I've been coming to Abide for a long time. I love their friendly, knowledgeable staff, evolving selection, and wide variety of quality products without the overwhelm and clinical atmosphere. Pollinator garden is a wonderful touch. It's hands down my favorite dispensary in Napa. read more

I'm a female business owner and I have not been able to get paid from Abide for over a year and a half. I've been in communication with the owner and their managers and previous managers and they will not pay for my goods that are long sold. My invoice is 400 days past due and after countless emails they just won't pay. If they pay me, I'll take this down, but I want you to know who you're supporting. This company does not pay vendors or female owned businesses or legacy operators. Better to spend your money elsewhere. read more

They recently did a raffle and the reward looked like a great little surprise for someone. I will be staying tuned for any more opportunities to take part in the community. I really enjoy their house joints, affordable and reliable. read more

I've recently started dabbling in edibles as a sleep aid and Abide happened to be one of the only dispensaries open during this Labor Day holiday. Our bud-tender was very informative and answered our questions about the different products. 10 out of 10 would definitely come back here again. read more

Update in response to Abide's comments: there is a HUGE difference between a human looking at your ID to confirm that you are over 21 (like at a bar) versus a computer scanning the barcode or magstrip on your ID (which contains your name, date of birth, eye color, hair color, sex, height, weight, address, expiration date, issue date, drivers license class, and drivers license #) into their database. Don't believe me? Use an app to scan your ID yourself. Why does a dispensary need to collect this information about you? Do you trust dispensaries to keep this information from being breached? Less corporate dispensaries just check your ID visually. If you care about your personal information, avoid dispensaries that hoard your data. read more

Super beautiful and clean shop! Plenty of parking. Handicap accessible! The budtenders were incredibly knowledgeable and nice :) They have pretty much everything in the store: Flower, Vapes, Edibles, Sublingual Products, Topicals and Drinks. They were giving out free T-shirts to new customers too! I think they also do curbside ordering so you can preorder online at www.abidenapa.com (hopefully they will link it here soon!) and pick up! I got one of the CBX Tropicana 8th's and it was DELICIOUS like... extremely fruity. They also do $1 joints on Fridays!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

I had gotten mixed reviews from locals and finally checked abide out. Cute place ok inventory but I won't be retuning. Aside from the atm fee I was overcharged. Not sure what happened my receipt showed I was correctly charged but my bank statement did not. Looks like an employee gave themselves an extra tip? I did try paying cash and credit but something about it had been shut down for the night. The front desk girl was really sweet though 5 stars for her. read more

Napa Valley is known not only for being a premier wine region. It is also home to many great individuals in the hospitality field. Abide is no exception. Jocelyn's top tier service needs to be recognized. As a former general manger, I know what I look for in my employees. Someone who is knowledgeable, approachable (giving the room a sense of comfort and ease), always making the customer feel like they are more than just a dollar sign walking in the door. Jocelyn not only met these few green flags I looked for but many more. Thank you Jocelyn for being YOU. We will be back soon! read more

This used to be my go to dispensary in Napa since they opened. I purchased a new vape cart and battery today. I let them know that the cartridge had leaked out the bottom and leaked into the battery I purchased for $10. They were able to exchange the cartridge but after another employee looked at the battery with a little oil in it said it would have no issues. I will always try and support local business but will be going to a new place from no one. read more

I've been patronizing this business for the past year by always purchasing their edible cookies and peanut butter cups to help me sleep. Then on Friday, the start of the BottleRock, I entered the premises to buy my usual and was turned away by an employee behind the counter that they will no longer carry these items for a number of weeks or months due to arriving customers attending BottleRock. Really ??? Pulled the welcome mat from under me and open arms to once a year customers. Always paid cash and always tipped !!! Way to alienate...one star read more

Great menu selection and really friendly staff! I always feel treated well whenever I walk in

Jimmy was super helpful and sweet. They have a wide variety of options to choose from!

Don't take credit cards. They have you use the card for cash advance. Which isn't a credit transaction. Secondly, they charged a surcharge on my atm card, as well as my bank charging me a non bank atm fee. read more
