Went into Verizon on Trinity for the Verizon Internet Gateway. Honestly, Verizon and 5G was not the option that I wanted. The decision was not solely mind so I went in with an open mind and questions. Roberto was awesome. He was friendly, smiled and connected with us. He answered all my questions and even ask if I had more questions. In the end, we walked out as new Verizon customers with 5G home internet. I will frequently monitor the actual internet speeds throughout the day, every day for the. Est 29 days to see if this truly has/holds value. For now - great job Roberto. You sold me. This is the best Verizon retailer in Stockton. I went in yesterday to upgrade my son's cell. I was immediately greeted by the store manager, Isabella, and asked to wait for a few minutes while she finished with another customer. Once it was my turn, Isabella took her time to compare for me different phones including their features and cost. Once I chose a phone that fits my needs and budget, Isabella recommended and gave me a good discount on a phone case and screen protector. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went in to get an upgrade on my apple IPhone and I was talked into getting a business account. It was part of a new promotion. The man that helped told me that I should get it because my bill would be cheaper and they were doing a special promotion. He said I would get a business phone and internet for free if I signed up and my phone bill would be cheaper. When I got my first bill it was higher then normal which I thought was just the taxes and my new phone upgrade. By this point the 30 days was up and then my second next bill was $235. The man told me the equipment was included for free in the promotion and that my bill was going to be $135 a month. He lied to me and my bill has been $235 ever since. I was completely scammed by this place and have been in financial struggle because of their lack of correct communication about the promotion. They would not refund me since the 30 days was up. I didn't know that my bill was going to be higher then my previous bill or else I wouldn't have signed up for a business account. These people are scam artist that talk people into getting these promotions so they can receive bonuses. Do not buy from these people. They will scam you. read more

I went in several months ago to buy new phones for my wife and I. I was adamant from the beginning that I wanted to own my phones outright. I also told them I didn't want to change my plan, but was told that if I bought the phones and changed my plan my monthly bill would go down after a higher than normal first bill (because of the "activation" fees). Traded my phone in on the spot. Wife wasn't with me, but I was told I could change everything over from her phone to the new one when I got home. The store employees had sold/ assigned the phone I bought for my wife to someone else's account, so after activating the phone myself the other persons account number showed up on her phone and wouldn't allow her to make/receive calls. After 10 calls to Verizon they did nothing and I had to go to another store to get it fixed. The 3 bills after the change have all been 50% more than before the change including one that was double my bill from before. It's taken 4 months to get device payments removed... and my bill is now 10 dollars a month more than before. Don't go here unless you want to be lied to and mislead. read more

My fiancé and I went on a Thursday evening and was initially helped by the GM Domarina to switch our lines from ATT to Verizon. She was very informative on what services would best fit us and able to provide their current promotions. One thing is for sure is that, we did not feel like we were being forced to join. Unlike with ATT or Tmobile, where I felt that they were always trying to get a buck out of us. She and Devin both were very welcoming, knowledgeable, & hilarious. They were so nice and patient with us even though we had to stay a a few minutes after they were closing. Visited this store back in February to get my pickup order for iphone 15 plus i asked for the internet free trial the guy was clearly lost didn't know what he was doing he added 3 internet lines to my account and said i didn't qualify for home internet because my account was new, he then charged me $180 for a phone case a charger block without telling me the price first and without asking he ripped open all the packaging and put them on my phone a week later the $66 screen protector broke. I asked if i could return the items since i didn't know it was gonna be that expensive for 3 things he said no and he told me to grab the packaging out the trash. He didn't give me a internet box and 3 months later i'm being charged $652.50 for 3 unreturned equipment that i did not request and i never recieved ZERO STARS for this place Edit: i went in the store to get the unreturned equipment fee removed from my account and they blamed me and defended the worker who did this mess on my acct on top of that gave me attitude and said they couldn't do anything about the situation since they aren't verizon just sellers for verizon. Initial visit date: 12/29/2022. Sales Rep: Dominic R. I came into this location to ask questions about the promotions and deals to possibly upgrade my phone line. I was assisted by Dominic R. The sales rep went over the current promotions that were available and I ended up purchasing the iPhone 14 Pro 512gb in space black, 9th generation iPad 256gb in space black, and as well as a apple watch SE 2 in 44mm with a black band. I was told that if I traded in my iPhone 11, I would receive a flat $800 credit towards the new iphone. I was also told that because of the promotion that the watch and iPad would be "free" as long as I activated data lines for it. Dominic went to the back and managed to find the iphone and ipad that I wanted, but told me that he needed to order the watch and have it shipped to the store. After coming back from the back room, Dominic began ringing out the phone and ipad. Dominic told me that the only fees and charges that were due on 12/30/22 was the TAXES FOR THE DEVICES. So I went over and made the payment. PROBLEMS; 1. After leaving the store with my new devices, I looked at the receipt to see that Dominic had charged me $110 in UNDISCLOSED FRAUDULENT FEES. I was charged $30 and $20 in "Ready set up and go" fees. Dominic never set anything up. He only took out the new phone and turned it on. I never asked Dominic to do that. I stated multiple times that I was in a rush and had other errands to tend to and that I could set up everything on my own. I was also charged $60 for "Single Redux" fees. I NEVER discussed this service or insurance with Dominic. It was never disclosed, Dominic just decided that he was going to add in the extra charges without saying a single word. Not once was I allowed to see a itemized receipt before payment. Dominic even went as far as to fold my receipt papers in half and tuck it inbetween the new phone and ipad, so I could not see it before leaving. 2. The apple watch that was ordered was sent to the wrong address and the watch was the WRONG size. 3. After looking at the promotion, I found another discrepancy. The 9th gen iPad in space black 256gb that was confirmed to be free from Dominic, WAS NOT even part of the promotion. He charged me for the entire iPad after telling me it was free and part of the promotion. I asked Dominic infront of his manager "You told me that the ipad was free with the purchase of the phone,correct?" Dominic proceeded to shake his head yes to confirm what happened. I then asked Dominic "How is it that this 256gb iPad is free, when the promotion is for the 64gb model?" Dominic begins to lie again and say "Thats the one you asked for!" Of course I asked for it! Dominic said it was FREE with the PROMOTION. Second visit date: 12/30/2022; I return back to the store to confront Dominic and ask him why he would charge me $110 in fees that were never brought up. Instantly Dominic gets visually and verbally upset. Denying the accusations and tells me that I am wrong and that he did disclose everything that was being charged. Dominic storms off and disappears into the backroom for 25 minutes. He reappears with his manager and I explain everything to the manager on duty. The manager even AGREED that the "Single Redux" fees should have never been charged to begin with. I told the manager that all I wanted was a refund for the undisclosed fees. The manager refunded me $60 for the single redux fees, but kept the $50 for the set up fees. How can you charge someone set up fees when the devices were NOT set up to begin with? The excuse was from the manager, "Oh we charge the fees regardless for the time spent with Dominic." Why on earth would anyone want to pay an extra $50 for set up fees when the person DID NOT DO ANYTHING. All Dominic did that night was ring up the devices. Result of 12/30/2022, The devices where returned. I was refunded a fraction of what I paid. The manager refused to refund the set up and go fees and charged me $100 in total for restocking fees. All in all I was charged $150 in restocking and set up fees. I have been working with the REAL VERIZON to remedy the mess that these VICTRA scumbags have done to my service account. Usually, I'll go to the Verizon on Pacific Ave but I figured I'd stop at this location because it is closer to my home. I just purchased an Iphone 8 plus online. So once it got delivered, I had to return my old phone. From previous experiences, I've always had a hard time turning off my find my iphone and putting it to factory setting so I thought i'd go in and have them help me before I send my old phone in. These employees were SO useless and could not help me if their life depended on it. I'm thinking they didn't want to help because I did not buy the phone from them. I pretty much had to help myself as I sat in the store while the employees had their own side conversations. Yesterday, Sunday, 11/22, around 5 pm we arrived at Victra, an Authorized Verizon Dealer, on Trinity Parkway in Stockton, and checked in at 5:03 pm as noted in the picture. My husband had recently "crossed over" (Android to Apple) and my unsuccessful data/phone number transfer attempts at home forced us to pay a visit to the store, which was closing at 6 pm because it was Sunday. Upon check-in, there were already three customers being assisted inside the store: A couple and a gentleman. Outside the store, there was a couple who had already checked in and waiting to be called. At about 5:20 or 5:25 pm, the gentleman came out and the couple waiting alongside us went inside the store. At 5:47 pm, I received another text message from the store indicating it my was turn to be seen. Recalling that the Victra employee who checked us in said that they would call us in when it was our turn, we continued to wait outside of the store, in front of the entrance, and in plain view. Likewise, the two couples who were already inside of the store were still being assisted. At 6:05 pm, I received a third text message from Victra telling me they were sorry they missed me. At this point, I was concerned but still calm and made my way inside the store. I told my husband to wait outside so as to respect the social distancing guidelines. The employee who initially checked me in, and who was also assisting the first couple already inside the store when we first arrived, got up from his station and met me at the door. I said, "Uh, I just received a text saying that you guys missed me, but I've been standing right outside the door waiting for you guys to call me in." At this point, I am still calm but my level of concern is rising... The next words to come out of the Victra employee's mouth made me go from calm to LIVID: "Yeah...our store closed at 6:00. It's past 6 o'clock, so we can't see you now. You'll have to come back tomorrow." WHAT?!?!? I replied, "But I was checked in and waiting to be seen. I've been standing outside the entire time." "Yeah, sorry, but those guys (the couple he was assisting) were taking forever. (A little unprofessional, are we?) Yeah, sorry, you'll have to come back tomorrow." Me (in raised voice to the point BOTH couples turned around and looked at the Victra employee and me; mind you, I have NEVER raised my voice in any less than stellar customer service situation): "IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUTSIDE TO INFORM ME THAT I WOULD NOT BE SEEN TONIGHT BECAUSE YOU GUYS DON'T TRANSACT AFTER CLOSING. WE'VE BEEN STANDING OUTSIDE THE ENTIRE TIME." Victra employee: "Yeah, can you come back tomorrow?" At this point, my husband enters the store and asks what's going on. To avoid him getting in on the action as well as an eventual confrontational situation, I simply told him "Let's go, they can't see us because it's past 6:00." Of course, as soon as I got to the car, the decibel level of my vocalized frustration, and probably my blood pressure, shot through the roof. It took me the entire car ride home, and then some, to finally calm down. Never have I experienced such incompetence, discourteous treatment, and appalling customer service. And, to add insult to injury, I opted to come to this store because Victra had treated me well in the past after I stopped going to the actual Verizon store on Pacific Avenue due to their horrible customer service. To clarify, I am not upset because our cell phone issues were not handled last night. Fine, if your store policies dictate that you cannot transact after 6:00 pm, I can live with that. What I can't get over is that NOBODY in the store had the decency to simply let me know that since the store was approaching closing time and because they were still assisting other customers, that I would not be seen tonight and to come back tomorrow. ESPECIALLY, since we were standing OUTSIDE in PLAIN VIEW. Now, THAT, I could live with. Has all common sense, decency, and courtesy gone out the window? For this store, APPARENTLY. Management sucks there because no one seems to have their shit together, so we left and was informed they will have it ready in an hour or 2 I called again next day because they still never called us with an update and said there's a ticket on our iPad which they never called to update us, driving back and forth having to leave work to not leave with anything because it wasn't ready? I don't understand why I felt like it was something personal because out of all orders it happened to be ours? I asked how long will that ticket take and she said 1-2 hours and will call us... we sat around for 2 days and even til today 10/13 no phone call until I finally decided to call customer service to cancel my order with that store. Now after my complaint they "called us" to let us know the items are ready which is to late already because I already canceled and will never return to do business at that store in trinity again!! UPDATE... 2nd Visit, very smooth and found out why Xfinity / Comcast is such a great thing. I was able to charge my phone while learning how to set up my Data warnings. I will only go to this store! Trinity Parkway, Stockton I went in to check why my data usuage was so high... I have a Galaxy Note 4. The 1st thing I noticed was the store smelled like fresh baked candy and no lines to wait!!! Unlike the store in Stockton off Pacific. After I got my data issue taken care of I asked how I could do a few things on my phone to be more efficient and the girl told me they have classes every Sun but you have to make an appt. The store Manager Amera came over and said if you want, I can sit down now for an hour and she would help me get my phone organized with folders... she offered me some water soda and some candy chocolates.... I purchased a new 7s plus & they gave me an Android Note pad but really didn't want it because I did not want to pay the $40 activation fee on something I wouldn't use that much. Because the pad had a Kindle on it I didn't mind paying the $10 a month but still said no because of the $40 activation fee. They talked me into it because they said they would waive the $40 activation fee so I agreed. Them my first bill came & there was the fee they promised to waive. My husband and I just ordered 2 Iphones 11 pro max and the employees at this store said they would be ready by Tuesday the latest Wednesday on August 5th. I called the store to see if the phones were ready for pick up on Wednesday they said no because we are backed up we will call you when they're ready. Thursday afternoon comes still no call so we call them and they said let me call you back in 15 mins that never happened. We call back once again and they said your phones are ready come so we can activate them my husband drove there out of town 30 minutes since we don't live there and he gets there and they tell him come tomorrow because we are closing the store soon we cannot do it. Every single employee tells you one lie after another. They just make you waste your time. Today Friday we go back to the store and they still cannot give us the damm I phones after an hour in the store. They ended up telling us that there was no order under my husbands name when we have the papers that show we did order them. We got the phones that day because of a promotion there was going on that day. Now we don't have the phones and who knows if we will still be able to get that promotion. Very Dissapointed. My wife went in to buy a phone, Linda Y. (Store manager) calls my wife a liar, when she clearly told them she had a unlimited data plan, and was not willing to change that. They did do a upgrade on two non-unlimited data lines, then still modified her plan to 2GB a month. I went in to talk to her about this, and wound up getting no where. I did ask to hear back from her manager, but of course never heard from them. Verizon is working to correct the data back to unlimited, but of course this takes lots of calls and time to acomplish.
