My issue is specifically with the woman at the front desk. Every single time I come in, she has an attitude with me. I honestly don't know what I've done to rub her the wrong way, but I've always walked in in a good mood, ready to spend my money. Today was the last straw. I walked up to the front desk and nobody was there, so I stood and waited for about two minutes. I went ahead and scanned my ID while I waited. When she came back, I simply let her know I had already taken care of it -- and that's when she snapped at me with *"It doesn't work that way -- you don't work here"* in the rudest tone possible. It wasn't what she said, it was HOW she said it -- like she was disgusted to be talking to me. I understand busy days happen. But there are too many dispensaries in this area to be treated like an inconvenience just for walking through the door. I hope management takes a look at the front desk experience, because the rest of the team deserves better representation than this.

I've generally enjoyed coming here, but had a disappointing experience with their advertised…read morepromotion. The website and in-store signage clearly state a Wyld Saturday offer: buy two gummies and get one for $0.01. There is no mention anywhere of restrictions on the third item. When I went in, I was told I could choose any two Wyld gummies, but the third had to be a specific flavor (pear). This limitation was not disclosed online or in the store. I pointed this out at the counter, referencing both the website and their own posted signage, but they would not honor the offer as advertised. Transparency matters with promotions, and this felt misleading. Just something to be aware of before going in expecting the deal as it's presented.

What a beautiful location!!!!…read more It has this exterior hidden oasis feeling as you pull in to find parking. One of the first elements that I noticed right away is the intentional art and decor. It really does give a vibe of tranquility. You'll present ID at the iPad first and foremost, and of course they'll greet you (if returning) by name and have one of the staff lead you in. Even the products are tastefully spread out on display to look at, check pricing, dosage, ask questions. I didn't feel rushed, or treated as if I would tamper with anything. There's a level of obvious intentional observation, but not that high security, get in - get out mentality that I've seen at other businesses. We purchased a container of the - Camino - Wild Cherry 5mg gummies, and they are just as delicious, as they are effective!! I felt relaxed. I felt zen. They have cute packaging for the products. And it's all reasonable in price! I will absolutely be bookmarking, as well as, returning to Herbivore next time I need to refill. Thank you for your support!
