Usually when you buy something from a store you get some sort of customer service and especially if the product is defective and not working you'll get a replacement or refund. Here however, I got a rude and unprofessional response when I tried to replace a defective vape with the same one as soon as I steps out of their shop and realized it's not working. I was told by the employee that the owner is aware of this problem and he's been told to not to get any returns on their defected inventory from any customers!!

This is all new to me, but pretty interesting. This place is really cool. It's in the same little Disneyland Villagey looking mall as Fondue Fred. It's local Oakland Scenic, very hawt. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/ya8khCJuqso23XPDE9hu3g?select=5cif1Pyl5PGjwb8ce0MR0Q They have these fancy vapor things, which you add oils to. The oils come in all flavors and some are tasty. Hey I said I don't smoke, but I like to try new things. Like Watermelon, Rum and Blueberry Flavored Vapors.
