Everyone was so friendly! Security guard too! I was looking for a cbd oil for pain management the gentleman was helpful and explained everything to me- also offered different price options. Got a free gift for being a first time customer! I would definitely come back- convenient location and ample parking. read more

Great place. Friendly and helpful staff. They have a great selection of products with a variety prices.

Dissapointed bought something today gave the exact change and was shorted a dollar by the cashier who appeared to be too high to be able to count the change correctly. If my total is $7.26 and I give $10.26 then I should get $3.00 back not $ 2.00. Also they never give you a receipt for reference or if something you buy is defective i.e. a vape so you have proof of purchase. Is the policy here to let the employess get high on shift? If so it's hurting performance. I didn't want to have to write this review. read more

First of all, it's within walking distance, big plus. Secondly, staff is very cool, knowledgeable, friendly. Thirdly, nice selection of products, edibles are priced fairly, daily sales. What's NOT to like about this place? Mos def my go to dispensary. Keep up the good work Perfect Union. read more

Rarely have I ever left a dispensary saying "WOW!" super cool and knowledgeable professionals that are incredibly gracious call, maintaining the highest levels of salesmanship and hospitality. It is even more uncommon for me to ever write reviews on this platform, however, there are always exceptions & I have to say that by far Perfect Union consistently provides the best service, the best prices, and the most knowledgeable bud tenders in Napa! Huge shout out to Paul and the crew at PU as they offer extraordinary experiences and set the bar high for true cannaisseurs! read more

Never been to this spot before. Upon entering the security guard was unfriendly, unresponsive, and lacking any personality at all. Honestly I was about to turn around and leave but the club looked cool with lots of colorful displays so I decided to let the rent-a-cop's bad attitude slide. Once inside the club, I was greeted by Gabe who was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely chill. Gabe turned my entire experience from a 1 star to a 5 star with his great customer service and enthusiasm. Gabe is def manager material, the security guard though is a drag on any positive reviews this place could hope to recieve in the future. Thanks Gabe! read more

Closes Early. Website says they're open til 8pm but when I got there at 7:50pm they turned me away. Disappointing. Guess they don't want my money. I'll have to go somewhere that does. read more

Disappointed. Placed an order online for pickup as a new customer. They had Red Dragon on the menu which is my favorite strain and the whole reason I placed an order. I showed up between my pickup window. When checking in I got a bit of an attitude because I didn't wait for an email saying the order was packed and ready. I should mention my order was 1 gram of Flower and 1 pre roll. There were two people working and 1 other customer in the store. After about a minute, they let me know they were out of red dragon. At this point I wanted to just leave. They stock Jetter as well and I bought a pack or pre rolls I've had before and know are good. I had to ask if they offer any first time patient deals and only then found out about the free pre roll offer. While they did apologize for the strain being out of stock, they didn't seem to concerned about fixing it. I post this review 3 1/2 hours after I visited and their menu has still not been updated. I have no reason to go back here after this experience especially since there are now 10+ options to shop in person for cannabis here in napa. Customer service is key. read more

Perfect Union - Napa - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Napa, California

A small place. I came here looking for a stand in Vape and battery because I forgot mine. I found that there was very little here on the economy side and was pretty surprised at the high prices. So I opted for getting a pre-roll and moving on. I picked one out of the basket on the counter, but was shocked when they wanted $21 and change for the single joint. After hearing about excessive California taxes which we all know about, I commented that it's no wonder that the marijuana black market is making such a big rebound - before I declined the expensive joint and left with a sincere smile and hearty thank you. Clean and chill environment. Gentleman was superb at helping us make the correct decisions on newer products.

outstanding... Best place in Napa... Knowledgeable employees, and the prices are fair! Good friendly atmosphere!

The manager is incredibly helpful. I bought a vape cartridge that ended up not fitting my battery. Even though I'd completely trashed the box and it could not be resold, he credited me the full amount. Of course I immediately spent it on a new cartridge. read more

Great vibe, great deals and friendly knowledgeable staff. They will get you proper high!

I went in to see if I could get some help with my sleep issues. Since hitting my 40's I have been unable to make a full nights sleep. I had read that certain strains could be used in the pursuit of sleep. The team were extremely helpful. Super friendly and very involved in finding out what experience I was looking for. I was shown several edibles Wyld, Kiva, Heavy Hitters of the Indica variety including infused pre rolls to assist in my sheep counting endeavors. Omg...there are peanut butter cups just for sleep! Thank you Linda, Gabe and Drucifer. I have found my forever cannabis home. read more
