He reassured me and made sure I'd be able to use my points. If he didn't do that, I probably would have NEVER have come back to coco and would've gone else where. I'm giving coco 4/5 because of the selection. At one point, there were so many options. It's clear they only want you buy their brand (which isn't great). I get it. It's a business. But.... The options are so poor now, it's a big bummer. Your staff are the ONLY reason you got four stars. If it wasn't for all of your staff.. I went to place an order and was told I needed to create a new account, which immediately confused me. When I went to the store, the employee blamed the new system, then said it was because I was at a different location, and finally blamed my ID. Meanwhile, nobody could locate my original accounts or help me access the credits I had earned. I emailed customer service hoping they would resolve the issue, only to be told that I supposedly didn't have an account. Their solution? A measly $12 off my next purchase. Are you serious? I lost over $300 worth of accumulated points, and all they offered me was $12! What makes this even worse is that I was told the points never expired, only to later be told that they had to be used within a certain amount of time. The information I received was inconsistent, contradictory, and completely unacceptable. I spent my money with this company under the understanding that my points were being saved and that they would be available to use. To have both accounts disappear, receive conflicting explanations, and then be offered $12 as compensation is insulting to a loyal customer. I want my points restored, not a $12 discount that requires me to spend even more money. Customers should not lose the rewards they worked to accumulate because of a system update or poor account management. This entire experience has destroyed my trust in this company, and the way customer service handled it only made matters worse.
