I was greeted by an employee who was very knowledgeable of the products . We spoke about several different cigars and the ones he prefers depending on mood. Place isn't huge but big enough to carry several humidors to carry the best cigars . Picked out several to try with his recommendation. Very leased and will return . I love walking into Cigar stores even though I don't smoke. I mostly enjoy the smells, the accessories, and picking up a few empty cigar boxes (for storage). Cigar Loft is walking distance from home and only accessible by car if you're traveling north on Contra Costa Boulevard. It's also easy to miss and the last time here, I overshot the driveway and ended up walking over from Rotten Robbie's. The store is attractive, the selection looks good, the owner is friendly, and I'm never disappointed with my newest empty cigar box. read more

I am embarrassed even to write this review, but it must be done. We come here atleast once a week for our cigar fix. Good selection of fine cigars at fair prices, they also sell water pipes and such now. My review is being updated now because last week I stupidly accidentally left my credit card there. Owner knew it was mine and held on to it for a week until he saw me today. We laughed, but I couldn't be more grateful or impressed with his honesty. Im not a cigar smoker, but went here to get a xmas gift for my cousin. The man working was helpful and patient. Since i new nothing about cigars. Told me a little about the different types and how to properly store them. The place was nicely setup and there was a large selection to choose from. Only one way in and one way out. Even though it was a busy time (traffic 5:45pm) it still was easy to find parking and get back to the freeway when i left. read more

The owner is completely unreasonable to be frank, quite a dick. I purchased something here that malfunctioned and essentially kicked me out of the store for asking to do an exchange. Before i came in i reached out to the company the manufactured it and i was told that they could replace it no problem but i should also be able to take it back where I got it and have them give me a new one and they can get it back on their next order. I tried to show him this conversation but insisted they don't do that, showed me their no exchanges sign and then showed me the door. don't bring your business here. read more

they have cases and cases of mid range cigars 8-$10. cao. punch, romeo y juliet, padron and many well known brands are represented here. might be pricey. don't know yet. tried a padron 8000(7.99) mild smoke. cashier made a pricing error which was corrected when i informed him. this place has possibilities. read more

I usually go to Casa in walnut creek for my cigar fixes. I like to sit down and enjoy a nice smoke while having good conversation with friends or the Mrs. This is place has a really good selection, and it's ideal for grab 'n go. The guy there was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. I was looking for "My Uzi Weighs a Ton" in a x70, they didn't have it, but the guy recommended a Padron x50 which was really good. Wide selection of cigars A large selection of well stored and displayed cigars. It's not a "super premium" shopping experience, there are no frills, though it doesn't have to have them. You can walk in and get a few cigars of whatever you want. I went in shopping for a lighter and got some personable, not pushy, help in selecting a new lighter as well. read more

This place is a great place to go to make a quick cigar run. The guy running this place is verfy knowledgable about cigars and made a great recommendation for my newbie palate. And it seems like everytime I'm in there, he's helping someone out or educating someone about their vape. The store has a great selection of cigars and the price is very favorable compared to other cigar shops in the vicinity. The one downside is that there is no lounge to smoke in compared to having a few lounges in WC and one lounge in Pittsburg. read more

Good selection of cigars, the employee who was working didn't really go out of his way (he stayed in his back counter area watching an Indian movie) to help me select a cigar but answered any questions I had. Overall, I think their customer service could improve a bit but I would return to this place for a quick grab and go. I spend a lot of money here and always go in because it is close to my house. I went in and asked for the top for an electronic cigarette. The guy showed me one and I asked him if it was universal and would fit any battery, he said yes. Well I got home and it doesn't. No problem so I called them to tell them and see if I could exchange it. The same guy asked me to come in to which I replied perfect! We'll, I got there and showed him it doesn't fit. Basically the guy said he wouldn't replace it and suggested I buy a new battery. What? With other customers in the store he got loud and rude. I will NEVER spend another dollar there and will get every friend and my brother who shop there to go somewhere else. read more

WOW! At first I thought "Tobacco Loft" had re-opened BUT this store is a different owner...hes a young fella and seems to know his cigars. They have an excellent selection of cigars...more importantly they are properly humidified. I have been picking up my cigars @ Cigar Loft for over 3 months now and have never received a bad cigar. Their selection continues to grow each time I visit them. Prices are very fair. Only thing they are missing is a lounge and per my conversation with the owner (Will) he advised me its in the plans. read more

My boyfriend and I usually go to the Cigar Loft for our cigarettes. However, after a rude conversation over the phone over the price of their cigarettes, I have decided I will never buy from there again. There are too many places to take my business than to have to be spoken to so rudely and hung up on. All I wanted was a price of a carton of cigarettes. This man's English was so poor, but I tried to be patient with understanding what he was saying. Unfortunately, he didn't have the same courtesy with his customer.
