Showed up today at roughly 930am. The first clue for me should have been the two people walking out not getting helped due to the lack of service. I stood at the doorway for a few minutes before someone came and asked for my name to be put on the list. Once my name was on the list I sat down and waited. Gentleman came over to help after a little bit and when I explained to him what i needed he stated he couldn't help me. I then read the email from att stating please go to ATT store and they can help. He said no he couldn't help. Asked another guy he said no can't help. Said he can't call att service desk because they won't help him. Said I was welcome to call but if I told them I was in the store they would refuse to help me also. Called the number he gave me to call. After 15 min they stated I was given the wrong number and I needed to call another number. I left the store. Called the other number and that's when I was helped by a gentleman who was able to do everything the store said was impossible and would never work. Store associates could care less to help. Wouldn't call for me. Guess this would be the reason they have 2 stars. read more

We have been working with management for over 6 weeks trying to get an issue resolved with a hotspot. The bill has exceeded $1000 due to inaction on their part. Long story short we got a hot spot that didn't work and what was supposed to be on a business plan was put on a normal plan, Everything was returned and all directions were followed. We are now on our 3rd manager, Tyler, others keep leaving or getting fired. Now that the bill is out of control the store manager can't resolve it and it needs to go to the District manager. We keep getting told we will be called back and nothing happens. 7 visits to the store and over 10 hours of our time without a resolution yet. One of the worst customer service experiences of our lives. read more

Greatest experience yet with AT&T! We met with Lily and she helped us with so many things! We came in to upgrade to the new IPhone 10 and Lily did that expertly but she also help us with several other challenges including the unwinding of some bad information we got from some other reps over the phone. Lily was knowledgeable, patient and creative with her solutions! The store plays great music, it's clean and has a very nice display of phones and other devices plus an awesome wall of cases! Also Zach the manager was terrific and helpful to us and his team. Clearly he creates a great team environment! I highly recommend this location and especially Lily! read more

Before Christmas I bought a lightning cable for a gift. I told my sales person it was to charge my husband's iPhone. She produced an item she said would be best but did not ask me for details about how I would use it and in my Christmas rush I didn't look too carefully at it until after the Christmas holidays were over. It turned out to be an extra heavy duty 8ft long cord that did not work well (it had to be plugged into the phone one way or it just did not charge). No worries I thought - I'll just exchange it. Oh no - it turns out that there is a strict 14 day return policy - and Christmas is no exception. When I explained why there was a delay I was told the manager might help. At first he shook his head and said no exceptions and when I said that I thought others should be cautioned about Christmas shopping there he changed his mind. Then he said he would have helped but since I was reviewing my experience he couldn't. I felt as if he was saying I would be punished for reviewing the store. He said that the 14 day policy was clear on the back of the receipt and that they were transparent about their policy. I looked at the receipt when I got home (using a magnifying glass) and it says "returns or exchanges accepted within 14 OR 30 days" since mine request was between these two, it does not seem very crystal clear to me. It doesn't matter though because it also says my purchase could be subject to up to a 55$ restocking fee (more than it cost). The saddest thing is that I have been an ATT customer for more than 40 years and this little thing has me seriously thinking about another carrier. I would be very careful shopping here. Know what you want and stop to read the back of your receipt (oh wait you don't get that until it's too late) - well - ask lots of questions. BAD SERVICE. Please watch out with on your bill. I upgraded two phones and the African American male in the store told us that our phones needed to have insurance on our phone for 15 days. He told us to cancel before those days. I called online to cancel and they said that the store should not have done that. And now I am on the phone calling again to cancel because it was not done properly. He also added the next up add on my account which we never added. I have been charged 50 additional dollars because of being forced by that male associate. Next, the manager prejudice as well. I called on Monday to ask if Iphone 12s were avaliable in their store and he confirmed. When I arrived (10 mins later) The associate told me that her manager said that they are sold out. I said okay no problem, frustrated, I went outside and started to place an order online and was willing to wait a couple weeks for it. I was able to order it to pick up at the store! they had it in stock! they lied to me and picked it from that store 30 mins LATER! When I called online to complain- they confirmed that these incidents happened. Very frustrated and done with this store and please everyone check your bill!! read more

Makes sense that they have terrible reviews. Terrible customer service in this particular store. One of the chubby African American guy talks so rudely and condescending. I spoke to the manager Christina who is very chummy with him so I am not sure something will come of it. You would think that being employed during a pandemic would make people gracious, but no. So after a day, I decided to call back the store and speak to the manager, Jimmy, who told me there was no restocking fee as long as the item being returned was unopened. He told me there was a misunderstanding and told me to come back that there will be no problems in exchanging the item. So this was the third time I went back to the store and I was able to get the item I wanted. He behaved suspiciously, as he went to speak with a supervisor and I watched as he lowered his head to say something and then they glanced my way. Why? I don't know, but makes you wonder. I have done business with at this location for over 13 years I have my business phones and along with my personal phones purchased and serviced at this location for many years. I will never do business at this location ever again Jimmy Bui assistant manger gets he biggest F . On November 14,2020 at 2pm I went to turn on my sisters phone and purchase a new one myself . I went into the store where Jimmy Bui greeted me I gave him my name he requested I please wait out side for they were at their limit of people in the store . I said sure no problem . Then 4 other people and rude lady and her daughter a Hispanic man and a Indian man and woman went in right after me he did not ask them to go outside to wait in the cold he than proceeded to wait on a customer that came in after me . I went back inside to wait where it was warm . He requested again that I wait outside I said if they are in here so can I be . That's when he told me to have compassion that his grandmother has stage four cancer . I asked if she was in here ? And asked if he will be asking other customers to wait outside do to the capacity of 44 + people That's when 4/5 customers got rude and was yelling at me and Jimmy only made it worst by not telling the other patrons to stop verbally abusing me and holding the door open to tell me to leave . He refused service to me and told me to leave . I requested curbside which he said no I requested a manager he said he was the manger he offered no other services available to me . He did allow the store to be over populated and did allow the customers to over take the customer services aspect of the business he lost total control of the situation at hand . I was discriminated against because I had a religious shirt on and can not wear a mask safely . I showed Jimmy my exempt religious card and he ignored it and told me to leave . I said I want your name and title he asked me to go outside with him while he went to get a card he was not returning with a card and left me to stand out there with rude people . He caused the customers to react in the manner towards me to his actions and mannerisms. I am a small business owner for over 35 years I would not be in business if I had Jimmy working on my sales floor he was rude and inconsiderate to my needs and did not give me an alternative. I called Corp prior to going to the branch on Kettleman lane in which their policy stated they will not discriminate against religious beliefs and stated I would not have a problem getting service . Gina in customer service did not state I needed to wait outside in the cold Until Jimmy deemed it being appropriate time after four other customers that arrived after me to be waited on . He did nothing to protect my safety while in the store Customers were rude and he allowed them to stay and service them . there were no distance of 6ft apart no hand sanitizer station available there were over the maximum 30 people allowed people inside 44 He allowed customers in after me and did not tell them to wait outside rude just rude ignored me There was no fan circulations the doors were all closed with no fresh air circulating. It was a germ infested mess No associate wiping down the benches or doors as people exited the store no sanitation process . I will be filing a complaint with the US Department of Justice I am taking my business else where . read more

Took my kids too eat dinner quickly then came back. While I was gone they called me. But Julian helped me right Away. Got a new iPhone 11. Zach, the manager, was awesome! His crew were great as well. I recently got a new phone and watch. Had a problem with syncing the both of them the first time I was there. I didn't have enough time, b/c I had to run some errands. Long story short, I went the next morning and Zach was having problems as well syncing. I guess the att number sync wasnt the same from previous times. He had lots of patience and he is the type of person who is willing to problem solve solutions. To be honest, it was taking a while for me, but he was professional the whole time and wanted to get it done. DO NOT GO TO THIS AT&T STORE! My 81 yr old grandfather tried to go to this store the other day after finally getting vaccinated to upgrade his phone. Since he was not listed as an authorized user for our family plan they refused to even let him LOOK at any phones and they wouldn't even assist him by allowing him to call my mother or I (authorized users) to grant him access to the account. He had to leave and go to a different AT&T store the next day to receive adequate service (the other store, by the way, allowed him to call my mother so we could add him as an authorized user and assisted him with getting a new phone and transferring all of his data/contacts/etc. Bravo to them). I know the customer service industry is by no means easy, but my grandfather is not confrontational at all and they couldn't even offer him a semblance of help. Obviously an 81-yr old man is not going to be the most tech savvy person in the world. Some kindness is really all I ask for and he did not even almost receive that at this store. read more

So I placed an order online with app, apparently I messed up, instead of two phones, I accidentally ordered three phones. The package did not come with return label so I figured I'd go check with the closest store to find out if I had to mail it back or if I could return to store. As soon as I walked in, yes without a mask due to my medical disability, they asked "Do you have a mask?" I replied "No, I have medical issues...." The male associate immediately says " YOU NEED TO LEAVE!" Another associate from the other side of the store says "You can't be in here without a mask!" Mind you there are other customers in the store so by this time they are all staring. So I told them I had a question. Without even asking what my question is, and I'm standing a good 10+ feet away, they continue you need to go outside...... I said "Ok, I'll go out so I can ask my question." The male associate starts walking towards me, so I assumed he was going with me to assist me, then he said "I'm not going, I'm afraid of catching anything." So basically in front of everyone in the store he pretty much assumes I'm sick in front of customers too. So I tell him I literally test weekly and have my results on my phone, how often do store associates test?? To which I got no answer, except another associate states "We have had a policy for a year now, you have to leave!" This was by far the rudest staff I have ever dealt with in my 41 years. And FYI ADA discrimination is an actual fillable federal offense for a company. read more

Such a clean store. Probably the nicest AT&T store I have been in. The wait takes a little bit, but that is expected at almost any phone store. They have plenty of staff to hurry along the process and a few chairs to sit in which is nice. Overall a good experience! read more

I have dealt with the same salesperson twice now, she has to be the most "Un-Helpful" human being that exists. She gives this location the worst reputation ever. A two second effort to help locate merchandise to make a sale is beneath her or behind her capability of thinking. I have been to this location before and others have been superior in customer service.... I hope management reaches out or actually does something to change this. I had the best customer service experience here today! I went with my father to this location to help assist him in upgrading his phone. We were greeted right away and were helped by SJ. I cannot say enough about the great customer service we received from him! He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and very professional. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable with all of the products we wanted to learn more about. Not only did we buy one phone, but we also got a second one too. I swear every time I go into the store I can't receive better prompt treatment. Julian helped me get receipts and other docs I needed promptly after my phone was stolen and the docs were needed for court against the person who stole my phone. The manager was also of great help when I went in on 8/22/18. I'm greeted at the door and the doors are opened for me and these guys really go out of their way to help and resolve whatever issue I've ever had. I've been an AT&T customer for 5+ years now and have never received better service than at this location. My last three phone purchases were here along with a tablet and directv signup. Julian is awesome. He has great product knowledge and knows his inventory and promotions like the back of his head. I always call the store before heading in to set my appointment with him before making any changes / upgrades. The store itself is clean and they're usually playing live sports on their televisions which is nice while you wait. Would recommend this location to friends and family. read more

TL; DR: This store will make you sit for 40 minutes to run a simple credit card because the manager, Jose, is too inflexible to move quick transactions to the front of the line. Just need to pay for something real quick? Too bad, you need to wait for them to fix grandma's broken phone first. If you complain that their system is asinine and wastes everyone's time, you get kicked out. The full story: I ordered two phone upgrades online and prepaid. I elected to pick them up from this store rather than wait for them to be delivered the next day. I got an email saying my order was ready, so I left work and drove to the store thinking I'd just walk in, get the phones, and head back to work. Boy was I wrong. The guy in front put my name on a list and told me to wait. I said I just wanted to grab my phones and I'd activate them at home. He said I had to wait anyway. Ten minutes pass and the manager walks by. I flagged him down and told him my situation. He said he would go check in back to see if they have my phones. He comes back (without the phones) and says they do have them, but it's a 20 minute wait to get checked out. Again, I told him I'd already paid. He said my card was "on file" but they'd need to ring me out. Okay - how long will that take? Just a few minutes. BUT I have to sit and wait for 8 people on the list in front of me to get their tech problems solved first. I told him I'd left work to come take care of this and I needed to get back soon. Too bad, I can either come another day or wait. I overheard one of their salespeople telling him they could probably just ring me up - nope. He wants me to wait. So nearly 40 minutes go by with me sitting there waiting to conduct two minutes' worth of business. They've got people resetting their phones, transferring their data...you name it. NOBODY is available to just ring up a simple purchase. To make matters worse, the manager is just standing around, staring into space. So I get up and talk to the manager again. I told him he could have helped me 20 times over in the time he's just been standing there staring into space. Nope. Turns out AT&T wants to be Apple. You have to wait for one of their representatives to ring you up on a special cell phone they carry in their pockets. The manager can't ring me up because he doesn't have one. Ridiculous. At this point, I can sense the futility. This guy is completely inflexible. He actually thinks it's a good idea to make customers wait an hour to ring up a purchase. "Everyone gets treated the same," he pontificates. "Right," I retort. "That's the problem. Not every customer needs the same thing. You've got people waiting hours to conduct a simple transaction. You need to prioritize more efficiently." He didn't like that. I told him he has a store full of frustrated customers, to which he replied that he did not - it was just me. So I asked the three people sitting next to me if they were frustrated. They all said "yes!" I guess he didn't like that because he told me to leave the store. We can't have people asking customers about their experience, now can we? I wasn't yelling, wasn't causing a scene, just asked the people who were right next to me a simple question that he didn't like because it proved him wrong. Protip: Move similar transactions into different lines. Even Safeway gets it. Theres an express line and a regular line. Make exceptions for people who make reasonable requests for expedited service. "Let me take care of this person real quick as their transaction will only take two minutes and yours will take 45 minutes." See? Easy. I can wait in a simple line, but I don't enjoy having my time wasted. I've never been kicked out of a store before. There's no way I'm staying with AT&T after this outrageous and embarrassing fiasco. My family has been AT&T customers for 10 years. Assuming we would have remained loyal customers another ten, that means boy wonder just cost his company over $20,000 because he can't think outside of "first come first serve" in a situation where that motto makes absolutely no sense. read more

I don't get it. They have someone on the door who will open it once they have finished chatting. Once inside today there are 8, yes: eight! folks with AT&T badges on who are not talking to any customer. There are also three staff members who are actually talking to a non-AT&T badged person. So, you would think they would see to you straightaway? Wrong!! My name had to go "on the board" and they would "get to me soon". All of the people not talking to customers? They were staring intently at their keyboards/screens. Maybe they were all doing something important, but, from a customer perspective, it sure makes you feel like you are second best or worse. In all fairness, my experience with the staff, when finally allowed to talk to someone, has been generally very good. I just do not get this "making you wait for no apparent reason" thing. It frustrates me and encourages me to look for another providor. read more

i was so happy till i saw my bill it was a good thing i checked my bill and called At&t - the wonderful offer of waving activation fees during Black Friday didn't pan out... they hit me for every single one of them. if i wasn't good about checking my bill and reading the fine print i would have had to pay all three of them! not cool for not doing what you said you would SANDY :( thank you At&t customer care for resolving the issue and providing what the instore folks promised but didn't fully deliver on... remember to always check your bills folks. autopay is convenient and all but if you aren't looking you might be getting hit on some charges... until next time cheers! read more

I needed to make a payment on an account and three male associates could not help me today. Told me to call att and get my account number myself. I understand I came in 20 minutes before closing but one of the associates already had the account pulled up. Employees should be trained on using their tablets a little better and know how to find customer information. read more

Horrible customer services by the oldest lady in there and she should know better. I came in with a technical question and right away because I wasn't buying anything she had this attitude that I was a bother? Not only did she give half ass services in the middle of me asking her a question she bolts to the family that was buying something as this became her first priority. She left me standing there while she made her sales pitch. Than she doesn't even come back to make sure we resolved the problem? Her information did solve the problem but when did a customer become such a burden on the very people who need us? Pick any other place to do business. Very unprofessional here.
