Steer clear from here... this was by far the worst smoke shop I've ever been into. As exciting as it may seem with everything you can imagine a smoke shop should have, it is WAY too overpriced but get this... everything I bought from there either was already damaged / broken inside the packaging , or broke the second I started using it. Please, save your hard earned money and go elsewhere ...!!! read more

Let me start off by saying two things. One, I'm a very picky, OCD person and I knew exactly what I wanted coming in. Two, this was the fourth or fifth stop on my quest to find a replacement for the pipe I had accidentally destroyed early this day. I wish I got the guys name who works at the shop, dude was a super cool, knowledgable and patient guy. Showed me some pieces from a trade show! This is a bonus as most shop owners/employees don't venture out and look for glassware that's unique, durable and beautiful. He also gave me some of his thoughts on a few pieces I had not considered, mind you he was well aware of what I was looking for as I had shown him a picture of my previous piece and told him a list of "must haves". I've ventured into many smokeshops, and this one is nestled in a nice little corner of Martinez and offers better quality and more affordable pieces than MANY of the more well known shops in the area and in the Bay Area in general. I didn't look at the water pipes, except for a small corner of some gorgeous pieces (colors were epic), but I'm excited for my next trip here to see what specialties lie in store!! read more

Double Header Smoke Shop - Super thick glass, perfect length and hole sizes. Gnarly colors! - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Martinez, California

This was my first time at this smoke shop (any smoke shop for that matter). I had read the reviews for this place a d decides to check it out. This place is the far corner of a small shopping plaza, so plenty of parking. There were 2 guys just leaving as I was walking in. The guy who was working there greeted me and I told him what I was looking for. He was quick to answer the question and show me what he had. He asked me what size and showed me what had. I was sort of felt like I was pressured to pick one which was annoying. He showed me one for $20 that I initially liked. Then I asked to see an other item which was $50 and more for what I was looking for. It was between those two, and I choose the 2nd item. He said alright and went to another room of selection stuff. He carefully wrapped the item in bubble wrap and walked me back the register. $54 was the total - not bad - happy with the price and the product. 3 stars for the selection and for the quality of the items there. 1 star missing for thier website not working & not being able to order online. Last star missing for the lack of customer service - wasn't bad but it could have been better. Open 7 days a week! read more

Absolute terrible customer service I am seeing impaired and asked for the name of the flavors of a brand of disposable vapes and was read off a different flavor name then what I was sold I didn't even open it , let alone notice until I got home and had assistance reading it because I trusted the worker , so I called and the worker said , if unopened they would exchange and then didn't once I got there! 30$ wasted ! Hoping to talk to the owner for a better experience! I've been a long time customer too. read more

I bought a bong at this place about 5 years ago and needed to replace one of the parts. The customer service is excellent I had a nice young lady assist me with my purchase. Prices are a bit higher then say going to Berkeley or even Concord but I don't have to worry about traffic or being in an unsavory area. They have a reasonable selection of pipes, accessories and novelties. A great place to find the perfect gift for friends. read more

Amazing shop with lots of options. Thanks to the sales rep sold me exactly what I need. Highly recommended.

Fn tweeker broke in and stole my piece, so needed to replace it. Walked in unsure what I was looking for, walked out with 3 beautiful new pieces for under $40. Can't beat that. read more

Went to Buy Cigars at 12:00 pm, which they were supposed to Sunday OPEN, I called all I got was a recording that I couldn't understand all it said they will call you back as soon as they can? call back! I guess they were CLOSED! read more

It's one thing to be out of a product that's understandable. When someone tells you they never had the item and tells you that you're a liar is where I draw the line, I don't know who these people think they are that they can treat customers with less than respect is unacceptable , regardless of what items you are buying, Bottom line I'm spending my money and I refuse to spend it with a disrespectful unprofessional establishment. With that being said I will never shop at this hole in the wall I always wondered why it's always empty, it should be closed down. read more

Nice smoke shop. Go and visit once. so, you will see the real things which you were looking for with a high quality.

Love this shop, i've never bought darts anywhere else, they have anything and everything you need for your darts and are all high quality products, just go ask for Brian and he'll help you with everything you might need. i'm always a happy customer when i leave there. read more

Extremely overpriced! Santa Cruz shredder was marked at $80 which seemed ridiculous. Looked on amazon and saw the same one for $38. When confronting him on his price gouging he rudely stated he wouldn't lower the price. Horrible customer service read more

I was looking for a particular pen and was going all over hoping to find what I needed. Thankfully my last stop was here as the associate Nick was extremely helpful. Best little smoke shop hands down . Small , but packed with great glass, coolest staff in the east bay and great prices. Definitely worth checking out before you waste your time somewhere else read more

Great place. Really friendly staff, great selection of glass and really good prices.

I came in here the other day looking for CBD oil that I could smoke. I'd been using CBD tinctures for some health problems and was looking to try smoking it for faster relief. It was clear that I did not know what I was doing, and the man was so kind and patient with me. He educated about the products and answered all my questions. I didn't feel dumb, like I had at other shops. He showed me what I was looking for at even taught me how to use it. That made ALL the difference!!! I left there confident that I had bought the right thing and that I'd be able to use it. Prices were good too! I feel like I got my money's worth and I will DEFINITELY be a return customer. Thanks so much for taking the time and energy to help me!! read more

I've been to this store around 3 or 4 times. I've never been impressed with their merchandise. They have a lot of glass, but seems overpriced. Their customer service has never been what I call great. Occ you might find someone who knows what they're talking about, & is actually willing to talk to you. (Thus the 1 star) But more often than not, they either don't have a clue as to what I'm looking for, or they just don't give a sh**. Odd way to run a business. They don't have much in the way of accessories. I went in for a simple clip to attach an ash catcher to a bong. Pretty standard. The guy there hadn't a clue as to what I was talking about. He had to call someone on the phone, then comes back to say they didn't have the size I wanted. All this without showing me a single clip!! (And unless they were hidden, they didn't have any). Then when I asked about some bowls for a bong, he just ignored me!!!! Too bad cause this is closest shop to me, but not worth wasting my time with. :-( read more

I'm honestly not that interested in the merchandise, but the customer service. Cute guy, fabulous car, that's enough to make me buy stuff I can't use. read more

Top of the line, genuine non scummy service. Went in today to get a male/female for me rig and the gentleman helped me throughly and went out of his way to get me the pieces to complete my rig. Ive always loved this place, and always chose to come here over any other place. Most smoke shops are owned and operated by people who just want to make a sale and make the most profit. These guys really care that you leave happy and with a quality product they will even knock off a couple bucks off everything. read more

Brian was extremely helpful and gave me a good deal on my pen accessories!!! If you're in the area I would definitely recommend coming here first!! They have tons of awesome stuff!!! read more

Been shopping here for a few years now and I always find what I'm looking for at a fair price. I understand that most smoking/vaping accessories can be bought cheaper online, but I prefer to shop local and support a small business. Ask for Jaya when you go in he is the man!! read more

Came here for a battery for a vape pen. The battery doesn't work. Called to ask what to do and they told me they can't replace it unless I pay them another $17... I paid $25 +tax for this battery. Why should I pay again ? Not happy. read more

This is probably the best smoke shop I've ever been to . Great service. Great deals. And the people are so cool. This is the place to go !

Great selection and prices. Ryan was super helpful, knowledgeable and polite. I will be going here again. :)

Watch out for the signs that say " no refunds, no exchanges". That means that the creep behind the counter can sell you a defective vape pen, for instance, and it's just too bad for you. His gibberish was unintelligible, he was crude and mean, so he got back twice what he dished out. Oh. also i told him i didn't get a receipt. He says that they don't give receipts unless you ask for one. NO signs about that one. So is the creep employee stealing from the boss? read more

I've had my last straw with this shit hole,I decided to quit smoking cigarettes and came to this place have no clue about mods, guy sells me a mod for $120 turns out it was a $60 mod wrong type so I bought the smok 220 for $130 learned I could of gotten it at any other local shop for $80 my bad went in for coils bought sold me all the wrong ones twice for a high price, who ever is running this place has absolutely no clue what they are doing read more

Going to this place for years. I know the previous owner. Was kinda worried when it was bought out, but have been very pleased with the customer service. George has helped me pick a down stem 2 times now, and when I was unhappy totally worked with me. They care about you getting what you want for a fair price. read more

Less than a month ago, I decided to step up and buy a good e-cig, so I went in to double header and the girl behind the counter showed me some and I bought a nice $100 complete unit. Since then I've stopped in a bunch and bought other stuff. Yesterday, the thing stopped charging so I tried another charger, still wouldn't charge, so I brought it in and the same girl said the fluid must have leaked into the battery and ruined it. I showed her the tank and of course it wasn't leaking as that was one of the selling points when she sold it to me. She said that she wasn't going to do anything for me and gave me the owners phone number and I called and explained the situation. He told me that he wouldn't do anything for me and after I told him that that was bull@#$*t, he called me a cheap-ass and said he would find out who I was and he was going to send the cops to my house. I didn't want anything that I didn't deserve and I didn't try to pull a fast one. When I bought it, the girl told me that it would last 5000 charges and it didn't last 30. Its probably a cheap ass knock-off Chinese piece of crap sold as a genuine Aspire box. I should have stayed with going to the other place as they stand behind their stuff but double header was in my hood so I thought that I would keep my money in my town.... bad decision... don't go here, don't say I didn't warn you. read more
