They don't want to "get into" with anyone so instead they allow customers to walk in mask less. The guy working there just shrugs it off. I asked what good is it to have plexiglass and you have a mask on but don't enforce the many signs you have up? They carry janky products. Bought a glass accessory from them which was supposed to be designed to withstand heat, ended up burning a hole in my carpet. They exchanged it for another item which didn't break, but was very cheap in quality. Despite my better judgement, I went back. Bought an accessory (that was sold to me dirty, apparently) which I tried to return because it didn't fit my rig, to be told that I couldn't. The guy argued with me & I had told him I wanted to exchange it for something that actually worked with the device I intended to use it for. I ended up leaving it in the store without a refund or exchange. IT DIDN'T FIT! why lie about something that cheap & that petty ‍ Been going there for years & usually deal with the younger guy, never any issues. Older guy who's hair is thinning is very rude. Dude wouldn't exchange a $20 item and told me i was a liar. My best advice is go to Uknows or weknows. They carry products that actually work & their employees aren't rude. read more

They're smoking equipment is pretty cheap and they have a large array of snacks. My boyfriend bought a new $20 bong from them and it has very thick glass and a large bowl and he also bought a weed/rolling plate or whatever it's called for $5. read more

Would give no stars if I could. Looking for a new pipe and/or bong to add to my pieces and saw the good reviews on here and saw the high ratings compared to other smoke shops around here. Was here less than 2 minutes, walked in (door was open) and as I am walking up to the counter to look at all the pieces with a friend the cashier says "if your gonna buy something you need to hurry, we are about to close for an hr so we can pray" okay, no problem with beliefs or religion, but then he comes up to us and continues to tell us we need to hurry up and pick something if we are gonna but anything cause he was already closed and that's why the door was closed already and to hurry up. Very rude and very unprofessional approach. Sucks because they have a nice selection but he startled us so much with his rudeness and insisting we hurry up, I will not be back to this shop. No tolerance for unprofessional and rude customer service. This happened around 130pm today. read more

They carry hundreds of different types of sodas. My favorite is the hemp2o. The customer service is great too. Hella shady. Overpriced and they try to get over on people. For example my boyfriend just went to get a glass pipe there and came home to show me and pulls it out the bag and the tip was chipped off and no little pieces in the bag... So he went back and the guy tried to argue for a while and when someone else walked in he went and got him another pipe right away lol. But the guy knew it was broke cuz when he bought it the guy wrapped it in a bag hella fast so he wouldn't see it was broke. The last time we went there I bought a vape pen and opened the box later and they had taken out the other battery and closed it back up so it looked new and didn't tell me until I went back in that they did that. Tried to say it was on sale that's why they took one out. The fuck outa here lol. It must be owned by new people now idk why they have good reviews but they old reviews.
