We wanted to show up with something to drink at our friend's house to watch the niner game. Probably should have bought something stronger - not much of a game! When we parked we both realized we were hungry so I went next door for tacos and hubby went two doors down for Subway. We finished our food, then went into the liquor store. Lots to see but we only needed Bud Light so we didn't walk around much. The man at the counter (owner?) was kind of quiet but we made a joke about his gloves. The underside was red even though the gloves were white. It looked like blood all over them but he said it was actually for gripping money (and bottles) without the normal slippery-ness of regular mittens. I'll absolutely be back in here - but mostly because the tacos next door were phenomenal!

There was this man out there today just sitting there staring at everyone I don't know if he does that a lot but just a weird vibe there. Wasn't a worker. The worker was pretty nice I just don't like how my feet got sticky what I got in there. I wiped it off on the rug real quick I'm not keeping your stickiness with me that's gross. The receipt showed "change $503.95," yet no money was returned to me at that time. When I questioned it, the cashier told me the money had already been put in the safe and asked me to come back at 10 PM (about three hours later). He also stated it was a "new drawer," even though I had been in the store the entire time and no new cash transactions had occurred at that register. Since the transaction had just occurred and the receipt clearly showed a void with change due, I requested that the drawer be reconciled immediately I wasn't leaving and that a manager be contacted. After the manager reviewed the receipt over phone, I was given my money back. I strongly recommend customers carefully review their receipts during large cash transactions and request immediate reconciliation if anything appears voided or incorrect. I then said instead of shrugging it off just apologize, and he said "apologize" with a smile on his face at which point I walked out before I lost my anger.

I'm old and can't run. It would be in the best interests of all concerned if employees had more training on what to do after a customer asks for a cabinet to be unlocked. Management is responsible for many things, but if this doesn't improve I will go elsewhere. When I go to Target Pleasant Hill, the employee unlocks the cabinet and lets me browse without watching me like a hawk. Do something about this or more than inventory will be lost!
