I bought 2 half oz containers of already broken down weed and a gram of what was supposed to be top shelf. Both half oz tasted like straight trim shake no bud, I even asked if it was shake used and was told no that it was all just small buds. I was sold a defective Cartridge on January 15th , 2024 . When I had originally bought it the lady at the time of sale said that if at anytime the cartridge started" burning or had and defections/problems " that I could get a replacement as I kept both the receipt the ORIGINAL BOX . I went to the store and was denied as it was cracked from when it started burning my mouth ( have proof ) and I had to throw it all of sudden from the heat and broke from the concrete beneath me . It would have never been broken if it hadn't burned me out of nowhere . I was using a dispensary approved battery maxed at 3.2v and did not blink the battery either .  Upon mentioning this to the "management",  some kid , was super rude and was calling dumb and harassing me . He was insulting me saying I had 2 different reasons for the cartridge being defective , which should've made it even better of a reason for a replacement . I use this as my medicine and was denied even a replacement . I am extremely upset with the service here .   On their policy notice on the receipt there is also no specifications on the reasons for returning an item . It just says I need the original packaging and receipt which I had both .  Don't come here . On the research of trying to the find the owners number as the "management" didn't wanna give it to me , I found out they have been sued for over 5 MILLION dollars as they tried to stop another cannabis company from opening up . And I've had pleasant experiences each time I've visited (which I believed as been on 3 separate occasions) I've bought new things each time and I think it's safe to say that the bud tenders are all super knowledgeable and most importantly friendly. They have an answer for each question I ask and are extremely patient and understanding. I've known for a long time that this club was a shit show. The revolving door of management and staff spoke volumes. I'll go in maybe 2 or 3 times a year when I just can't make it to my regular spots. Shout out to 7stars in Richmond and CoCo Farms in Antioch for always taking care of business. My mom went in to purchase 3 concentrates for me. (I'm severely injured laid up in bed) They gave her 1 correct item the other 2 were flower that was more than twice as expensive as the concentrates. Plus I can't use them with my dab rig making them useless to me. The one flower was a 1/4 of Connected Gelonade! Top shelf large quantity I would NEVER purchase. When she went back they just offered 20% off the correct items to "fix" their mistake. How does that fix anything??? I'm stuck with extremely expensive flower I can't use and now can't afford the proper medicine because my money was wasted on product that is unusable to me. All they have to say is they stand behind their bud tender. (Who lied) The bud tender was shown 3 pictures from their website and grabbed 2 items that were the wrong category being flower instead of concentrate to start and the brands and strains don't match even slightly to the other 2 products either. My senior mother just about had a heart attack in the parking lot arguing with the incredibly rude general manager. He spoke with me on the phone briefly but did not allow me to say anything. Only told me he would give 20% off the next purchase like that would do any good. As a former manager at a dispensary I would have never treated my customers the way my mother was treated today. Terrible customer service. Ordered a delivery a couple hours before close and they sent the wrong product. The delivery driver called her manager and suggested going back to the shop to get the right product but offered me $5 off if instead I wait (what a joke, I'm buying a $90 eighth). Refuse the delivery, send the driver on her way. Go to the store to pick up the right jar before close and wanted to reneg on the discount, claiming i walked away from his driver and he was going to send it back out. Dude straight up contradicted his previous statement from 20 minutes prior. No attempt was made to contact me to see if I was available to accept the correct delivery. This dispensary can be a hit or miss. I continue to go to it because I am a local and it is the closest dispensary to me! It does get the job done don't get me wrong. They have a great selection of edibles if you do come early on in the week. Towards the end of the week they tend to be out of most things. I want to say almost everything I buy from here tastes really good, there's been a few times where the edible was GROSS. But that's not there fault right, it's the brands. Staff is always super nice! But some of the bud tenders don't really know what they're talking about. I asked one of the bud tenders recently to show me some edibles and asked them a few questions. They did not know how to answer my questions on dosage and how certain things would feel, which made me hesitant to buy. At the same time, they have some staff members that are super knowledgeable! I stopped smoking for over 10 years and actually smoked with a friend for the first time in that 10 years and enjoyed every bit of it. I looked around and found this place because it was local and convenient. Well let me tell you about my experience. When I walked in the security guards out front were very polite and even opened the door for me. When I checked in so they could create my profile I was greeted by a young Black guy who was very nice. There was also a white girl sitting next to him. They both were very nice and the lady shared the history of the location. After I wait in line, I was waved over by this young girl. She starts asking what am I looking for and she starts naming all these options which were great. Then she starts pulling out products and making recommendations. As I am asking questions because I am new to this again she seemed to start getting irritated. After a few minutes she was very stand off ish and at that point with a attitude would ask me "what do you want?" My experience was ok up until that point. That really left a bad taste in my mouth.
