I received the bill in the mail and when I contacted them, they said they had turned us into collections and disconnected her phone line for lack of payment. She passed away September 12 and this is November 13. This is how they treat long-term customers they should be ashamed of themselves! They even charged me a $25 return check fee!! I told him good luck with collecting I will not pay a collection agency.

I didn't leave much to do for their installers, but they were quite knowledgeable and as I work in the same industry it was nice to chat a bit while they got everything ready. I called Remo group and before they could show up, my 20+ year old ham antenna was destroyed by a windstorm. So I ordered a new one and guess what? They also can set up ham gear. I installed it the first time, but that was when I was 20 years younger and no way did I feel safe at my age. So The Remo Group to the rescue.
