Dissapointed bought something today gave the exact change and was shorted a dollar by the cashier who appeared to be too high to be able to count the change correctly. If my total is $7.26 and I give $10.26 then I should get $3.00 back not $ 2.00. Also they never give you a receipt for reference or if something you buy is defective i.e. a vape so you have proof of purchase. Is the policy here to let the employess get high on shift? Never been to this spot before. Upon entering the security guard was unfriendly, unresponsive, and lacking any personality at all. Honestly I was about to turn around and leave but the club looked cool with lots of colorful displays so I decided to let the rent-a-cop's bad attitude slide. Once inside the club, I was greeted by Gabe who was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely chill. Gabe turned my entire experience from a 1 star to a 5 star with his great customer service and enthusiasm. Clean and chill environment. Gentleman was superb at helping us make the correct decisions on newer products.

Disappointed. Placed an order online for pickup as a new customer. They had Red Dragon on the menu which is my favorite strain and the whole reason I placed an order. I showed up between my pickup window. When checking in I got a bit of an attitude because I didn't wait for an email saying the order was packed and ready. I should mention my order was 1 gram of Flower and 1 pre roll. There were two people working and 1 other customer in the store. After about a minute, they let me know they were out of red dragon. At this point I wanted to just leave. They stock Jetter as well and I bought a pack or pre rolls I've had before and know are good. I had to ask if they offer any first time patient deals and only then found out about the free pre roll offer. While they did apologize for the strain being out of stock, they didn't seem to concerned about fixing it. I post this review 3 1/2 hours after I visited and their menu has still not been updated. I have no reason to go back here after this experience especially since there are now 10+ options to shop in person for cannabis here in napa. Customer service is key. read more

A small place. I came here looking for a stand in Vape and battery because I forgot mine. I found that there was very little here on the economy side and was pretty surprised at the high prices. So I opted for getting a pre-roll and moving on. I picked one out of the basket on the counter, but was shocked when they wanted $21 and change for the single joint. After hearing about excessive California taxes which we all know about, I commented that it's no wonder that the marijuana black market is making such a big rebound - before I declined the expensive joint and left with a sincere smile and hearty thank you.
