A MONEY GRAB!! do not shop here. ive been coming here literally since highway 80 first opened and online orders were always priced online the out the door price if paying with CASH. i used to order a cart online and go in and pay IN CASH the exact total listed online. i go in today and im paying CASH and the price was almost 6 dollars more than listed. and on top of that the worker helping me kept insisting its always been like this when IT HAS NOT!!!! highway 80 selling out to club 420 was bearable but now its obvious this isnt a local company. read more

Extremely disappointed. I drove all the way from Folsom to Dixon because this was the only dispensary I found online that appeared to be open until 10:00 PM. I arrived at 9:50 PM, and the gate was already closed. As I pulled up, security was leaving, an employee was already walking out with her bag, and another customer was still leaving the building. It was obvious they had already decided to close before 9:50, despite the posted hours. When I asked to speak with a manager or get the manager's contact information, the security guard told me to "look it up on the website he's busy." Then the employee came outside with her bag, obnoxiously chewing her gum the entire time, acting completely nonchalant, instead of trying to explain the situation or help. Her attitude alone showed she couldn't care less about customer service. To make matters worse, I found three different business hours listed online, making it impossible to know when they're actually open. I wasted time, money on gas, and a long drive because of inaccurate hours and unprofessional staff. I was simply trying to get something to help with body pain and a headache, and instead I was treated like an inconvenience. I most likely will never return. If you're going to close before your posted hours, update them and treat customers with the respect they deserve. was excited to see a 30% off promo, but the final total ended up being much higher than expected after taxes. A $60 sale item came out to nearly $80 at checkout. I understand California taxes are high, but it would be helpful if the store was more transparent about out-the-door pricing so customers aren't surprised at checkout. So, I came here today (4/21) because they had a black bag special where if you buy $100 or more of products then you get a bag with $100 of products for $5 more. Nowhere on the advertisement did it say "while supplies last"or limited to a certain amount of customers. When I placed my order and said that I also want the black bag special for $5, the sales rep. said "we are all out of those." With 21 locations throughout CA, I do not call that a small woman owned business. I prefer to support locally owned (male or female) business that supports the community they do business in. As far as your listings, including The THC plus other contents allows consumers to make informed purchases. The change in your coupon is very confusing. You still publish them in local advertising magazines but I was told you no longer honor them. Also the past coupons were on your entire basket. Either way, I'm sure me boycotting your business won't break you, but it might make your customers think twice before purchasing from you read more

This place seriously went downhill with new ownership. The deals are disgraceful compared to what they used to be, and there are not nearly as many high quality products as there used to be. The really messed up part is that they get to keep all the good reviews from the previous storefront (CLUB 420). I've been going to that spot since it opened, and am now having to shop around at other dispensaries due to the major downgrade at this location. I have been to tons of dispensaries all over the state and I will say this one is one of my favorites. They offer a wide selection of products and have food truck days for customers. Their prices are on par with dispensaries in the area. Staff is always super friendly. I had an issue with a product (manufacturer error no fault of the dispo) and they went above and beyond to correct it. I even bring my pup in here sometimes and it's one of her favorite places because the staff is so friendly! read more

The woman with the short blonde hair at the front counter was rude about me checking in my ID, she was yapping and hadn't asked for it yet and then said something like ~this is our policy~ in a loud, obnoxious tone, as if I would have any issue with handing my ID over. Probably one of the rudest dispensaries, i've ever been to. I had my son who is twenty five sit in the car because he has tourettes, And out of nowhere, some good looking white guy thumbs up and says, very rudely, how old is your son. I told the man my son's age and that he has tourettes, and never fully developed. So after we finally calm down, we walk up the ramp and the same guy in the parking lot is holding the door open for people and I could swear that I heard him say I'd hit that. I went here on 02/20 and was greeted by front counter staff. The guy was friendly and welcoming. We were also greeted by security staff and greeted again when we walked in. This is what I call good customer service. The Spanish speaking employee went above and beyond for my mother and I. He throughly explained the products we inquired about. Also the girl with the locks in her her was super friendly. All around staff was incredibly nice which is refreshing. I tried other dispensaries in this town and did not have the best experience as staff was dryer than a stoners mouth after taking a few bong rips. I wish Highway 80 had more CBD products such as care by design, or other products with low THC, but all in all, I recommend this place. Kudos to your staff. read more

love this place and have been a customer since they came to Dixon. my one complaint is they have their employees out in the heat with not much coverage from the sun and they won't let the people checking guests in go inside until it hits 95 outside. the poor employees checking in guests looked miserable and sweaty. people come on to get their goods and it brings the mood down to see employees miserably sitting in the hot sun. :( read more

I've never been to a bad dispensary before, but this one was a joke. I had a 40% off coupon and asked for four small cheap pre-rolls, which totaled $40. When I inquired about the discount, they said the pre-rolls were already discounted, so the coupon would only save me $5. That didn't make any sense to me. I asked if they had any cheaper pre-rolls, and they told me they weren't worth it. So, I just walked out and went to a different one that I've never been to and voila it was better than this place. read more

They had a sale going on, we called to make sure that we could get 25% off on our online order with an additional 35% because I was a new customer. When I got there to pick up my order, they told me that they could not honor the 35% because the items I chose were promo. They should have stated that on the phone, or have someone who knows what they are talking about answering the phones. Went to Highway 80 today for the first time and as an experienced dispensary user, I was well pleased with all aspects of my experience there. There is an impressive stock of every sort of cannabis one would want to use. The place is spacious and well lit. Colin provided excellent knowledgeable service, answering all our questions patiently and thoroughly. The rest of the staff was friendly as well. Went there today and usually I have great service from the people that work there. Today I was helped by Oscar and he was totally rude and disinterested in making a sale. I asked him some questions and all I got was one word answers. Didn't mention what was on sale, didn't have an opinion. If I wasn't so low I would have just left. He acted like he didn't even want to be there. Absolutely should not be in a customer service role. As I have said usually I get good customer service and am happy, today I was disappointed and may just continue going to Sacramento Perfect Union where at least the people know how to treat the customers, inform them of the deals, and provide recommendations. horrible customer service! i brought a cart the day before amd tried to take it back because it tasted burnt when i normally get the same exact cart every time they said i couldn't trade it because it wasn't "defective" when that is clearly defective . then when i was leaving they were closed and i was trying to put my gps in and the security guard flashed his light at me. i didn't appreciate them rushing me when it was very dark out and im a female and was alone. i go here all the time but i will no longer waste my money on them any more! read more

My boss has caused me so much anxiety I decided to try CBD to get to sleep. I didn't have my wallet so sent my bf in. Although I told him "pure CBD", he came out with 3 different types of pure THC, no CBD gummies. I sent him back in because jobs do not allow you to have THC in your system. The manager would not let him exchange it for no-THC gummies. Yeah, I'm upset with my bf, but how come when he bought the gummies from the manager (dark haired female) and told her this was our first time ever buying/ingesting anything like this she didn't mention how many jobs will not allow you to have THC in your system? If they aren't going to give store credit after walking out the store and coming back in, at least VET your customer needs better by asking questions! I don't know what to do with these 3 bags.
