The owner continued to be aggressive with me, talking over me, only sarcastically apologizing when I asked him if he thought this inconvenience to me as a customer warranted an apology, and actually hung up on me at one point. When I called back and asked if he had hung up on me or been disconnected, he laughed and said he had hung up on me. As a woman, I steer clear of men who are as aggressive and unapologetic as that owner was. We all know the kind. Nothing is ever their fault. It's a bad quality in a person and a fatal one in a business owner. There are friendlier and better-run delivery services in the area. Avoid this one at all costs.

Worst, most unprofessional doctors office I've ever been to. The nurse practitioner ordered a not…read moreso common blood test for me due to family history (she didn't even know which was the right one she had to check Google). She ended up ordering the wrong one that my insurance didn't cover. Instead of the office taking care of it with my insurance, the front office manager insisted I had to call LabCorp and deal with it with my insurance on my own. She is extremely rude by the way. Even my insurance company apologized on their behalf stating they should have been the ones to contact insurance because how would I know what questions to ask, I'm just the patient. The insurance company put me on hold while they called the office directly and told the office manager that they needed to handle, and it's not on the patient. Basically after a lot of back and forth the office said there was nothing they can do. Didn't try to order the correct test, didn't try to work with the insurance company. Nothing. Also the doctors office is a renovated house. The doors to the rooms have huge gaps and everyone can hear your business.
