Before that I was going to Antioch location. I must say all of the bud tenders are helpful and kind. They are soo sweet and accommodating. I had an issue the other week with my points. I've been saving my points for a "rainy day". When I went to use some, ALLLLL of my points were gone. I was pretty upset given I had more than 20,000 points. Andrew was SOOOOOOOO amazing. He reassured me and made sure I'd be able to use my points. If he didn't do that, I probably would have NEVER have come back to coco and would've gone else where. I'm giving coco 4/5 because of the selection. At one point, there were so many options. It's clear they only want you buy their brand (which isn't great). I get it. It's a business. But.... The options are so poor now, it's a big bummer. Your staff are the ONLY reason you got four stars. If it wasn't for all of your staff.. I probably would've rated Coco Farms 1/5 because 0/5 isn't an option.

But first let me say, the Budtenders and the complete staff including the Security guard were all very nice and patient. 5 stars in that category. But quality has been an ongoing issue at these big dispensaries ever since things became commercialized and heavily regulated, and only a few choices of companies to choose from. It's very unfortunate that most people don't seem to know what quality bud is. Anyways, I bought few different strains by different companies, and they were straight garbage. Chemically tasting, doesn't even smell like weed, doesn't even break down like weed..almost feels like rubber, with absolutely no stickiness. The taste was horrific. The high was decent I suppose, but when I came down, I felt icky in my brain and had a headache. Even the next day I still felt those symptoms. I rarely smoke so it's a treat for me when I decide to do it. I grew my first plant in 1993, my first setup was a hydroponic drip ring bucket, and 400 watt MH from PlantItEarth on Market St. That should let you know all you need to know about my expertise on this subject. And although I've never became a big time grower, for at least two decades following I've always had a plant or 2 going no matter where I lived. Sometimes even soil and outdoor grows, and I've grown many different strains from seed (non-feminized). When you go in many of these dispensaries now, you see all these silly named strains and goofy logos and pictures on the packaging, it's like it's become a joke. And unfortunately you can't even open the packaging or the jar to smell it. Anyways, I can write a book on this matter, but in summary, straight garbage.

Made us super uncomfortable aside from it being my daughter's first time inside. At least the person that checks our ID's is kind.... But the atmosphere is a bit tense and awkward.
