Any GPS I would highly recommend them at times they save your life cuz it saved my life when I got in a crash inside the tunnel especially when Siri comes on he saved my life that was OnStar also any GPS equipment you can have and use should be highly recommended because when you get in a car accident there's a voice that comes on keeping you company that it even knows if you black out like I did and kept me awake or trying to keep me awake telling me their paramedics I'm on the way and that it's going to stay with me kept talking and talking yes I highly recommend any GPS company it's important I experience it first hand so I highly recommend I felt like the voice was inside the car but not realizing it was on GPS mode it's important to have especially in your car it will save your life it even knows when you get in a car accident and that's in my case it knew I had a car accident and it saved my life read more

I ordered a product through their website. Easily found the item I wanted at a price that I was more than happy with. Since finalizing the purchase the experience with them has been lackluster at best. My purchase was supposed to ship the following day but sat in their facility with the shipment label created for another four days. Once it finally shipped, they somehow messed up the process so that it has been in logistically limbo. Instead of the 3-day shipping I was expecting with my purchase, I'm now sitting at day 16 without the package arriving yet. After asking them to look into it, I was given a unacceptable response of "Hopefully the end of this week". I've been forced to try to find the package myself since they have been utterly useless during the entire process. I guess you get what you pay for from this place. Had i known this would be the experience, I would have gladly paid more and just went to Best Buy or Amazon. I highly recommend avoiding this company. read more

I was looking for a local Garmin dealer for help with my GPS. My GPS is a Garmin Nuvi 1490LMT, it started acting up so I downloaded the newest maps and tried installing them. That failed. After 3 attempts I called Garmin Support and after going through their phone message system I was told it would be a 35 min. hold time. NOT! I called GPS nation and explained my frustration to Brandon and he said that he would take a look and see if he could help. To my great satisfaction, he took ownership of the problem and said give me a couple of hours and I should have it working. He did just that and it was as good as new. The product support he provided was wonderful and he did it at no charge. He also went a step farther and offered to put the maps on the SD card which really was above and beyond what was called for. Company didn't want to know when I advised it hadn't been received, they gave me the run around and never ever intended to do anything about it, this is despite me having a private post office box that could / should have been used. The company is phenomenal. I have interacted with several people in the company. Initially it was a young lady who is always upbeat, professional, and quick. I wish I could remember her name, but what I know for sure is that she is ideal to interact with. Earlier today (10-11-19), I came in contact with Brandon. I rarely write Yelp reviews, but this company has gone so far above and beyond they deserve all the praise they receive and more! When my GPS watch started acting wonky 36 hours before a big race, the owner Brandon went back to his store AFTER HOURS to grab a new watch, and then Fed Ex'd it to me overnight so I'd have it in time for my race! 10 Days ago, just prior to leaving for an across the nation motorcycle trip, I purchased a Garmin 665LM GPS (Zumo) from GPS NATION. What an EXCEPTIONAL experience! I had a series of informational questions so I called the 800 number. My inquiry was answered by Brandon (the proprietor) and I could not have asked for a more informed, patient, knowledgeable, earnest, pleasant, and eager service oriented individual. The website for GPS Nation is well organized, very professionally polished and pleasing to navigate. I found GPS Nation pricing to be fair, low cost, no gimmicks or tricks and just a great value compared to the others I searched online. GPS Nation's policies are generous and very customer oriented. Then to top it all off there is a physical store available to those of us who live in the San Francisco Bay Area. The store, just like the website, is totally well organized, neat & clean, digitally cutting edge and fully consumer confidence inspiring. Of course they carry top notch Garmin Products. Once I hit the road I became a total fan of the 665LM! This unit rocks for a traveling motorcyclist and the satellite radio feature is seamless and awesome.
