They did the job quickly, and they returned my phone to me looking like new, all sparkly clean and everything. When I first walked in I was taken aback by how empty the store was. I was expecting merchandise and flashy signs, but it was kind of bare. In conversation with the person who repaired my phone, I learned that they prefer to focus on phone and device repairs and that they will leave phone cases, covers, and accessories to the other retailers. I found this no nonsense approach to be pretty refreshing actually, and I could see it in action during my visit with their professional manner in which they get straight to the point and accomplish the task. They are a capable service, they communicate effectively, and they definitely understand their purpose. I will be bringing all of my device repair needs to these guys.

Every few minutes his mood shifted and he could not hide it nor did he even try. If we did not agree with him or like his suggestion or when we answered no thank you, he got very, very upset. The store does not give out receipts anymore and are overcharging customers. This is a very shady store RIGHT NOW. All of the old employees are no longer there. It's ran by 2 Iranians for the past couple of Months. We bought a new phone and paid bills and they claim they could not provide any type receipt for any of our transactions.
