They're closed abruptly with little information. When it was open the service was slow. Many staff but all of them usually in the back offices with one person helping customers. The online orders are never ready for pick up and they pack them in front of you even though the order was placed hours before. This review is solely based on the delivery service, which is ran by mainstage davis. I have placed a few delivery orders from them in the past and didnt have an issue, however, the last 2 times I have ordered from them I have had nothing but issues. I totally understand sometimes deliveries run late. It happens its out of our control sometimes. My issue is when my delivery was placed 2 hours ago (delivery eta says 30-60min LOL) and I've heard nothing from the company. Both times I have had to call them multiple times to get any form of an answer. Customers should NOT have to call 3 times to find out why YOU are late. My prior order was over 3 hours late with no communication and no follow up. Mainstages Sac storefront is AMAZING, Davis however appears to be pretty incompetent. I ordered delivery from this place and I waited by the door when I had gotten a notification that my delivery was arriving. Nobody showed up, nobody called. I thought maybe it was a mistake on the trackers end so I waited 20 more minutes for this delivery to show....NOTHING. I called and was told that he wasn't coming because "he had other deliveries to get to". If you like a very non personal experience i would highly recommend coming here. Other than jess the boss bitch working the front this place has nothing going on. If it werent for jess i probably wouldve walked out of this place with out any purchases. They don't give first timers any discounts not even 5percent. Their flower is super over priced compared to davis collective thats literally down the street from here. The only cool thing is they have there own parking lot that's about it. No smells jars. The year was 2022 and I walked into this establishment on a cool May evening. I was greeted by the pessimistic scowl of Lianna. Her blue hair and deep frown was extremely off putting yet I remained calm and asked for "black diesel" a strain of cannabis that's well known. She instantly belched out a cat like scream and stood there awkwardly staring into my eyes. That should how been a sign for me to walk out yet i didn't want to insult her--"perhaps she has Tourette's?", I thought to myself. I smiled and asked her once more "Miss, have you any black diesel". Her eyes rolled into the a back of her head and out came another scream. However this time she followed up by screaming "DONT YOU DARE CALL ME MISS AND DONT YOU DARE CALL IT THAT. ITS REFERRED TO AS DIESEL OF COLOR". As I attempted to open my mouth to apologize she started recording me and calling me a racist! I had no clue what happened. I thought I was possibly on a TV show so I behaved calm and left. I do not recommend this establishment in the slightest. I am in town for work, I had a rental car for 2 days and stopped in this location and spent a significant amount of money. I opened a disposable pen when I returned back to my hotel and it does not work. I tried charging, still does not work. I no longer have a rental car and no way to return it aside from taking an Uber that will cost me double the cost of the $45 pen to return, but they will do nothing. I even called the location that is a mile away from my hotel and they will not take it back. terrible customer service. The employee I talked to said it isn't their fault, so selling products that don't work isn't your fault? That's exactly what it is. I wish I could rip people off in my job. Went in here out of curiousity...i was looking for Guava flower and was given something that was labeled GUAVA. I pretty much know my flower that I smoke....what they gave me had no scent of ANY guava and abso NO taste of a "hint" of guava. So disappointed! Smh...pretty much my 1St of getting bamboozled! Subtracting some stars because: - The prices are too high compared with other local options. I can get the exact same product from the same brand for $5-10 cheaper from other dispensaries in town. They've done better to add in a couple of more affordable options, but their selection still pales in comparison to other stores. - The inside is really bland. There's a huge amount of space being underutilized. There's a very small amount of actual product to look at. - Why is it necessary for me to login and order online while I'm actually at the dispensary? Seems kind of odd and no one else is doing this. read more

I've been ordering from them for a while but today was just Terrible for me and really not worth my hard earned money being spent! I placed a order for their BOGO sale and i called to check on the items. I was then told the items i wanted weren't for Davis but Sacramento only but i wasn't seeing that so i asked to speak with a manger for some help. They said they would call back and never did i even called back to ask for HELP! And still no one could come and take two seconds to help me on the phone! it's like forget the customer who spends money they won't even take time to talk and help a customer out who needs understanding and that's sad because i spend a lot of money with this company and i feel like they treated me like nothing and for that i will never go back again they need to work on customer service and making your customers feel wanted and good to spend our hard earned money there! read more

Customer service is great, but the product is always so dry. First time bought a $20 eighth and was bad, so I figured I was being cheap so that's what I get.
