I came here on Oct 17th to pick up some edibles. I went with my all time favorite Kanha Treats since I've always enjoyed them in the past. This was my first time to this dispensary, so I was pretty happy to find out it's owned by all women. I got the Watermelon with THC $12, as well as one with CBD $16. They were nice enough to give me a 5% discount since they saw that I was over 55, which was a nice little bonus. I will definatley come back here in the future for my edible needs. read more

Customer service. The security guard is rude and very short. I waited in the lobby for 15mins and never got a chance to go to the back because they said they were busy but no one was even in there. The owner needs to get more employees or train the ones they have. Never going back there! read more

It's always a top priority to stop in Dixon wellness when i'm up here visiting family. They always have exactly what I like which is usually danky joints and raw garden concentrates. I've always had excellent experiences working with the budtenders (dispute other reviews i've seen on here). Sure you can go to STIIIZY in Davis, but often will have to wait and of course it's primarily stiiizy products. I love supporting this amazing local business and their awesome staff. I discovered this Collective after googling which dispensaries sold Jack Herer strain. I reviewed their website and was impressed that it's a women owned dispensary, and it sold my favorite strains to include Sour Diesel, Durban Poison and Mowie Wowie. The website was extremely transparent, not like other dispensaries, detailing its mission to bring safe, affordable access to cannabis, that products have been lab-tested by a state-licensed, independent laboratory to ensure it's free of any harmful contaminants, that they procure the highest quality of products and work diligently to ensure the cost is kept to a minimum for their customers, that they choose to work with credible brands and legacy farmers in order to keep the community of cannabis sustainable. The drive from Sacramento was merely 15 minutes with an easy to find location.  It has plenty of parking spaces in its front lot. The building is clean and professional appearing.  Once inside, we were greeted by the guard and then the person checking us in. She was super friendly and explained about the Collective, since it was our first time there, to include what would qualify us for a discount (ADA, military,  educator, senior, first responder)  unlike other dispensaries where it's a secret so they can keep all of their profits. This was also fully transparent on their website. The Collective even welcomes dogs so you do not have to leave your fur baby in the car while shopping. Once we walked through the interior door into the showroom, we were greeted by all the budtenders. The showroom was equally clean and well organized.  Our budtender,  Ray, was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Their inventory was huge, and the prices were extremely reasonable.  I purchased the maximum amount, eight 3.5 grams of my favorite hard to find strains. This will be my go to dispensary. read more

I've been to a lot of dispensaries and none quite match the environment of Dixon wellness. The staff is hands down one of the most helpful group of people ive come across. From the moment you walk in the door you're greeted by some of the happiest welcoming people i have ever come across in a business setting. I have a specific strain i use for migraines and when they were out of it a couple visits ago a staff member went above and beyond to find me the closest strain to it to make sure i was taken care of. The service is truly superior and they always give the best suggestions, advice and deals. They've always got the best products on hand and even when they're out of my regular order, they've always got suggestions for me on what to try. I have been struggling with arthritis in my hands and knees from many years of gardening and crocheting, and lately I haven't been able to do my favorite hobbies because of how much pain I've been in. The worker recommended me some sort of cream to put on my joints where the pain is most severe, along with some sort of CBD chewy treat (similar to a gummy bear sort of thing) and they work wonders! Ash was the worker I saw who helped me pick out these things, and he was very patient in explaining to me how everything worked! Was sent an email with a coupon for 20% off to be used between 12/2-12/6. I tried ordering online. The site wasn't working. So I called and was told that the coupon was only for people who shopped in store during Black Friday and if I had a physical coupon I needed to bring it with me. When I explained this coupon says ZERO about having to have shopped on Black Friday and asked if I needed to print it out to bring it in was told that I had to be there on Black Friday and given a physical copy that I got from them. Even though the whole coupon stated it was for online or call in orders only. The manager then gave me the same story I had just heard even though NOWHERE on this coupon does it say anything remotely alluding to this. I was a regular customer and enjoyed shopping there but the blatant money grab by confusing customers and not honoring their own coupons show me that this place is much shadier than they present. I am an all around first timer, an herbal virgin. I was nervous even going into an establishment because I have zero idea about anything, however I have had chronic shoulder and hip pain as well as significant anxiety and needed to get relief without chemical medication. I went in for Jeeters jar... $32 plus a 10% discount they told me.. why did the final price come out to $42? They blame it on "tax". It's a RIP OFF. I went to Stiizy right after and picked up that same Jeeters jar for $27 (tax included made it $30) still WAY cheaper with tax than here. Don't come here unless you like throwing money away. They upcharge for their own cut. No deals to be found here. You can find any of their products at other dispensaries for cheaper prices with TAX included. They have weird hidden taxes. My veteran husband will also get the military discount but no discount applied in the end since they have weird taxes and fees included in their prices they don't tell you about. It's not just a recreational thing here, there is a medicinal side. If you want support to locating what could relieve chronic inflammatory ie; arthritis of different types and degree of discomfort there is something to be found here. CBD can be your answer versus the use of anti-inflammatory pills with are harsh destruction done to your organs. There are CBD DOMINANT PRODUCTS. Can't fall asleep? CBN can be helpful versus the groggy after math of a sleep aid otc brand. Just be open-minded and leave your skepticism at the door and you may find your true relief awaiting you. Update: There is a new collective in Dixon named Highway 80. The selection at Highway 80 is 5 times better than Dixon Wellness and the prices are literally about half. I can no longer stand on the previous 5 star rating for Dixon Wellness as they are now being outperformed by the new business in town. I recommend Dixon Wellness start using an "out the door" pricing system like Highway 80 offers. My average price out the door at Dixon Wellness is $250 and now my out the door price for the same quality and more quantity is about $150 at Highway 80 Collective. read more

Gabby, Renee and Ellie stood out to me tonight and I just felt the need to review. Like I said EVERYONE here is what you picture as an amazing but even better in real life. They all instill a welcoming family like environment to all that walk in. And that's on top of that amazing selection they have at the store and overall knowledge they individually have as employees. Friendly staff, but deceptively cheap prices when placing online orders. My order came to $65, but after taxes it was $98 I was told it was a CA thing, but up in Sacramento, tax was no more than $15. I wasn't even given a receipt to document the tax amount. The shop up in Sacramento (Abatin Wellness) shows you the tax amount online, so at least there are no surprises when it's time to pay the bill. read more

Moving at a snail's pace. Had one guy fill out the same form twice. Failed to give my husband back his driver's license. Now we have to drive 30 min back there. I called and said something just now, person who took my call didn't even apologize for the oversight.
