Seriously, some of the WORST customer service ever, this place has lost my business forever. I used to shop there monthly, but I'm SO tired of feeling like I'm bothering them by coming inside. The SECURITY GUARDS are friendlier and more engaging with the customers than the staff, it's insane fr fr. It's like they're bothered that they have customers. Long story short security asks me to take my hood off for no good reason at all. I take it off and the lady scans me to come in. I go to the pickup counter and ask the lady if there's a rule about hoods. She said she didn't know there's a rule and that she guess I can put it back on. Mind you my fro looks a mess hence the hood on. As I'm making my purchase which was less than a minute the security comes over to tell me to put my hood back on. I hate being what I feel is stalked while browsing to see what I'm looking for.
