I've generally enjoyed coming here, but had a disappointing experience with their advertised promotion. The website and in-store signage clearly state a Wyld Saturday offer: buy two gummies and get one for $0.01. There is no mention anywhere of restrictions on the third item. When I went in, I was told I could choose any two Wyld gummies, but the third had to be a specific flavor (pear). This limitation was not disclosed online or in the store. I pointed this out at the counter, referencing both the website and their own posted signage, but they would not honor the offer as advertised. Transparency matters with promotions, and this felt misleading. Just something to be aware of before going in expecting the deal as it's presented. read more

From the entrance to the exit the staff are really nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Love the customer service here. Don't change a thing! Definitely worthy of 5 stars for service and product variety. They rotate so they may not always have the brand or item you want but they definitely have what you need. Here i am again after coming to the latest event which was " the garden party event". I have never seen so many people in my life at one event from camping out to enjoying food trucks. The service did not waiver though. My go to guy Nate was there and I could not have been happier. I'm a person who gets freak out in lines when it's a lot of people feeling like I'm being rushed, but he took his time with me and made me feel like it was just us. I wanted to explore other things besides edibles which are my go To's, and he suggested products he thought a " beginner " such as myself would like and I have to say he was right on the money. Safe to say Nate makes me want to come back over and over again and spend all my money. This is purely about their tech and not people, people are awesome but lord get better card terminals. It gets exhausting coming here even when i call ahead and ask if their card reader is working and they say yes. This is the fifth time driving all the way over here, waiting in line to only not be able to check out. What a waste of time and this has been a known issue for months now where even the team members get embarrassed. I went here for the first time just looking for a disposable vape pen. The clerk tried to sell me a $58 half gram vape. What! I said something cheaper he offers raw garden I said ok and bought it. 1day later it's dead! Why he didn't he tell me I needed a battery! I also told him disposal one.
