The service is always awesome, they knowledgeable and helpful - and the product is great

Great job! Amazing selection and it looks like an art museum from the outside first time discount as well !

I just went online and saw they had a gram of stizzy for $21.40 sounds like taxes included or something with a price like that. But NO after their tax it comes out to $31bucks. That's like around 50% of what the cost is. Gentlemen, with the long black beard tells me yeah all club in California charge tax. I said yeah, no shit they do, but the price is already included when they show it to you. If I see a price, that's what I expect to pay and if you like to go in places with a surprise that Place is just for you, but ask for me. THEM read more

Total scam. I paid nearly $20 for a pre-roll that was recommended by the staff, and this is what I got -- see photo. This doesn't even look like weed. No smell, no crystals, no sticky buds -- just dark, crushed-up leaf that looks more like dried oregano than cannabis. I've been smoking for years and I've never seen anything this bad come from a legal dispensary. Either they don't care what they're selling or they're knowingly pushing garbage to customers. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this place. read more

The Artist Tree - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - El Sobrante, California

I love this place. The Artist Tree Dispensary El Sobrante consistently delivers on everything--selection, deals, and top-tier customer service. Their edible selection is , and the rotating daily deals are actually worth getting excited about. I'm talking buy-one-get-one for $1, 30-40% off gummies, and promos that change by day and by month, so there's always something good going on. But what really makes this place special is the people. From the front desk to the floor, everyone is friendly and welcoming--but Karla is my girl. So helpful, so knowledgeable, and genuinely cares. She even helped me calculate everything down to the exact amount of cash I had on me, and when I was a few cents short, she took care of it so I could still get that last pack of gummies. That level of kindness and customer care goes a long way. This dispensary makes you feel taken care of, never rushed, and always appreciated. Highly recommend--this is my go-to spot. read more

So I've written a review before. But I want to highlight an employee. Dolly is AMAZING and the most knowledgeable salesperson I've EVER encountered. She has waited on us 3 different times and is always honest, detailed, and I'm always pleased with her customer service. The rest of the staff has always been kind and very accommodating as well. Their deals are fantastic. I love getting points for future purchases too. I haven't gone to another dispensary since I started coming here. Whatever you're doing to train the employees DONT STOP. Please don't change anything. I am a lifelong customer as long as you keep doing the same thing.Thank you Dolly. You are truly the bomb and such a sweetheart. Keep up the great work y'all!! read more

The Artist Tree - Gummies, tincture tablets, papers - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - El Sobrante, California

Nice people there but the prices are very expensive and tax is added on top of it all. Better deals at hhc or green remedy by far. Even the specials are pricey. Shop around people. read more

Overall, they are actually a pretty efficient place and are genuinely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They can be pricey. I'd suggest figuring out which brands you like and going when they have 50% off, which they offer on many products at least once a week. read more

I love this place, great service, great deals daily on top brands. Great selection of flower. Worth checking out.

visited for the first time today. Grant was so nice and an amazing wealth of information.

My saleswoman was so knowledgeable and then she helped me get the best prices... truly the prices I've found.

Let me start by prefacing I'm a seventy one year old black male. Beginning with my first purchase at The Artist Tree in El Sobrante, I'm been treated respectfully and professionally by associates. Until today! The young associate, looked to be a twenty something white male, with long bushy/curly black hair, about 189 pounds or less, 5' 9". He greeted me with " what's up bossman." I let it slip. No problem. As I was checking out, I asked the associate not to refer to me as boss/bossman. For some reason he continued to drop the word boss etc. I informed him I preferred to be addressed as ...! After repeated disagreeable exchanges between us, I was about to cancel my order and bring the matter forward with a formal complaint with management. As I was withdrawing my debit card another young black associate emerged from a side door and immediately the associate assisting passed off the transaction to his colleague hastily insisting 'he was being disrespected' because I asked him not to address me as boss/bossman. He mentioned something about how he was raised as he exited the counter area. I finished my transaction with the young black male, who seemed a bit unnerved over the incident. One thing is certain l now know who I will not do business with at the Artist Tree. And I highly recommend customer service training for all staff members interacting with customers. Update: 05/22 4:18 pm Following the posting of this review, Jen, the site manager at the location reached out to me in an attempt to get more information on the incident as stated above. During our conversation I restated most of what I posted above earlier, with a few other nuanced recall. I did my best to answer her questions to the fullest, as I think it important for management to have access to all stakeholders as regards circumstances impacting an organization in an unfavorable way. As I mentioned during the course of our conversation; my review was in no way negative commentary on the organization, as prior, transactions on site always a pleasant and professional experience. Unfortunately, today was not like any day preceding it. I'm confident management will address my concerns in the best interests of all stakeholders. read more

Very friendly. EXCELLENT customer service. No thug lite atmosphere like Stiiizy in El Cerrito. The opposite actually. No standing in lines. Gracious and pleasant folks. Art show changes regularly. Very pleasant and uplifting experience. So far they actually seem to know their products! Although Stiiizy is closer to me by far, I gladly drive further for a much better experience. read more

I like this place, they got great deals. But I went looking for an AI1 pen and asked for a full gram. The budtender said yes, but when I got home and put on my glasses it was only 0.35 and not a full gram. I felt ripped off even if it wasn't intentional. read more

Was a bit worried about this location and knowing how not many places survive that specific location. While parking was tight, dark, and already felt like everything leading to me walking into the dispensary was going to be a let down. However I assure you, parking is the worst part about this experience. Staff is super friendly, they have tons of deals for newbies and for every day of the week a specific promotion. Everything is displayed for you to walk up to and see. Staff is knowledgeable and this place has everything I need. Hours are great as well. read more

I hardly ever leave bad reviews because I understand how working in customer service is. Me and my partner have been here three times now and every time we have gone here the employees give such terrible service, from being rude, not wanting to be there and laughing at the fact they know it's slow to get product and be rung out. The inside looks amazing aesthetics, but the service of the employees makes it so hard to ever want to recommend this place. Employees are truly the make or break of a company & this one everytime does it for me, it's the slowest experience and yet still the rudest no matter how nice you're being. read more

Great service, great selection, they always seem to have some kind of sale going on. Everyone has always been very helpful. read more

I used to be a fan of this place. But as of late, the quality of service and value has dramatically declined. More than half the time I come in, there is one employee in particular that seems booted out of her mind all the time. Not to mention that insane steep tax that this place charges. I've never been charged 1/3 of the total price in just tax, ANYWHERE. I may live close to this place, but it's not worth it anymore. If I have to pay an arm and leg for grass, from a person that can hardly talk at all because they're so doped up. read more

Horrible customer service, even just me walking in. It's really sad because I have had a really great experience. Prior to this, we're even showing my ID me walking in, I've had a good experience, and it's gotten really bad. I asked the female on the register. What her name was and what the Male person who was helping me?. That really wasn't helpful or ok that really made him feel like he had seemed just high out of his mind and not helpful. And I really don't know why he was there cuz. He looked high out of his mind. I don't believe people like that should be there and sell or promote things from A business company. The female tried to help him and cover up for him but no excuse horrible customer service if managers or owners changed it is not good horrible customer service read more

Wont take back defective products, when you buy with card they give you different change back every time; looks like some employees are tipping themselves. If a product is unused and does not work, you should be able to return it. read more

I was cautious coming here due to all the recent low reviews but I went in the morning and was treated very well. From the security to the staff who were all pleasant. They welcomed me immediately, gave me time to browse, and the whole process was 5 mins. They also give back the ATM surcharge as change! Will definitely go here again read more

I called asking if a product I wanted to purchase was included for my 2nd visit bonus=30%off. The one who answered the phone said yes I can use it towards that product. I drove from SF to Richmond during rush hour. I get to the store, about to make my purchase, and they notify me that the product I'm about to purchase can't be discounted. I literally called you guys at 2:30pm and you said it was good. Next time, put that on fine print so people won't waste their time. Not only that, you guys had a 1/2oz of zkittles from connected that was all dried up. You should be ashamed to your self for selling that quality of a product. No wonder it was $48 plus tax instead of the $98 plus tax. read more

I went here looking for CBD tincture. I was surprised by how beautiful this place was and how well organized. They have a great wellness section and are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me find a clean, effective CBD oil, made without solvent or chemicals. I definitely plan to be a return customer! read more
