Love this place, the gentleman that works in here most often is just a super nice guy, great heart and always very respectful. All the employees & the owner are which is nice. They don't make you haggle down any of their prices like some smoke shops do and there wares are priced competitively. Personally, I would be thrilled too see a bit of a drop in the price on the disposable vape pens or some buy 2 get $5.00 off deals occasionally but I get why they see no need to do so as there not any more expensive then any of the the other shops in town. The employees here are the real prize tho. For example, I left my wallet on the counter when I was in there earlier today and I didn't realize it until I was already out of town. I retraced my steps and gave them a call 10 minutes before closing and he picks up the phone right away and not only lets me know he has my wallet but unprompted assures me the hundreds of dollars that were inside were still there as well, the guys a class act I tell ya;) read more

I bought a disposable vape pen from here yesterday, this morning it started blinking like the battery was already dying 12 hours after buying it, so I called this morning (before wasting my time by walking the mile -one way) n he told me bring it in. I went in last week and asked for 10 pipe screens. Guy put 10 items in a small bag and charged me $13.56. I thought that was a little high, but was in a hurry and left quickly. Got home and looked in the bag and there were 10 packages, each held 5 screens, and they were super thin and basically worthless. I wanted to go back and cause a scene, but my wife said let it go, so I did. Completely my fault for leaving with too much of poor product, but come on, dude.....10 screens not 50. I only smoke hookah but this is my go to spot! Always have exceptional service here! It's hard to find the hookah pen I like and this place always carries it! Tonight I went in with a friend and he didn't have the flavor I wanted but said he would order it! When we left we found our pens didn't work so we called and he said he would take a look at them if we came back. We did just that! We came back and he was still very friendly and looked at our pens. He then let us test out pens till we found one for each of us that worked! He said he was not ok with them not working and was ups contact the company ASAP to let them know! I assured him I used this same brand before and never have had any issues he said his experience was the same which is why he was not ok with products not working. He took care of the problem and was super friendly and understanding. I do believe this gentleman wAs the owner. However him and the gentleman helping him were so friendly I know for now on this is the place I will be going to for all my hookah needs! I am happy to be the first to review Tobaccovile, as their business is one to avoid, if not boycott. As I make trips to the Bay Area in search of E-cig vendors, their supplies, and quality service, this shop is by far the worst. First, their business practice involves intimidation and hostility. Out of the few employees one might encounter, the youngest is the most unenthusiastic, unhelpful, and hostile of them all. Be prepared to defend yourself verbally, and possibly physically, if you ask to see their products. For example, after checking the quality of their butane torches, and deciding not to purchase one, the young male employee flipped out, saying for me to never waste his time again. After he finished his diatribe, suggesting that I was poor, and could not afford anything in his store, he told me to "go home." As I was leaving, I suggested he should offer better salesmanship and service. He replied, "I don't have to be a salesman." Well, at that moment I realized I'm no longer welcome in that store, all because I wouldn't purchase a cheap butane torch. Naturally, I went across the street and purchased a real propane torch for half the price, but I digress. If one wants to purchase E-cig (vape) products, avoid this brick & mortar shop. Currently, Fairfield and Vallejo have the best shops, as they offer outstanding customer service, more like guest service, as one is treated as a guest. Again, avoid Tobaccoville, as they have no interest in catering to their customer's needs. And as many know, their products are all mostly knock offs. read more
