    Overall, I had a pretty good experience with RepairALL. My computer went to sleep one day and then…read morenever woke back up. Being short on time, and patience, to figure it out myself I decided to reach out and RepairALL was quick to offer their services. The good - They offered a free diagnostic and there was no wait time for me to bring in my PC. They had friendly and helpful staff. Their building was easy to locate and their fees were reasonable. Areas for improvement - It took a while for them to properly diagnose and repair my PC. Thankfully, I was not in a rush as I was traveling for work and had a backup PC to meet my needs. If one was in a hurry to get their PC back due to having no other options, I could see where a customer might get upset or impatient. I, personally, am not knocking them down on my review for this as it was not an urgent matter for me and I told them so. It's possible the lengthier timeline for me was due to the fact that I told them it was no rush. I would rather them take their time and do it right than a shoddy rush job. Overall, they did a solid job repairing my PC (typing my review from it right now) and really the only thing I'd suggest for improvement is maybe more proactive communication with the customer. I had to call in for status updates until the PC was fixed and ready for pickup at which point they sent me a text to let me know. I think a few more texts just letting the customer what's going on would likely improve the overall customer experience. I would bring my device(s) back to RepairALL since they repaired my PC and were friendly. If they improve on those little things it could easily be a 5-star experience.

    I have come here a few times and it's been fine. My daughter and I bought new phones at AT&T. They…read moredidn't have screen protectors so we decided to go next door to buy some and have them put on our phones. The worker seemed nice and worked quickly. BUT what he was watching on the tv was inappropriate for a place of business. I did not catch the first line of the show that was on the TV but the next line (that was repeated several times) was, "I'm gonna eat your a**." Luckily the daughter that was with me is an adult, but that really doesn't matter. I am in a place of business that is not catering to strip joint clients. I am in a business that is catering to people of all ages. It was highly inappropriate to be hearing this on the TV that was accessible to everybody in the store. I will say that when I looked at the TV, everybody was fully clothed, but that is still inexcusable for the type of language that was being said on this particular TV program. I will not be back because I do not want to hear that. What you do in the privacy of your own home is your business but not in a place of business. I will be letting all of my families and friends know not to go there. I am just glad that my younger daughter was not with me. oh, and by the way, the employee apologized for what was on the TV. As if that made it OK.

    I just got out of this store and had one of the worst customer service experience ever and even…read morefrom a young man (makes me sad as a parent). I would have given 1 star but gave 2 stars only because someone there was nice enough to apologize. My husband went here few weeks ago to get my son's ipad air screen replaced since it was cracked. When we got it back we placed a tempered glass screen protector right away because we wanted to protect the screen from cracking again but to our surprise the screen cracked just because we were gently pressing the tempered glass on it. When that happened we thought it was the tempered glass that broke so we contacted the company who made the tempered glass showed them the picture and they sent us a new tempered glass with no extra charge. We noticed a day after getting the ipad screen replaced that the home button was real loose and after using it several times it got out of place. We contacted Payless wireless and they said they will fix it with no charge. I left the Ipad there and after almost an hour I got a call from them saying that the crack which we thought was on the tempered glass on the screen was actually on the screen again! I thought, "Wow really!? That is how easily the screen broke after just being replaced!" They said they will replace the screen for another $35 and since we just wanted it fixed we agreed. Got the Ipad earlier today and this young man I talked to didn't even care enough to smile and greet me politely. We discussed about the tempered glass and screen. I was telling him how could the screen crack just because we placed a tempered glass on it and he insisted that we dropped it because it showed on the edges of the Ipad (which is from the past and not after they replaced the screen). I can still see his face telling me there is no other way the screen cracked other than that we dropped it which is totally untrue. I don't write reviews here in Yelp but I just had to warn others. Being rude to your customers will not help your business Payless Wireless. Will never ever come back here!

Apparently there's only one person who prices phones and he's hard to catch up with, which was inconvenience having to call and go back and forth just to hear "no".     T-Mobile 5g has brought me such a sense of nostalgia and allows me to see a side of the internet…read morethat no other modern service can provide. When I'm trying to load a webpage, I get that wave of nostalgia that brings me right back to 1995 when you'd try to open your browser while someone was making a phone call. Truly remarkable that a page with absolutely no images and only text can take so long to load. Look how far we've come! And did you know that almost all apps have a cute little graphic to let you know that they've timed out? I didn't know that! Thanks to T-Mobile, I can experience this on apps from Amazon to Zillow. If you would've told me 30 years ago that the internet would cost so much and have absolutely no improvements, I wouldn't have believed you. For instance, it's windy out right now and while I'm unsure how that affects satellite internet, somehow I don't know if this review will even post. But seriously, their service is trash. Satellite is glorified dial-up. Spring for Comcast. Paying T-Mobile for their internet access to save money isn't worth all the time you'll waste waiting for stuff to load or power cycling your router because you're not sure if the internet is down or not.
