When I'm trying to load a webpage, I get that wave of nostalgia that brings me right back to 1995 when you'd try to open your browser while someone was making a phone call. Truly remarkable that a page with absolutely no images and only text can take so long to load. Look how far we've come! And did you know that almost all apps have a cute little graphic to let you know that they've timed out? I didn't know that! Thanks to T-Mobile, I can experience this on apps from Amazon to Zillow. If you would've told me 30 years ago that the internet would cost so much and have absolutely no improvements, I wouldn't have believed you. For instance, it's windy out right now and while I'm unsure how that affects satellite internet, somehow I don't know if this review will even post. But seriously, their service is trash. Satellite is glorified dial-up. Spring for Comcast. Paying T-Mobile for their internet access to save money isn't worth all the time you'll waste waiting for stuff to load or power cycling your router because you're not sure if the internet is down or not.

FaceID stopped working and there was a little bit of condensation I could see in the cameras so I took it in to have it dried out and looked at. When I received my phone back FaceID still didn't work which was fine because everything else did and I plan on getting the 14 when it is released. Between the shop and my house (20 minutes) a bright line appeared on the screen. I explained this to them and they said "It wouldn't be from the water since the water was gone when it happened." After looking at it again the next day they proceeded to blame me and say "you must have damaged it between leaving here and getting home." Unwilling to accept responsibility they wanted another $209 on top of the $130 I paid for the initial repair. Amazing right? Some other unprofessional notes were not answering their phone for an hour and not operating within business hours forcing me to wait outside in 100 degree heat until someone answered the door when we agreed on a specific drop off time. .
