I called yesterday to get my post name embroidered onto my American Legion hat. I spoke with a very…read morenice man who said no problem to bring it by. He even gave me an estimated price to do it. I went in today and a woman touched the hat, said it had been worn and they didn't embroider on hats that had been worn. I told her it had only been worn twice. She acted like the hat was some road kill pushing it away from her. I grabbed it and put it back in the ziplock bag I had it in. I left telling her that if she was going to treat me like that, I didn't think I was going to come back to them for anything.
