I have been a loyal customer of Cigarettes For Less located in the Nob Hill Shopping Center for years since they first opened. I have always found Jassi and his staff very helpful, polite and cheerful. During this COVID nightmare, he has stocked much more than cigarettes, t-shirts, but gloves, sanitizers, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. If he didn't have what I needed, he would order the items and call me when he received them. This clearly shows "exemplary service" and the old fashion, "personal touch" which most stores lack in today's world!! Unfortunately there is a super unprofessional employee that works here. I went in today with a cloth mask, and the lady working there just immediately started yelling at me and telling me to leave because of my mask. I went and got the correct kind of mask for the store and she yelled at me again. It's ridiculous for an adult woman to act like this. You can remind people or make requests before you scream at customers. I was happy to go get a different mask. This store can do much better and definitely needs to retrain this employee. read more

The woman working there in the morning needs to be FIRED. She is older with black hair, she doesn't like the people who come into the shop at all and who wants to be serviced by someone who acts like their service isn't wanted? The OWNER is very very nice, he remembers all his customers and is very polite. I don't know why this woman has so much anger or hostility, she needs to take a break and be nicer to people because honestly it isn't that hard. She acted as if I literally stole something, destroyed the store AND called her out her name. I literally just walked in politely and approached the register and asked for my wraps and showed my ID. The rudeness is unmatched and I will write a review everyday until she is taken care of. That is no way to run a business especially when the owner is so polite. read more

My favorite smoke shop, Employees are always very friendly and everything is reasonably priced.

I went in here to pick up a couple of drinks, had a look around, The shopkeep wasn't especially helpful or friendly. The drinks I bought tasted horrible tasting so I tried to return them and the Shopkeep wouldn't give me my money back for one of the 2 because it was Open. I ate at Cinco De Mayo last week and while supporting local business as a business owner went into store to purchase a grinder. The lower portion of the grinder didn't work smoothly so I attempted to exchange. I was told they we not return for exchange and pointed to a taped (falling off and not visible) sign at register, lower portion of where the dollar amount of sale is. I would not return to purchase anything ever again. Poor service. If you purchase and have not used due to not being functional they should stand behind the product especially not used and not asking for refund. No stars for this business if possible.
