To whom it may concern, I got the very best service and products at Kings Smoke Shop. 2 lovely young men waited on me. I can't say enough good things about this establishment. Will definitely be using it in the future. FIRST RATE ALL AROUND, Maureen R. Agius read more

not such a good shop anymore. It used to be the spot to go but not anymore. Seems as if these guys went down hill. Nothing in stock anymore that us active military personnel consume :( Other smoke shops in town are better! No selection here anymore. read more

Oh how the mighty have fallen. This used to be the best smoke shop in town, had everything you could ask for and the guys were always super helpful and offered crazy good deals. Now a days you have a buncha white kids running the shop; all the deals are non existent, the good products are all gone and they give you a snarky response when you ask if they still stock them. Tragic loss for Napa with this new crew in there, now has me looking elsewhere for my stuff. read more

Hi, there fellow yelper!! Today I stopped at this smoke shop to buy some e-juice. Their selection was impressive. So why only 3 stars?? Well the place is located in not so centric area, they have no test pens to try the flavors you are about to buy and they are heavily understaffed. Overall this place needs an urgent remodel and been cleaner will go a long way. read more

This place is awesome and the staff is amazing. Largest selection I've seen thus far. I highly recommend this place if you live in town or just spending a few days drinking wine. Also the have an amazing deal on the jule refills. I only get my vape juice from them and am currently hooked on the V'nella juices. Thank you so much to the staff for having such an awesome spot. Make sure you stop in to check it out :) read more

Best place in town for all your vape and smoke! I had a really bad experience the first time here later in the evening. Came back with a friend and had a great experience. I decided it was time to give this place another shot. Glad I did. read more

Best Smokeshop in the Napa valley by far, fair pricing knowledgeable staff and they know WHATS GOOD

The staff are super friendly, and very accommodating. Definitely recommend, have a high range of selection

Dudes that work here are strait chillers. Great dudes, sick selection of glass and anything else smoke related you could think of. They even have stuff for those bunk vape shit. All good tho, no hate. Cant recommend this place enough. When I am up napa way it is always on the list of spots to stop. read more

Employee was nice, but addressed three other customers before me when I arrived first. Not the best professionalism.

Love the selection of this shop, it's my favorite shop in town, they have the best price on the cigarettes I buy and were super helpful with getting my friend her first bowl Not sure why this has bad reviews it's a great shop read more

They talk to you like you are stupid. Being new and unfamiliar with these products I will have questions. He looked down to me and did not care. Went to mighty Quinn. Better service. Starbuzz has a quantity pipes but not much in quality. Just piled on top of each other vs nicely layed out. read more

I don't really know why I keep coming in here. Every time the guy behind the counter (same guy every time) doesn't know anything about the juices he's selling....and tries to push different crap on us. My boyfriend offered to buy me a new mod for Christmas. I was really excited. Picked out the one I wanted, expecting him to give me one NOT opened.... nope. The opened played with one. Then said it was 135 bucks....smok g priv2... but he'd give it to us for 125. Go home, find out it's no more than 85 bucks online..... plus I actually bought my previous vape with them.....a joytech evic vtwo.... which is only 40-45 bucks max which I bought from them for 80 bucks. Never again will i go here. I feel so bad that my boyfriend WAY overpaid for my gift. Stay away unless you want to pay way too much read more

King Smoke Shop - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Napa, California

I get all my vape supplies here they have a large selection of flavors. Great service every visit.

I used to go to Starbuzz, the previous owner/guy behind the counter was great! He had everything I wanted for great prices. The new "dude" is unable to say more than no- or some dumb answer. This guy alone- two visits- completely destroyed this places' reputation with me. read more

I bought a Visions Spinner vape pen for my boyfriend for Christmas from these guys, and it was a FAKE, they didn't even put it in a box they threw it in the bag. After having continuous trouble with it, he took it to the vape pen shop in napa and was told they had never seen that version and most likely it was a fake. Spent $100 and they do not do returns. read more

I've been buying from Starbuzz for almost two years, but I will never return and give them my money again. A while ago, I went in to make a small purchase. My total should have been $17.50, however when I checked the receipt, I was charged $27.50 to my card. Figured it was just a mistake, no problem. A few weeks later I went in to buy some shisha, and I was told it would be $15. As the owner was ringing me up, I watched him add another $10.00 charge so that it came up as $25.00 on the register. He didn't think that I had noticed, because as a regular customer, I always pay with card - however, when he saw that I took out cash instead of my card, he changed it to $15.00 again. As I was leaving the store, a previous customer came back in and said "Hey, you owe me $10 man!". Guess he's been doing it a lot lately. This isn't to mention that I've seen some shady "deals" go down over the counter with their other employees. Not a good image to have. This place used to be pretty great, but due to the incline in service, blatant scamming, and shady practices, I refuse to give them my business. read more

I went in to check out there juice my friend said there ruining some kind of promo and i got a extra set up for a back up for the price i could not beat it filled my tank and put the top on still inside the store and the battery would not work so he tried it out and put a different top on and it worked on that top so he gr abed another top and put it on and lost my juice from the first top so i get the top on and that one works as I'm using it it starts to leak so once again he changed it out so now i have lost almost hafe of my juice filling both tanks and having to through them away because of them not working this is the 1st and last time I go there. Also over price for what they sale!!! read more

I went in a while ago to get some cigarettes, ended up looking at the e-cigs. I bought a starter kit, and some juice. I really liked their customer service. I do wish their prices were lower. I tried out the shop on california blvd. because of the banner. I was confused when I walked in and their service sucked. So i'll definetely will be back here again. read more

This is my favorite smoke shop by far it's a big store and they have in stock almost everything you would need they are able to for fill my business needs and my personal needs Sam and Mike have great customer service I definitely recommend star buzz read more

Living in a tourist destination like Napa having businesses care about their local customers is important but Starbuzz is DEFINITELY NOT that kind of place.. My fiance and I used to go to Starbuzz almost every day for cigarettes, vape liquids, rolling papers, incense.. Lol you name it thats where we would go but since the main owner Mike has taken a step back this place has seriously gone downhill. They will do or say anything (even straight up lie) to sell you as much merchandise as they can including items they know wont work for your mod or know nothing about. They tried to sell me a DIRTY USED TANK off of the pen they were using as I walked in to the shop!! They care more about hanging out and watching tv behind the counter than they do about their customers. They will completely ignore you until they feel like helping you OR stop helping you and ignore you to help people who came in after you even if you were the only customer when you walked in. Bottom line if you are looking for a place that is trustworthy, polite, friendly, accommodating or knowledgeable about the products theyre selling this is NOT the business you are looking for! read more

I visited this store once because my E-Cigarette/Nicotine Vaporizer had broken and with my habit I couldn't wait for an internet replacement. Initially I was frustrated that the unfamiliar brand they carried seemed overpriced. Now that I have been using the product they sold me for several months, I must admit they sold me a better product than I had before and at a fair price. Four stars for carrying a good product at a decent price, creating trust that I can shop there again without worrying about the quality of what I buy. read more

If i could give this place zero stars I would. I've never had the urge to write a review because I think its petty but I've never encountered worse customer service. The worker was extremely rude and talked in a degrading tone the three times I've been there. Also, it is outrageously overpriced. Don't give them your business!!! Mighty Quinn (only a quarter mile away on soscol) is a lot better, very decently priced, and the service is great :) read more
