customer service i received was 10/10. Location has parking easy access to the door and employees are trust worthy

Pretty dope (get it?) dispensary located in the heart of Davis. The walk up to the club is so discreet you'd think you're visiting a friend's house. Security outside ensures safety for everyone involved. Since it was my first visit I received 35% off my first two visits. Proceeded to get a disposable pen and their trucker hat with 'Club 420' to support. Have yet to try the pen yet but the flavor I got was horchata and clove. Can't wait :) The budtenders here were nice and also informative about the deals and specials. They seemed like good people. Joined their member club to rack up points on future visits. I'll also be using their website next time for online orders. Automatic 25% off and less wait time. Win/win. read more

Came here a lot before new ownership or change , weekends deals are a ghost of the past and they raised rates of already in my opinion "low quality" as if it is really good. All faithful customer of the 991/2 oz I would never pay any more for it -bummer we a student it worked out great afraid I won't be back unless it's an emergency like today -better options out there if your going to spend this kind of cash esp with taxes it's really not worth it your getting ripped off if your a true smoker read more

Everyone that helps me has never been an issue until now. I've worked front desk for a couple different jobs. You're the first person customers interact with so it's entirely up to you as the front desk person to treat everyone the same. Or so I assume. Don't appreciate being given a dirty look for not answering a question without direct eye contact. Like I said everyone else has been pleasant and hasn't given me any issues to not want to come back but I don't wanna have to interact with such a rude person when checking in. Have a day. read more

Glad to see the inventory is still well priced after new ownership. However, long lines on a Saturday because new management has cut back on staffing, only two budtenders on a busy weekend afternoon. read more

I don't know what happened to this dispensary in the last year or so. They used to have a student punch card for a monthly item for 45% off. You would get monthly 35% off discounts on your entire order in the coupon booklets. They used to have food trucks 3 days a week with a 20 bucks min purchase to get free food. Now, not only have the prices steadily increased, the punch card is gone. What you get in the mail is 40% off for a min. of $100, or 35% off for first time customer. Now all they have is a points system, that you can't even use until you have 200 (10 dollars off). Just seems like they were bought out by the Artist Tree and took away everything that I liked about this place. Prices are still better than neighboring dispos. Overall, incredibly disappointed from what this place has become. read more

This is one of my favorite dispensaries in the Davis area for sure. While the building itself is a bit small, there is a great selection of products. I'd say the price for most items are relatively fair and there are always some good deals and sales happening. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to helping you pick out your products. read more

Love this place and wish I had one at home You need your ID before entering to purchase. The greeter is the friendliest and sweetess person They only accept cash or a debit card They do have a cash ATM in the lobby Staff is very kind, helpful and informative If you order online it's cheaper and you can pick up here read more

Happened to be in Davis today getting my car serviced! The GF and I walked into town to have a bite and kill some time. We happen to walk by this Dispensary when out of the blue GF says I want to go in here and buy something to help my chronic leg pain! I'm like...WHAT??:). Now she has never even been to Davis....! I'm like...ok! So in we go! A first for me and her! Was impressed with the clean, sleek interior of the store. Several people "shopping". Staff masked and behind the counter. Set up similarly to a jewelry counter with sooo many products showcased for viewing. Everyone extremely professional! She explained her problem pain area. The employee recommended a couple of products which she ended up buying! $75 worth. Very educational watching/listening to this transaction. Employee versed in everything cannabis and took his time explaining and patiently answering all questions to her satisfaction! Orders may also be placed online with a savings of 20%. Pick up orders at the store. Walk up outside window for online orders. Only cash and debit cards accepted. There is an ATM/ bank just steps away. Convenient!:) Security guards on duty. So my understanding is this is the only locally owned Davis Dispensary. Grandma died and local family turned her house into this business. Operating quite successfully I was told. So much so additional dispensaries may be opening in your area soon!:). You learn something every day! read more

Store will tell you one thing on the phone, then when you show up switch up and not honor promised deals shown on website. Avoid this store.

I love coming to F street dispensary because of the amazing customer service and great deals! I usually preorder online and save 20% (: plus, they have great decorations for spooky season read more

First time at a dispensary and I'm not gonna lie, I was kinda nervous. I didn't know what to expect but the staff was very helpful in guiding me in the right direction. The establishment was very professional and the workers themselves had great customer service. The option to order online and pick up is also convenient. Not a frequent user but will definitely visit in the future! read more

Came here for the first time and was happy to receive 35% off my order. Small dispensary, friendly staff, would come back again for sure. Thank you. read more

When I went a few days back, I decided to try giving their online ordering and window pick up system a try. They sent a confirmation email for my online order saying it was packed, but when I got there to pick up, the girl at the window said one of the products I selected was actually out of stock and this was the product that my buy-one-get-one deal was contingent on. So, now it would be full price for half the product or select from a few more expensive options. I told her I only brought the cash for the amount quoted to me in my email confirmation, and I would have appreciated some communication over email that one of the products in my order had gone out of stock so I could have been able to make a better decision with the inventory list online. But, be warned, apparently you can't rely on their inventory to be updated when you are placing an online order...Please, send the customer an email if the availability of an item in their order has changed so they can rethink what they want and not feel pressured to make a new decision for their purchase with people standing in line behind them at a pick up window that is meant to be quick service. Also, the last time I got stuff from here before that, it was OLD and very dry. It's cheap, but you get what you pay for sometimes. Two stars because the staff seems friendly. read more

This is my preferred one stop shop for all my cannabis needs. The budtenders are friendly, patient, knowledgeable and did I mention patient? Jokes aside, they make you feel welcomed and comfortable which ends up making the shopping process easy and stress free. They always have daily deals, rotating specials, and seasonal sales that you don't want to miss. Weekdays they'll even have a food truck or 2! If you haven't already I highly recommend a visit ASAP! read more

I like their products but the African-American girl with a curly hair that used to be the manager she's amazing ever since she left that place has gone downhill there is no way that manager would have allowed their website to be this janky the fact that you don't care about their website and the inconvenience of their customers just shows that the management has been replaced with a person who is lazy and doesn't care about customer service because you're in the center of UC freaking Davis where there are thousands of computer science majors it would take them 10 minutes to fix this glitch again you got to care about your customers and obviously new manager does not!! MAKE THIS PLACE CLASSY AGAIN FIX THE FREAKING WEBSITE ALREADY!!!!! AND STOP IGNORING YOUR CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS!! read more

Very clean inside and out. All of the staff was very nice, even the security guards were nice and greeting people. They have great deals for first time customers! read more

I will not go back to this dispensary. I see they have good reviews but those reviewers must not that this dispensary is overpriced. They wanted double what I pay for the products I wanted. My friend in my car could not believe I paid 28 for a product he gets for 15 elsewhere. read more

Brandon was so helpful, this was my first time here and I was able to get everything I needed with the help of Brandon

Always friendly and their discounts hard to beat! Excellent selection and well run website and dispensary. Also Food Trucks are a big bonus.

I just came in on 8/5 at 8:45pm with my friend and on our walk in we were harassed and followed by a creepy old man. after informing the security guard that there was a creepy man targeting us right outside, the staff inside were super friendly and made sure we felt safe going back out. The manager and the sales associate met us with kindness that made us walk out with new beliefs about society. read more

Cool, clean, convenient, kind, pretty, crisp, bright, friendly, fresh, safe, competitive. Those are the words that come to mind and plenty of parking in back. I already love this place. Very excited to have them in Davis! Excellent customer service, free parking, express lane, on-line ordering and super friendly staff. These folks did a GREAT job. read more

I was a value customer there until I got disrespected by the manager with black hair They will not give me his name and I complained because he was disrespecting me and yelling at me across the way It made me stress out and barely could drive nobody supported me They just left me there looking all alone this place has no respect for people of color and they give you free stuff just to get your money and give you drugs They don't care about their customers really. read more

This is the BEST dispensary in the Sacramento area! They have the best prices, they offer the best discounts (30% off every order if you order online!), they always have an extremely extensive stock as well as all the well known brands and products, and they have some of the friendliest and knowledgeable staff you'll ever meet in a dispensary! If you live close to it, more power to you but if you live 30-40 minutes away I'd say definitely take the trip and try them out, you won't regret it!! (and your wallet will thank you as well ) read more

Look I went in last night to buy the roll your own shake which was from rollers delight and it stated 22 percent thc and it was nothing but ground cbd weed that didn't produce any effect except a damaging cough . I don't recommend this dispensary and would go with the LoLo brand roll your own shakeinstead any day because it's twice the quality and quantity and half the price read more

New to the area and I stopped in to take a look around. Staff was all very welcoming and nice. The gal that helped me in choosing an edible based on my needs, nailed it! She showed me several options and walked me through everything. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

I've never been to a more professional personable place with a great vibe as this place. Lowest prices, knowledgeable staff, and very professional. I can't say enough about this wonderful place! This has always been my go to place. They have great deals and awesome service. Before today I would have given them 5 stars. I'm on their email list and saw a promo for one of my favorite products was coming up in a few days. The offer was only from3-6 on a certain day. So I waited for the day and time, went in at 4 and they were "out" of the promo items. I'm sorry, but if you are having a promo for only 3 hours, you can't "run out" in an hour. This felt fishy to me. I'm not going to give up on them just yet, but if I have another similar experience I'll be happy to bring my business and recommendations to one of the other places in town. read more

Super crowded right before closing!! First timers will need to have their ID scanned for documentation. Cash only but they have an ATM on site with $2 transaction fee. There's also a Wells Fargo, Chase and BoA a few blocks away. Expect everything to be on the pricy side. Many differrnt options from bud, edibles, pens, tinctures, pre rolled and so many different blends and ratios. If you don't know exactly what you want, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely very informative and will help pick out what suits you best. 2 security guards on the premises but they're super chill, friendly and welcoming, opening the door for you and saying hi and what not. Customer service exceeds expectations. You get a 10% off coupon with every purchase, that can be used towards your next visit. Sign up for text updates for weekly sales and specials. Hands down best spot in Davis. read more

The front desk lady is ignorant I would go their and wast your time if your outta town .. waste of time

Placed an order online and it said there was a deal for blood orange CAMINOS (price was $0.01) and so I ordered 2. Pick up and gave me blood orange Kanhas instead. Went back and told them there was a mistake. They said the deal was actually only good for yesterday and there's nothing they can do about it. Asked if we can exchange the 2 bags of Kanhas for at least 1 blood orange (again, initially ordered 2). They said no. Just want the edibles I ordered and not get reprimanded for a mistake on their end, like not updating their website. read more

My favorite dispensary in Davis (fave in Sac is Mainstage). F Street always has really good specials and seem to always be fully stocked. Very easy to order online and pick up in store. They even have an outside window for order pick-up. It always seems pretty busy but they have plenty of staff and everything moves quickly! Somehow I got on their email and text lists but glad I did because I know about all the specials. read more

First of all, it's a dispensary. How can you rate it low? Second of all, they have an awesome menu suited for all budgets. I'm mostly a flower guy but whenever I want to sample other products they have a plethora of options. One drawback, that is totally not their fault that I have no self control, no grams of flower, For those days where I just want a little bit. Awesome place, awesome people, awesome products. read more
