I have been a regular customer at this dispensary since the day they opened because I live right down the street. I previously posted a 5-star review to support a delivery driver for an internal work incentive, but I have completely removed it now. This single experience was so terrible that I will never step foot inside this location again. I purchased an electronic rig (a Riddles Capsule) that was completely defective and wasted my concentrate. On Thursday June 11th 2026, I called for an exchange or refund. The sweet employee who answered asked for the purchase details, so I told her it was my boyfriend who actually came in for me and had her look up his account. She pulled up his profile and explicitly said, "Oh, I don't see anything here, just give me--oh, never mind! I see it right there. Hold on for a moment and let me get my manager to process this return." When she picked back up, she said, "I'm so sorry, but unfortunately, our manager says you cannot return the device due to 'health concerns' since you had already put your mouth on it and used it." Obviously, you can't know a device is broken without trying it. When I pushed back, the employee offered to transfer me to the manager. The manager got on the line with a major attitude, doubling down on the lie. When I asked how else to test it, she lost her temper, dropped the health excuse, and flat-out accused us of scamming: "I can't find that transaction anywhere. You didn't come here and purchase that item." She started getting loud with me and being extremely disrespectful, then went into saying she was transferring me to the owner, so I hung up the phone on her. I thoroughly wiped the device down before getting in the car with my boyfriend, grabbed the receipt, and we went straight to the store. Inside, the front cashier immediately stated she didn't have the authority to process hardware returns and needed to call a manager. This double-confirmed what the employee on the phone said--only management can handle it. Yet, the manager left us waiting for 25 minutes as if to avoid us. When she finally emerged, her name tag and lanyard were missing. She was a light-skinned woman of average height, brown eyes, false lashes, a high ponytail, wearing a tank top and a pink tennis skirt. We instantly recognized her voice. Her first words were, "So I checked the cameras and we have cameras on all four sides, and I could see that your boyfriend never made that purchase here." After some back-and-forth, I asked her to look at his full account history. She turned the iPad around herself, and boom--the transaction was sitting right there on the screen, directly beneath the one she was staring at. My boyfriend had accidentally put the concentrate receipt in the box instead of the device receipt (which only shows an ATM withdrawal total anyway). Instead of asking us to bring it in to look it up together like a professional, she chose to get loud with us and falsely accuse us over the phone. When I told her, "Yeah, I don't lie," she froze, trapped in her own mess, and snapped, "Do you want me to help you or not?" I told her I deserved an apology, and she suddenly claimed IT WASN'T HER ON THE PHONE and denied being the manager altogether! Her lie makes zero sense--why check the cameras before even speaking to us if she didn't know exactly who we were from the call? Plus, both of her employees openly stated that only a manager can process returns and exchanges. She finally completed the exchange, and I told her straight to her face, "It's okay, I get that it's embarrassing to be very wrong like that." The replacement works perfectly, proving the first was broken. This manager's behavior was completely toxic. They just permanently lost a loyal customer. read more

WOW! Top tier dispensary and I'm so happy that I checked it out during the weekend. The Showcase (the big warehouse, not just the storefront) room is open on weekends and it's absolutely incredible! OK, so let me just start here. This club is amazing. I go there every week and I spent about $500 estimate every Friday all of the workers there are amazing except for one her name is Michelle every time I've gone in she's been very rude very just no emotion and anytime I asked to pick my selection she tells me I can't look at the weed when all the other bud tenders allow me she is non friendly compared to over half of their staff there just every week I go in. I try to make sure I do not get Michelle as a bartender. so my father-in-law told me they were giving out gold cards the other day and I just called to make sure that they had my right phone number and see if I was one of the customers qualified for the gold member card. She told me she would take down my new number and she couldn't let me know if I was getting the card or not because she was going down a list that was on Saturday I have yet to receive a phone call from her . But one of the other friendly staff members told me . I'm still waiting on a call from her cause she said she was calling all the contestants that day and that if you didn't get a gold card, you wouldn't get a call . I just don't understand Michelle's problem with me compared to anyone else in the store the staff is just so amazing to me besides her and to be honest it's almost making it to where I don't wanna go there no more and I spent a lot of money there, her attitude and the way that she treats me when I come to pick my weed is unacceptable and she's a manager that's crazy. She should be the most person who is respectful and not rude to people and should have a smile on their face when you come in if you don't like your job, then you shouldn't come and do it. I can't explain it enough. I've left a review before that. I've been shopping at this location ever since they were open. The products are decent along with some of the prices. Although the tax should be included when you shop online. Other clubs I've been to have the tax on everything when acquiring about each product. Great customer service very friendly staff always happy and smiling. With the exception of the assistant manager Jessica. Every time she has been my budtender she's unprofessional in the way of being rude. Seems like she's very unhappy doing her job as if she doesn't like to be there. I get sick to my stomach whenever she helps me. This place is AWESOME!!! From the security guard to all the staff. My husband and I were in town for only 1 night and came back twice! We loved playing in front of the green screen! It was hella fun with photo props and all. Something I have never seen before in any club. The bud tenders knew their stuff on all the products that we asked about and we really liked the prices here. My husband bought 2 iced tea drinks and got a 3rd for only $0.01on our first day. We got an oz of blue dream shake to put over our flower for only $33 out the door. Our first visit we got a free pre roll each for being new customers and the lady gave us some flavored wraps for free because it was our anniversary and then the next day, we each got to spin the wheel for an extra discounts. Worst security and customer service before Jessica and the security. I have recorded video footage of me coming to door security asks for my id which is normal I gave to him he then proceeds to flirt and say let me see it again and grabs my hand saying he needs to check expiration but it made me uncomfortable and I said did you get all the info you need now. He says what ? I repeated myself very calm and he said now you can't come into the shop I can refuse your service. I then spoke with Jessica and asked her was that ok and proper procedure as the gentleman when came in after me was not checked out in the same manner as me. Procedures and protocols are fine but should be the same across the board. I will never return to this place and I'm filing a complaint with the security company and with the police and the security touched me unwarranted and that is not ok!
