount that requires me to spend even more money. Customers should not lose the rewards they worked to accumulate because of a system update or poor account management. This entire experience has destroyed my trust in this company, and the way customer service handled it only made matters worse.
