Was here at 9 am to grab a couple things and were told by an employee waiting at a the front door that we had to wait 6 minutes for the manager to get here. For people who have a tight schedule and count on businesses being open when they say they're going to open; this is unacceptable. I really don't want to have to be writing this review as I'm generally satisfied with the products however I'm writing this because the employees need to make sure they give the customer their receipt and CHANGE. Today I purchased two vapes and I asked for my receipt, no problem however I was owed $2 dollars change and the cashier forgot to give me my change when he put my items in a bag. This is partially on me too as I should have been more "on the ball" but I dunno if we are feeling too good if you know what I mean on shift but I shouldnt have to ask for my reciept or change. You folks are terrible and I I can pinpoint the 2 people that are responsible for this. 1. Your security guard on the evening of 6/29 2. Your manager Ill tell you why. However first and foremost, no matter what, I will never, ever shop with you again, and alot of people read my stuff and they wont either. Im angry and I have every reason to be angry. I got there at 7:52 on 6/29. I got 2 steps from the door while your security guard was busy texting on his phone and he says, "Hey buddy, were closed". First of all, I dont know him, which means we are not buddies. Secondly, I checked your hours and they are open til 8, not 7:52. Nitpicky? Yes! The truth? Yes. Get your stuff straight. Your manager. I asked about car shows. I was there on your anniversary...saw cool cars. Asked about if you were to do more shows, was told to talk to the manager....sure no problem. I spend my money that day, come back another day, spend my money that day, talk to your manager, he tells me he has a company that does the cars and to talk to someone up front...no help whatsoever...im trying to help you folks out. So I go in. counter interaction was good. Okay I guess. Then on to purchase. Lady at the register didn't give me a bag so I ask for one then she goes "sorry but no one ever asks for a bag." What? No one asks for a bag when lots of people buy multiple items? Bull she just didn't want to give me a bag for absolutely no reason other than prejudice and hate. What other reason could it be. I always get treated that way at some dispensaries because all the people who revolve around this lifestyle are just jerks all around. Service was trash on 12/9. Security was the only one who greeted us. Shuffled around the store for maybe 5 minutes with no engagement from the 4 employees chatting at the register. I could not find what I was looking for at cookies but I did find it next door at their competitor. Velvet sold me a couple really nice ounces that night and I will not be returning to cookies any time soon. read more

I went in there today and they accused me of stealing when all I was doing was putting my phone in and out of my pocket because I was getting calls and texts. The Hispanic guy with the earrings and the beard accuse me of stealing and saying that it's fine he'll let me go with that, and I told him I was not stealing, and I even showed him my pockets that I did not steal, I spend a lot of money there to be accused of stealing. read more
