Service here has always been very friendly towards me. From the security outside and inside to the budtenders. Other clients were nice as well. Usually there is only one person behind the counter. When I was waiting a couple minutes the budtender asked his client if he could help me out real quick first since they had a lot going on, a full blown conversation. They've also been nice about helping me break bills to buy lottery tickets. The inside is very well lit and clean. Decent selection of products. A personal favorite is the Maui mango high tea in the drinks section. The board is accurate of what they have in stock. But the counter people are generally very knowledgeable about their stock and even new products that aren't in the inventory system yet. They've suggested products I may like within my budget and don't try to push an upsell. Price wise I think this place is average. Gummies are around $20. The high tea is around $9 for a 100 mg THC can. Super easy plentiful parking since it's in the Glen Cove Safeway shopping center. It's a well lit area. Doesn't feel like a sketchy area. Note: You cannot make a phone call inside the store. I overheard the budtender politely telling a client this. He told me it's the store policy and he didn't know why. You can text. Check-in was simple even as a new custie and Jay behind the counter there helped me fill my bag with my faves and then got me going on a few new things when I asked for suggestions. But lately and for the past year, my order has been misplaced or not placed on hold, I have been left on hold on the phone 3 different times, they "forgot" to deliver my order also 3 different times, THEN my order was AGAIN misplaced. Just called today because my order never showed up after waiting 2 hours and the guy on the phone (who sounded like I was bothering him), stated it was too late for delivery (well duh) and my order was not even there for me to pick up!
