Store was supposed to be open until 8, came around 7:30 on my lunch to quickly get something but no one was here. There was a sign on the door stating the worker was on break so I wasted 20 minutes waiting around and they never came. If the store isn't gonna actually stay open to 8 then change the hours online or have the workers put an accurate statement of that. Made me waste 20 minutes smh. The worker just came back , looked me dead in the eyes, took down the sign, and walked back in the break room, yeah fuck that worker and fuck this store. read more

I have been lied to so many times it's crazy.. my bill went from $333.00 to $666.00 double . I keep telling them I can't afford it and then they lie and say this is the cheaper route to go.. instead of lowering my bill it doubled. They had a promotion on Apple Watch .. buy one and get the other free.. all lies!! They ship you out one watch and then wait the 14 day grace period and say oops the promotion is over .. what a joke..it took me 3 day's going back and forth to the store .. to finally the manger helped me.. read more

This place exceeds beyond my expectations. I took my dad here based on the Yelp reviews on a lady named Vanessa. He needed a new phone because his old phone broke. We were greeted right when we walked in. The young lady that greeted us was very informative, kind, and most importantly, she was very patient!! My dad does not speak English very well and she was there to help him from start to finish. As when we were walking out, I asked her for her name. Surely it was Vanessa!!! This AT&T place did an excellent job to have hired a person like Vanessa! Highly highly recommend this AT&T store. read more

This store has been open for a while now, and I normally go to the corporate store across town but for convenience I came here. As soon I walked in, I was greeted and helped right away. I expected to wait and to be in the store for a while, but I was only in there for about 10 minutes then on my way. I guess, people don't realize that you can do everything in this store as you can do in a corporate store. They pretty much have the same inventory and display. The only difference that I see is they don't have all the Bluetooth speakers, but other than that you are good to go. I work just across the freeway and have been to this ATT store numerous times. Today I stopped by as my charger stopped working and I needed to purchase a new one. I found the charger I needed and stood around trying to pay for it. The two sales associates were busy helping other customers. I waited for 20 minutes to try and pay for an item but had no success. Another customer walked in who was also waiting with me. After 20 minutes we both left. My advise is if you have a simple sale to make then excuse yourself from the customer that is taking you 45 Minutes to ring up an item. It's a no brained. Next time I will drive the extra miles to avoid this store. read more

Dec 26th Nine AM Dennis R My wife and I have been with AT & T for over thirty years. Customers in good standing. We were the first ones in today and were all excited about the phone my wife gave me for Christmas We got in the store as he unlocked the door. The rep seemed put out from the get go. I said good morning three times. No eye contact or reply We asked him to get us a new sim card so we could activate our phone. He asked where we bought it and we told him Apple. His warm personality got even more frigid an he would not get off his ass to go to the back and get us a sim card. He told us to call Apple for support . He also took my old sim card out and put it in the new phone. Needless to say we left upset but went to the other AT&T store across town. They have always been helpful. The rep went on to tell us all he had to do was install a new sim card and he couldn't help us. We had to go back home and upload all our info from I-Tunes which we are still doing. This jerk took a simple fix and turned it into a time consuming event. A real message sent to us about the service they provide at Reynolds Ranch. I then called back and he put me on hold forever cause he was too busy to even give us his name. To the management of this location he was the only one working the morning of the 26th. and was clearly put out that he even had to be there. I have been in sales and marketing for over fifty years and if one of my employees treated our clients like he did the guy would be history. We live 7 tenths of a mile from this location and will be traveling across town moving forward. This guy should be cutting lawns somewhere not waiting on people. read more

I was sold lies at the At&t Lodi store and based on those lies I switched to expensive plan, I went to the store few days ago to preorder iPhone 12 pro, the the staff told me if I want to enjoy 12pro I need to get a 5g enabled plan, I asked her if 5g service available in Lodi, she said yes(which is a lie) today I went to the store and I was told there is no 5g service in Lodi and won't be available for next 5-6 years, when I order the phone I asked them if I can switch the phone (SIM card) to another line in account, the manager told me yes I can but I need to visit the store for that for some technical reasons to do the switch, today I went there and the staff and manager told me there is no need to do anything for switching sim, when I asked him the old sim doesn't have the 5g option in the cellular settings he said there is no 5g service in Lodi and won't be in next 5-6 years and denied to fix my problem, they didn't even thought that I was not talking about a landline phone instead I was talking about cellphone and cellphone users travels with there phone and also visits to the 5g available areas, so I came back home and activated the new sim and found the difference between the new and old sim and went back to the store to show and get help to fix it but the same guy told me to wait but denied me any service and didn't even sign me in for any associate I waited there for 15 minutes and came back, horrible service, bad behavior and in 2 out of 3 visits the associates were not wearing there mask properly they were not covering there nose even in the first visit a colleague told the lady who was helping me to cover her nose she just brushed it off. Update- later in the evening I called 611 to get help the issue and the technician told me I have to go to the store and replace the the SIM card because the SIM cards for 5g network are different than the old SIM card, obviously the store staff did not have this information, ignorance may be or poor training. Update- 2-3 days ago I went to the store again to trade in my old phone and get a 5g sim ( I was gonna ask them once only) and it was a different employee (Rose) and she helped us out with the trade in and when I asked her for 5g sim she said yes I have to get a 5g sim and she got me one, thank god manager was not there, it's going to be one star until the manager and the other employee admits there misbehave and refusing the legitimate request. read more
