This was my first experience where it wasn't super busy so I was in and out pretty quickly. The bud tender was friendly and helpful and I got to take advantage of a great deal! read more

Cookies Napa Dispensary - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Napa, California

Best dispensary in town! I never have to worry about being rushed to make decisions on things I can't even pick up and check out myself. No budtenders giving dirty looks when I ask to check something out. Also the cleanest dispensary in town by far. Skip Velvet and check out Cookies Napa you will not regret it. read more

I'm big on customer service and no one really was in tune here. No one really had answers to simple questions about products and a little slow in responding. It may be outcome from the working environment lololol. I did find some good quality products and got 30% off since it was my first time. I liked the store set up. Note: taxes aren't included in the advertised price. They are added in the end. So, I saw a product that I normally see for $10 out the door priced for $8 but pretax and fees. read more

Was here at 9 am to grab a couple things and were told by an employee waiting at a the front door that we had to wait 6 minutes for the manager to get here. For people who have a tight schedule and count on businesses being open when they say they're going to open; this is unacceptable. I love cookies, but the customer service is lacking to say the least. read more

I really don't want to have to be writing this review as I'm generally satisfied with the products however I'm writing this because the employees need to make sure they give the customer their receipt and CHANGE. Today I purchased two vapes and I asked for my receipt, no problem however I was owed $2 dollars change and the cashier forgot to give me my change when he put my items in a bag. This is partially on me too as I should have been more "on the ball" but I dunno if we are feeling too good if you know what I mean on shift but I shouldnt have to ask for my reciept or change. I hope this is addressed by management as it's not cool The cashier was #87739 read more

Cookies, oh Cookies, how I wanted to love you, not to mention, this goes completely against my whole 420 crossover rule but I have to address this. You folks are terrible and I I can pinpoint the 2 people that are responsible for this. 1. Your security guard on the evening of 6/29 2. Your manager Ill tell you why. However first and foremost, no matter what, I will never, ever shop with you again, and alot of people read my stuff and they wont either. Im angry and I have every reason to be angry. I got there at 7:52 on 6/29. I got 2 steps from the door while your security guard was busy texting on his phone and he says, "Hey buddy, were closed". First of all, I dont know him, which means we are not buddies. Secondly, I checked your hours and they are open til 8, not 7:52. Nitpicky? Yes! The truth? Yes. Get your stuff straight. Your manager. I asked about car shows. I was there on your anniversary...saw cool cars. Asked about if you were to do more shows, was told to talk to the manager....sure no problem. I spend my money that day, come back another day, spend my money that day, talk to your manager, he tells me he has a company that does the cars and to talk to someone up front...no help whatsoever...im trying to help you folks out. My car will bring folks and i get pushed away like some chump. Good luck folks. If you want killer service and good folks, hit up the Plug down on Tanen st. read more

The girl Mia with the locs was super cool she helped me with some great recommendations for my back pain!

So I go in. counter interaction was good. Okay I guess. Then on to purchase. Lady at the register didn't give me a bag so I ask for one then she goes "sorry but no one ever asks for a bag." What? No one asks for a bag when lots of people buy multiple items? Bull she just didn't want to give me a bag for absolutely no reason other than prejudice and hate. What other reason could it be. I always get treated that way at some dispensaries because all the people who revolve around this lifestyle are just jerks all around. It's hard to find a good dispensary and to get some smoke when you just want to lay back and relax but you always end up disengaged dealing with crap like this. SMH read more

Great service overall. Selection is great too plus all the good deals. They have cool accessories too.

Great location, great stuff and some wonderful products for all your needs. I love that you earn points which turns into money.

Service was trash on 12/9. Security was the only one who greeted us. Shuffled around the store for maybe 5 minutes with no engagement from the 4 employees chatting at the register. I could not find what I was looking for at cookies but I did find it next door at their competitor. Velvet sold me a couple really nice ounces that night and I will not be returning to cookies any time soon. read more

Awesome experience and great first, second, and third time deals. Wonderfully managed and as a bonus, they carry La Familia products :) Not sure how there's only four reviews and this place is only three stars on Yelp, yet on google it has a 4.9 rating with almost 150 reviews. Great dispensary! read more

I went in there today and they accused me of stealing when all I was doing was putting my phone in and out of my pocket because I was getting calls and texts. The Hispanic guy with the earrings and the beard accuse me of stealing and saying that it's fine he'll let me go with that, and I told him I was not stealing, and I even showed him my pockets that I did not steal, I spend a lot of money there to be accused of stealing. read more
