The SECURITY GUARDS are friendlier and more engaging with the customers than the staff, it's insane fr fr. It's like they're bothered that they have customers. A lot of them don't really know how to help, or don't seem knowledgeable about products. I feel they're being hired to just be cashiers, rather than actual informed employees of a major business. Like if I owned a brand and was selling it at Nug, I'd be pissed if the employees didn't know how to sell my products, or help customers. Basically, you have to know what you want, bc they're not going to know how to guide or help you with anything, and if you ask they'll sigh, or get annoyed, or wont really help you too much. I feel like 7-stars is more expensive, but at least their employees are super helpful. I stopped going there because of their prices, but after today, I'm happy to pay more for the better customer service. For example, a product I liked was out of stock when I was in the store, no problem, they told to call to check when it'll be back in, for sure, happy to do that. I called and asked if they had "X-strain" back in stock, keep in mind, it's the ONLY strain they carry in the entire store. The employee asked if I knew the brand of the strain, I didn't because it's the ONLY strain of this particular bud they carry in store, and it's not on their website. I saw it IN STORE but it was out of stock, so I called before making another drive down. He then goes and says, "well if you don't know the brand then I can't help you." Like, what? I explained that they just brought the strain in a few days ago, and were out of stock, and I was told to call back, it's the ONLY one they carry in the entire store. I would've more than happy if he offered to call me back once he checked, or ask me to call back because they're busy, NOTHING, but instead "well I can't help you with that right now unless you know the brand" BRO IT'S NOT EVEN ON YOUR WEBSITE, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THE BRAND? They literally have to type it into their computer to see if it's in stock. Ridiculous.
