I stopped by last weekend because I urgently needed a phone(It says Metro PCS on the picture above but it is in fact a Boost Mobile store now). Today(3/31) was the last day my old smartphone from Boost would be working. I've had the phone for nearly 6 years, but Boost is upgrading it's network, so my 3G phone would no longer be working at the end of this month- March 31st, which is today. I was kind of disappointed when I got to the store because they didn't open on time, but as I was about to leave, the shopkeeper arrived, explaining that he & the staff were having car issues, but would help me if I could stay for a bit. By staying nearly an hour, I was able to upgrade to a new 5G phone. The keeper even threw in a case for my phone, as well as handled all the paperwork, sorting it out with Boost that I was in to get a new phone & made sure I could keep my old plan that was on my 3G phone on the 5G one. I was really pleased with the results of my new phone. I've had it almost 5 days now & everything works great- I'll be traveling around in a few months helping some organizations with vaccination efforts, so I wanted to make sure I had a dependable phone that I could use. When everything was all settled, I had paid my discounted item & all the paperwork taken care of, the shopkeeper even threw in some free candy! I was totally amazed & thankful for their work. I was glad to give them a second chance because another store I had been in a few times near me didn't know what they were doing. I'm glad I stopped by this Boost location because the shopkeeper made it worthwhile. I'll miss my old phone, but I'm glad I have this new one. I promised I'd leave a good review for the candy, but I'm also very satisfied with the service received. I always keep my promises, so this review is my experience from getting a new phone there. I believe if you stopped in to get a new phone, you would also be satisfied with the results. Hopefully, all the car issues for the owner have been taken care of by the staff- because I know more customers would like to stop by for all their phone needs too.
